My name is Kylie Wakefield, owner and event specialist. For years I have been planning and decorating for events. This growing passion of mine turned into a career path. Memorable Moments by KW was established to share my passion with others. Before building my company I spent many years learning different aspects of this field. I've taken the opportunities I was given up to this point, to learn and shape my futuristic goals for the company.
My clients are my number one priority. Going above and beyond for them is what I strive for each day.
The greatest service my team and I could provide to a client is piece of mind on an important day in their life. I want to do the worrying so they don't have to.

Memorable Moments by KW provides wedding planning and decorating services. We have a variety of packages to offer our brides. Our planning packages range from 'day of services,' 'partial planning,' and 'full-service planning.' Our decorating services provide set-up and clean-up services as well as use to all our standard wedding decor. More information is available upon request. All of our packages are customizable to fit each brides day and wedding needs.

Our Decorating packages start at $1,400.00 and go up with premium add on's. The $1,400.00 price includes my time for set-up/clean-up. The head table backdrop and all head table decor, skirting, any candles, vases, tulle, uplighting, a majority of table centerpiece items, card table decor and set-up, sign-in table items and set-up, table seating chart assistance and wedding day signage.

Add-on's include but are not limited to:

Linens, lanterns, chair covers, chair sashes, table runners, table overlays, colored linens, ceiling drape and lighting, floating, candles, candle sticks, ceremony decor assistance, arches, cupcake stands/spinners, extended floral/greenery decor, chargers, linen napkins, napkin ties, photobooth, and late night bite/snack/candy table.
