We were so incredibly grateful that Tara was a part of our wedding process!!! She took the stress off of my husband and I, as well as our parents! Her knowledge, attention to detail, creative ideas, organization, professionalism, and communication truly went above and beyond what we could have ever expected and was noticed and commented on by our whole wedding party and everyone involved in our day. Tara and her staff managed my wedding in June. It was easily the best day of our lives, and we didn't need to manage a thing because these two had it all covered! She is extremely sweet, savvy, and feels like a close friend through the whole process! I would recommend her to anyone!

As a professional pianist who plays lots of weddings, Tara and her team at Blue Stone are easily the top planners I work with.
Tara is such an organized planner. For each event, I receive a detailed Google Doc with the timeline of the event, which gives everyone confidence that the event will go smoothly and they will know where to be at what time. She is also a very clear communicator, a calm presence during hectic wedding days, and so easy to work with! She even goes above and beyond, such as having one of her team members meet me when I arrive at a wedding to show me around.

Tara & Blue Stone Events made our wedding day beyond perfect. She preempted many of the challenges we couldn't have foreseen and made the communication, organization and execution absolutely effortless. Her vision and expertise allowed us to focus on what was important day-of and we have absolutely zero regrets about our decision to hire her. What we really loved about Tara is not only her faithfulness to the process, but the continued flexibility she demonstrated as our wedding plan morphed over time. She was a consistent go-between with our vendors, and our day wouldn’t have been half as perfect or stress-free without her beside us every step of the way. She has a network of great vendor referrals but will never take it personally if you decide to go another direction. Tara is truly 100% on YOUR side.

Our setup and teardown was executed flawlessly and the woman was basically a ghost during the event itself, floating around and ensuring things went smoothly, but never once being obtrusive.

We have only love and adoration in our hearts for Tara and crew. We paid her for her services but she's worth (double) her weight in gold, and definitely did not pay her enough. We’re fortunate to have come out on the other end of what (we hear) is a very stressful process with a phenomenal new friend. Thank you so much again for everything Tara!
