Where do I even start?! Tara with Blue Stone Events was nothing short of amazing!! Not only is she the sweetest and kindest person in the universe, but she is incredibly good at what she does. She made my husband and I's big day flawless. Tara is on top of everything....from the big vendors to the little details, you can rest assure knowing that Tara's got it covered. I couldn't recommend Tara with Blue Stone events more!! If you are questioning it, don't. Just do it!! You will not regret it!! If I could give Tara a 10 star review, I would. And the cherry on top, she has become a good friend now. Over 6 months after my wedding and Tara and I still text and try to get together over coffee. I don't know what I would do without her! Love you Tara -

Tara & Blue Stone Events made our wedding day beyond perfect. She preempted many of the challenges we couldn't have foreseen and made the communication, organization and execution absolutely effortless. Her vision and expertise allowed us to focus on what was important day-of and we have absolutely zero regrets about our decision to hire her. We would trip over ourselves to recommend her to anyone getting married in the Twin Cities Area.
What we really loved about Tara is not only her faithfulness to the process, but the continued flexibility she demonstrated as our wedding plan morphed over time. She was a consistent go-between with our vendors, and our day wouldn’t have been half as perfect or stress-free without her beside us every step of the way. She has a network of great vendor referrals but will never take it personally if you decide to go another direction. Tara is truly 100% on YOUR side.
Our setup and teardown was executed flawlessly and the woman was basically a ghost during the event itself, floating around and ensuring things went smoothly, but never once being obtrusive.
We have only love and adoration in our hearts for Tara and crew. We paid her for her services but she's worth (double) her weight in gold, and definitely did not pay her enough. We’re fortunate to have come out on the other end of what (we hear) is a very stressful process with a phenomenal new friend. Thank you so much again for everything Tara! -

If you need help pulling your ideas into reality for a stress free wedding day
My husband and I decided to get married in three months. We knew we couldn’t do it without help but didn’t know where to start. Tara was referred to us and after one zoom meeting we knew we found our help.
Tara was amazing from the start. She kept us organized, on task and was always willing to chat when we needed it. Tara created THE MOST detailed day of schedule for our bridal party and all of the vendors. She kept the ship running on track for our rehearsal. The best part was when we got to the ceremony and our whole vision had come to life and we just got to “show up and enjoy”. She did it all, took care of all the day of things that came up and generally checked in with us often to make sure things were going well but not too much.
We can’t say enough good things. We also kind of feel like we made a new friend too. Seriously the best part of planning the whole wedding was Tara’s help. -

We held our very first Farm To Table Dinner last fall and had the pleasure of working with Tara from Blue Stone Events. She did an incredible job planning and organizing this event. The thought of doing something like this was very overwhelming to me but Tara assured me I wouldn't have to worry about a thing - and she was 100% correct. She took care of all of the details and made sure our evening was seamless. She is so kind, professional, and easy to work with. I can't wait to book future events with Blue Stone Events!! -
