From the groom: Jamie kept everyone on track and moving during all phases of the wedding and was entirely worth everything we spent on her during the process.

From the bride: We hired Jamie for day of coordination. But she helped all the way along. She put together a comprehensive wedding day timeline that ensured everything went smoothly. She ran our rehearsal the day before the wedding. We had a large bridal party and she was able to keep them moving. On the day of the wedding, she made it very clear any questions should be directed towards her so that I wouldn’t have to worry. Only later did I find out how much work she had done to arrange decor, keep people where they needed to be, and that she even sewed my mother’s button back onto her dress when it came off. I hired Jaime for my daughter’s wedding in June, 2022 (Wedding Day Management Package). She was recommended by the planner I used in a prior wedding who was no longer in the business and had used Jaime for her own wedding. Jaime was very diligent and detail oriented, which allowed us to have productive calls with her. She brought up ideas and issues that we had not thought about and had great suggestions. She ran a terrific rehearsal the day before the wedding, and I think everyone felt more confident about the ceremony. The best part was the actual wedding day! She made sure items needed for the ceremony, greeters, and other areas were set up (and later collected them). She took over small things that I otherwise would have had to deal with. She averted a few small problems. She moved flowers that were used during the ceremony to the head table as we planned. room. She kept watch and made sure were on schedule. The wedding went as we had envisioned it! We enjoyed working with Jaime and I recommend her.

We hired Jaime for her partial planning package, so we could get help with figuring out some of our wedding details and have day-of coordination. It was so helpful to have a resource available throughout the process who knew so much about weddings. Jaime gave us so many hints and tricks that we never would have thought of without her. There were some aspects of wedding planning that my husband and I didn't care much about - for example, table settings/decor - and Jaime was able to work directly with our florist to do a lot of the work on those details. On the day of, she helped coordinate with all the vendors to make sure they had all the info they would need, made sure everyone knew the timeline, etc. She put out fires before we even knew they had happened!

I would highly recommend Jaime Engebretson of jaimeevents. Our son married his beautiful bride in a small (25 guests) wedding just over two weeks ago. Even though the event was numerically small, the young couple took enormous care with every detail and had a very specific picture of what they wanted. With three months to go before the wedding, they encountered several problems and significant stress. Enter Jaime. From their first meeting, it became clear that Jaime was a listener as well as a doer. She immediately put them at their ease, understood their vision, offered practical solutions to some of the difficulties they were encountering, and suggested many ideas which not only helped logistically, but actually added to the success of the event. She went over and above what they asked of her and did so in a way that made them feel that they were still very much in control of their wedding, but without the stresses and strains they had encountered up to that point. On the wedding day, I was beyond impressed with Jaime's handling of the event. Everything went like clockwork, but in a very unhurried and organic manner. Jaime worked efficiently with the wait staff such that the cocktail hour and dinner moved flawlessly. At no point did anyone present feel things were being rushed or that there was a rigid schedule to which everything had to adhere. The end product was a seamless and beautiful wedding which was everything my son and daughter-in-law had hoped for.

Hiring Jaime was the best decision we made for our wedding! I am an organized person and a good planner, but I quickly learned that planning a wedding is much more than that! Jaime helped us with emails, vendor relations, decor, day-of-timeline, not to mention fielding and answering every question on the day-of. We enjoyed our day worry-free! In addition to her exceptional skills, she is incredibly easy to work with and responded quickly to all of our questions. I truly credit Jaime with making the day turn out exactly how we imagined. I cannot recommend her services enough.

Jaime did a fantastic job planning our wedding. We went with the full planning package. She was incredibly flexible and accommodating with the pandemic and our busy schedules. She was so easy to work with and definitely didn't nickel-and-dime our service. Her vision for our decor was great. She has great connections and recommendations for vendors. She worked hard to keep us on track on our wedding day. Everything went very smoothly - our day was perfect. Her assistant Krysta was fantastic on the day-of also. Thank you Jaime!!

I have worked with Jamie before and enjoyed working with her again at the landmark center.
The entire wedding ran like a well-oiled machine and stayed on time the whole night. We had no issues with timing or any other logistics. She was on point working with all the various vendors, the venue and kept us all well informed about upcoming items in the evening.
