With a background in project management and event planning, I bring a calm, proactive approach to every wedding. From final timelines and vendor communication to managing logistics and solving the unexpected, I make sure every detail is thoughtfully planned and professionally executed. I love anticipating needs before they become problems, allowing your day to unfold effortlessly.
No two weddings are the same, which is why I take the time to truly understand each couple's vision, priorities, and personalities. Whether you're planning an intimate backyard celebration or a large-scale wedding, my goal is the same: to help your day feel authentic, relaxed, and uniquely yours.

She also repurposed my décor. I had no idea how I wanted everything arranged, but she took the vision and made it even more beautiful than I could have imagined. One of the most helpful things was how she managed all of our vendors. She kept everyone on schedule, made sure everything ran smoothly, and handled every detail exactly as we had envisioned. I genuinely can't imagine our wedding day without Heather. She played such a huge role in making it absolutely perfect. If you're considering hiring her, do it!!! You won't regret it. Truly the best!

Even though we hired her for a "day-of" coordinator she was planning and checking in with us during all the months leading up to our wedding day. She put in so much work and so many hours to make our big day perfect!
The wedding day ran so smoothly, even with the weather being so back and forth with rain throughout the day. She set up all my decorations perfectly and truly brought my (very particular) vision to life. I can't thank Heather enough for everything she did for our wedding.
