Jon was an absolute joy to work with from the first call, to the ultimate delivery of the photos. He is fun, easy going, encouraging, and unfailingly positive and able to go with the flow. His photos were beyond belief. Every important moment was captured perfectly. It was as if there were 5 of him. We have one moment captured from one angle, and then what seemed like the very next moment captured from what seems to be all the way across the room. He was completely unintrusive while somehow also nailing every single beautiful moment. I could not possibly recommend him highly enough. Thank you Jon! -

I could not recommend Jon Lemon more highly as a wedding photographer. He was a delight to work with - well-organized, highly responsive, friendly, accommodating, and extremely chill. Plus, the photos were gorgeous, colorful, bright, and full of joy. He has a true gift for capturing people’s expressions (especially on the dance floor) which made going through our photo album truly feel like reliving our wedding day alongside our friends and family. -

Central Park Micro wedding
JC photography is 10/10! Jon is a true professional and creates the most magical photos. He perfectly captured our Central Park elopement and was invaluable on our special day. He seamlessly fit into our day and took the lead when needed to ensure he got the best photos! Can not recommend more highly! -

Jon was simply a pleasure to work with and everything we were looking for in a photographer for our Coney Island boardwalk wedding. His artistic eye was on point and it was fun to watch him see art and awesome shot set ups all around us. He is extremely personable and friendly; it really was like hanging out with an old friend who is extremely talented! I can’t wait to see everything he captured that day! Wow! Given how much uncertainty and change we had to manage around postponing our larger wedding due to COVID, it was such a delight to work with someone as professional and easy going as JC Lemon Photography for our elopement. Jon was responsive, transparent and highly prepared during the quick turnaround of planning our elopement. On the day of our wedding, Jon showed up early and was able to scope out areas of Central Park for photos that we never thought of. He immediately put us at ease with his big smile and enthusiasm for our special day. We were completely blown away by Jon's creativity. He really listened to our wishes about the types of photos we wanted while also making sure he got the best photos possible for us. I can't recommend JC Lemon Photography enough. JC Lemon was the most important part of my entire city hall wedding (besides my bride and family of course)! The moments he captured were so candid, so precious, and simply perfect. There isn’t a single picture we don’t LOVE. Not only is he a skilled and creative photographer, he is such a great and positive person! He helped facilitate the city hall process, kept our group together, and made a special day truly sparkle! -

Fantastic wedding photographer!
It was an absolute pleasure to have Jon as our photographer at our wedding in May. He was incredibly supportive and thoughtful throughout the process. He did an engagement photoshoot with us in our favorite neighborhoods of Brooklyn. He helped us think through logistics for the big day to make sure we got all our favorite moments (and people!) captured. He asked for our guidance and perspective so that the photos and memories he captured were exactly what we wanted from the day of. He was also communicative and thoughtful throughout the process - sending us tips & tricks and prep emails to get us pumped up.
Most importantly, the photos he took were beautiful. They captured the day in exquisite detail with shots that we will cherish for many years to come. We have already filled our apartment with his photos and are looking forward to his stunning photobook that will be coming soon.
Thank you Jon for capturing our wedding day perfectly and being a supportive and enthusiastic part of our wedding! -

Having Jon as our wedding photographer was a dream! He made us feel so at ease and cracked some great jokes leading to some amazing candid shots that encapsulated what a fun day we had.

Stephen Sent on 06/28/2018We've just had our photos back 4 weeks after our New York City elopement and we couldn't be happier. From the first contact we had with Jon to getting our photos yesterday he has been absolutely amazing. Eloping is quite nerve-wracking but Jon was happy to answer all of our questions in the build-up to our trip. From the minute we met with Jon outside City Hall it felt like we could just relax as he took us through the process. We've never had a photoshoot before and we're pretty uncomfortable with the attention, but Jon just made us laugh and let us be ourselves. The 4-week wait has felt like a lifetime but it's completely worth it. Every picture is amazing, and they've completely captured how we felt on the day. We can't thank Jon enough, and we would recommend him to absolutely anyone who's thinking of eloping.
