We hired Hailey as our day of coordinator because our venue required us to have one and we were so glad we did! She was worth every penny!! Wedding planning was so stressful but Hailey made the month before the wedding so much easier. Hailey was so professional, knowledgeable, organized, and responsive. We hired Hailey as a day-of coordinator for our small brunch wedding in Austin. Even though her title says day-of, Hailey was helping us with so many big and small aspects of our wedding several months before we said I do. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but Hailey always presented with such a calm manner, which made us feel less stressed about everything. Her communication was great and we always heard back from her via text or e-mail in a timely manner. Hailey was also able to help us navigate some communication with our vendors as well. We didn't want to include all of the "traditional" aspect of a wedding and Hailey was always supportive of this and made no judgements. She encouraged us to make our event reflect us. Leading up to our big day, Hailey knew all of the important questions to ask us - most of which we hadn't thought of - to ensure everything would go smoothly. Hailey made herself available for a rehearsal the morning before and made sure that we, our officiant, and our families felt comfortable for the next day. On the day of our wedding, Hailey and her team (Diana and Dianna) were amazing. They were so professional and did not miss a beat! They were so kind to all of our guests and us, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. So many of our guests told us how much they loved our wedding - several even said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! She was a part of every vendor coordination phone call, she made sure everyone was comfortable with the layout and timing, and on the day of our wedding, she made sure everything happened perfectly. Words can’t express the gratitude I feel towards Hailey and her team at I Do Weddings!. My wedding had unexpected rain and very cold weather, but Hailey handled everything to perfection. We were behind schedule and every time someone asked us about the wedding we broke into a cold sweat. There was still so much to be done and we didn't know how to do it. Hailey came in with answers to everything, including questions we didn't even know to ask. I am forever grateful to her. Hailey started working with us a couple of months out and was so beyond helpful in bringing together our vision and all of the logistics for our special day! She made sure we had all things covered big and small for ourselves and with all of the vendors.
