I don't even know where to begin on how amazing of an experience it was to work with Sarah! While I have known her for years and trusted her completely, nothing prepares you for the joy of a truly flawless wedding day! When my dad asked what was more important, the date I wanted or if Sarah could be there, it was an obvious answer. I will not have my wedding day without Sarah as my coordinator. From beginning to end, her expertise, poise, communication, and confidence on a wedding day is unmatched. She brings a sense of calm and you know you are TRULY in good hands. If there is any vendor that you absolutely need to book, it is a coordinator, and there is no one better than Sarah.

Working with Sarah to plan our wedding was the best decision and investment we made. There is a reason Sarah is the best in the business. From the outset, Sarah’s calm demeanor put me at ease during the planning process. As a type-A person, I was anxious to check things off the list, but Sarah balanced my need for progress while reassuring me that we had ample time and could follow the meticulous timeline and checklist she had created.
Planning a wedding out of state was daunting, but Sarah's exceptional communication skills made everything seamless. She was extremely responsive and took the lead in coordinating with our vendors. We managed to meet face-to-face multiple times when we were in the cities, which helped build our trust and rapport with her.

She came up with a new and creative ideas for our venue space that turned out to be some of my favorite things/pieces about our day, and without her none of it would have been possible! Sarah was the absolute best! She was so on top of things, and flexible! It ended up rainy on my wedding day during the ceremony but Sarah was on top of it making sure I had my aisle to walk down and that everything was perfect! You wouldn’t even know it was back up plan! Sarah was terrific to work with throughout our whole experience. She was responsive, encouraging, created a sense of calm and we knew we could count on her to do anything for us. Hiring Sarah Trotter (Lasting Impressions) was the best decision I made! We hired Sarah to be our day of coordinator, however she was so much more than that. She guided me on vendors, timeframes and the small details we often forget.
