Above and Beyond Expectations!
Arlene was hands down our favorite vendor that we worked with throughout the wedding process. Not only did she guide us in creating beautiful save the dates, invitations, menus, and programs, but she was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. She is so patient and takes the time to explain to couples all of the details and ediquette. Our guests were just as wow’d with our invitations as we were WOW’d by Arlene! Couldn't have been better
I am the first to admit that I was a little bit crazy about the paper for our wedding, and we had everything from the Save the Dates to the cocktail napkins made with Arlene, after shopping around a bit in the beginning of wedding planning. I liked the way that Arlene gave me her time and understanding right off the bat—I didn't have to wait forever for an appointment, and she was transparent and supportive from the very first meeting.Sent on 10/25/2019
I just looked at my inbox and one the course of planning, Arlene and I exchanged well over 150 emails. I was not an easy customer! Arlene tirelessly accommodated every single request (even when she was on vacation), every offhand inquiry for a price if things were done a different way (over and over again), last minute additions of last minute breakfast invitations, and a week-of-wedding change to something that I wanted to be different when I saw it in my hands. Through it all, she kept me sane, calm, and feeling like I wasn't nearly as difficult as I actually was. She always kept a close eye on cost, would offer her advice on how I could save money, and of course, never compromised the quality or design.
I didn't have a wedding planner, nor did I have family who helped shoulder the load when it came to planning our wedding. I was SO grateful to have Arlene on my team to offer her advice and wisdom for any question I threw her way. If you care deeply about the paper for your wedding (or anything else), you should work with Arlene. I'm so happy we did!
