Lydia was fantastic to work with and helped make our wedding day perfect. She was always prompt replying to any questions we had leading up to the wedding.

We decided to do a la carte florals and she set up the bud vases, centerpieces, votives, table numbers and place cards perfectly on the day of. She also helped us create a day of timeline and made sure we stuck to it throughout the day.

Lydia also reached out to all of our vendors the week of the wedding to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible.

I greatly appreciated her guidance and adaptability.

I truly do not know what I would’ve done without Lydia during my wedding and planning process! We were so insanely blown away by her professionalism, thoroughness, and organization. On my wedding day, Lydia arrived right as they opened and helped set up the venue just as I wanted it. She knew the entire plan top to bottom, and made the day go so much more smoothly. There were so many things that went wrong, but I as the bride never found out because Lydia had everything handled for me! She was my contact person for my vendors and was so great at fielding all questions and concerns. She is so incredible at her job, she allowed me to sit back and relax on my wedding day and be able to just attend my wedding instead of direct it! I will always remember how I felt on my wedding day, and Lydia allowed me to feel relaxed and able to take the entire day in without stress. I will recommend her over and over again, and so many of my friends and family have asked for her information after seeing her work. She was seriously the best planner, and we were so lucky to have her. Our wedding was so much better because of the hours of work and planning that she helped put into it. We will never be able to thank her enough!!

Lydia made my dream wedding come true! She was so responsive and patient during the planning process and I did not have to worry about a single thing on our special day. She is a wedding planning master! And on top of all of that, she has a heart of gold and is so kind.

Lydia and I met to discuss what exactly I would need on the day of my wedding. She took detailed notes and made sure that vision became a reality. She helped me stay on time and organized throughout the day, and made sure I had a little fun too! While I’m sure she had many other clients at the time, I felt like she was attentive to my questions and she made me feel like I was the highest priority every time we spoke. She will take care to ensure your big day goes off without a hitch!

She is beyond helpful, she has a lot of experience and helped me fill in the gaps during the final months of planning. She also took a lot of the weight and stress off my contacting all my vendors, and letting them know of all the logistics of the wedding day. She is also extremely organized and the way she organized and presented the information was very helpful and straightforward.
The only feedback is she is very Type A, my wedding party thought they were being bossed around a lot. I would just recommend her to be a little more fluffy. Other than that, Everything went smoothly during the wedding day, we had no big hiccups or delays.

We really enjoyed our experience working with Mackenzie James. Our day-of coordinator, Lydia Foster, went above and beyond to make our special day run so smoothly. Lydia was on top of the ball when coordinating with our vendors allowing us to move on to other tasks before the wedding. She ensured our day ran seamlessly by keeping everyone on our timeline.
