  Don’t look any further!

  Hailey is amazing - we loved working with her and her team! She was awesome throughout the planning process and her entire team did a phenomenal job on the day of our wedding. Hailey was incredibly professional, organized, and easy to work. She is very level-headed and calm, which you will really appreciate on your big day! We did not have a single issue on the day of our wedding, which is a huge testament to the work Hailey and her team did. I could not recommend them enough! Do not look any further than this!

  Most Amazing Coordinator!

  We hired Hailey as a day-of coordinator for our small brunch wedding in Austin. Even though her title says day-of, Hailey was helping us with so many big and small aspects of our wedding several months before we said I do. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but Hailey always presented with such a calm manner, which made us feel less stressed about everything. Her communication was great and we always heard back from her via text or e-mail in a timely manner. Hailey was also able to help us navigate some communication with our vendors as well. We didn't want to include all of the "traditional" aspect of a wedding and Hailey was always supportive of this and made no judgements. She encouraged us to make our event reflect us. Leading up to our big day, Hailey knew all of the important questions to ask us - most of which we hadn't thought of - to ensure everything would go smoothly. Hailey made herself available for a rehearsal the morning before and made sure that we, our officiant, and our families felt comfortable for the next day. On the day of our wedding, Hailey and her team (Diana and Dianna) were amazing. They were so professional and did not miss a beat! They were so kind to all of our guests and us, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. So many of our guests told us how much they loved our wedding - several even said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! We cannot say thank you enough to Hailey, Diana, and Dianna for making our day so special and everything we were hoping for. If you're looking for a coordinator, hire I Do! Weddings right now!   Hailey is awesome

  Hailey was a HUGE part of making our wedding the most amazing experience. She was always there to answer any question, no matter how big or small. She was a part of every vendor coordination phone call, she made sure everyone was comfortable with the layout and timing, and on the day of our wedding, she made sure everything happened perfectly. We could not have gone through the wedding planning process without her!!

  Amazing, professional, and very hands on!

  Words can’t express the gratitude I feel towards Hailey and her team at I Do Weddings!. My wedding had unexpected rain and very cold weather, but Hailey handled everything to perfection. At the very last minute the ceremony had to be under tents which made us move some tables, with her in charge I had no worries and it turned out better than expected. As the night progressed I had absolutely no stress and I enjoyed every single moment of that day with my husband. Communication with Hailey prior to the wedding was also easy as she is very responsive to messages and calls. The I Do Weddings! Team is truly there for YOU and to make your day a breeze! I highly recommend Hailey and her team. I know my vendors also LOVED HER! And everyone had only great things to say about how the day turned out thanks in large part to I Do Weddings!

  Lifesaving genius

  We were behind schedule and every time someone asked us about the wedding we broke into a cold sweat. There was still so much to be done and we didn't know how to do it. Hailey came in with answers to everything, including questions we didn't even know to ask. I am forever grateful to her. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and it would not have been what it was without her.

  Our wedding day was seamless with Hailey!

  Hailey started working with us a couple of months out and was so beyond helpful in bringing together our vision and all of the logistics for our special day! She made sure we had all things covered big and small for ourselves and with all of the vendors. She kept us on track with our timelines and made sure the vendors had everything they needed including the final details and timeline well in advance. Our wedding day was seamless start to finish. Because of Hailey we were able to not stress and just enjoy and had an absolutely fabulous wedding day!

  "Amazing" is an understatement

  Get yourself a wedding planner who can jump through hoops, dodge bullets, and scale mountains. Hailey Winemiller (aka acrobat, aka lion tamer, aka ring leader) did just that, only instead of hoops, bullets, and mountains, it was my family's demands. She was prompt, understanding, prepared, and always calm. She helped bridge cultural aspects, resolved communication issues, and advocated for our traditions. The help and guidance we received was invaluable. What felt like an impending circus of random events, actualized as a beautifully orchestrated wedding. We couldn’t have done it without her

  Hailey is AMAZING! Worth every penny and more!

  Hailey is amazing! She was recommended to us by the venue we chose and was absolutely instrumental in making our wedding happen. I was getting so overwhelmed by the entire planning process, and she was there every step of the way to calm my anxiety and guide us to the next steps. My husband and I are both blind, and Hailey was incredibly accommodating throughout our time together, even though some of our requests and needs were outside the norm for most couples. During our initial meeting, she was very upfront and clear about the services she provides, which entailed so much more than the few tasks we were expecting! She was always available if we had questions or needed to talk things through. She started all our meetings by first asking what we wanted to talk about, and never made us feel rushed, even though I'm pretty sure we asked so many questions that we often ran long.
  
  She did so much work in the background to gather necessary information from our vendors, create a timeline and layout, and coordinate with our venue which was a huge weight lifted off us. She also treated all our vendors very well and made sure everyone was on the same page, whether they were professional caterers or friends donating their talents.
  
  On the day of the wedding, it seemed like she was everywhere at once. If there were any kinks, she handled them without me knowing, and everything ran as smoothly as we anticipated. My husband and I were free to mingle with friends and family without having to think about the timeline because we knew she would be there whenever we needed to move to the next thing.
  
  She didn't disappear afterward, either. She has followed up with us a couple times to make sure the little things were taken care of. Not only would I whole-heartedly recommend her to friends, I already have!

  Hailey made our wedding day a breeze, even though we’d planned it from a different state. I don’t think anyone asked me (the bride) a single question all day—which I hear is rare—because Hailey took care of it all. Any time we brought something up, she’d already done it. She also made sure we had every thing we needed (including tons of extra food) packed up and ready to go at the end of the night. She met with us a few times before the wedding day to make sure all the details were in order. Her spreadsheet was very organized and helpful in making sure everything was thought through. The wedding was exactly how we envisioned it! She also helped one of my bridesmaids plan a surprise for me, which was above and beyond. Highly recommend Hailey’s help on your big day!

I'm sure she put out other small fires that we weren't even aware of because she makes sure you are stress free as the bride and groom. Truly a jack of all trades when it comes to weddings.   Perfect Execution!

  Working with Hailey at I Do Weddings was the best experience I could have asked for.   Calm and Creative. Helped create the perfect wedding day!

  We hired Hailey as our day of coordinator. She went above and beyond this role by walking us through all the details of putting together a wedding. She is calm and professional and took on every task with confidence. She took our boxes of decorations and created the most beautiful ambiance. I thought I had asked too much of her and that I should help her, but she assured me that there was no problem and she could decorate everything as I had asked of her. When we returned to the reception venue from the church, I was delighted with the way she decorated the tables. She understood my vision and then went beyond anything that I could imagine.   Hailey is a gem in the wedding business. She is always prepared and professional.
  
  During the last three months of planning our wedding this summer and fall, Hailey was available for multiple planning meetings, countless check-in calls, and as the wedding grew closer, frantic late-night texts. Planning a wedding with guests from across the country and around the world during COVID-19 was exceedingly difficult, but Hailey always worked to make things easier. When we changed our plans, Hailey was there to implement the change, with calmness and a diagram.
  
  On the day of the wedding Hailey and her team worked to implement our vision and provide personal support. Hailey interfaced with our vendors, set up the reception space, helped us with our outfits, and even guarded the bathroom when we needed it.
  
  Thanks to Hailey’s hard work, our wedding ran on time (!) and according to plan, and everyone had an amazing time. At the end of the night, Hailey made sure we left with a serving of dinner and a big piece of cake.

  On the day of the wedding Hailey and her team worked to implement our vision and provide personal support. Hailey interfaced with our vendors, set up the reception space, helped us with our outfits, and even guarded the bathroom when we needed it.
  
  Thanks to Hailey’s hard work, our wedding ran on time (!) and according to plan, and everyone had an amazing time. At the end of the night, Hailey made sure we left with a serving of dinner and a big piece of cake.

  A joy to work with and invaluable to planning

  Hailey came to me through the turnkey package at Springdale Station (highly recommend doing that) but even if I had not done the package, I would have been thrilled to have Hailey as my day-of-planner. She is incredibly professional and efficient. She helped me coordinate with my vendors, fielded questions from them and generally ensured all the gaps were filled in. She came to our first meeting prepared with a draft timeline, specific questions and suggestions. I had heard from some friends that while planning a wedding, they felt a lot of pushback from their planners about the "right" way of doing things. I never felt that with Hailey. She is very knowledgable and has tons of experience but did not push her ideas of how our wedding should be onto me. Rather, if I was unsure on something she would offer information and suggestions but ultimately made me feel comfortable deciding.
  
  Hailey was also fantastic in just making sure my husband and I enjoyed our wedding. She was great at picking up on family dynamics and helping to diffuse certain situations. Essentially, I felt like she made sure we were taken care of and happy. She's also a joy to work with on a personal level. She's matter of fact and easy to talk with. On the day of the wedding there really wasn't anything that didn't run smoothly and on schedule. Still, I was able to detach myself from the schedule a bit in that I knew what it was but that it would be taken care of because of my trust in her. For someone that is very Type A like me, that is hard to do. It really speaks to how well Hailey did her job. She was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone.

  Worth Every Penny

  Hailey was amazing to work with. She was flexible yet organized. She asked all the right questions and kept us on track. She kept everything under control to the point where at the end of the night my husband was worried about all the moving parts and loading up cars and I told him and while whole heartedly believe it myself “Hailey has got it all figured out.”
  
  Brides, the last thing you want to worry about on your special day is how is everything going and what is being set up while you are getting ready. Hailey makes it so that you are worry and stress free. We can not recommend her enough.

  Amazing coordinator, flexible and calming

  Worth every penny!

  Hailey was beyond what I was expecting from her. The pandemic messed a lot of stuff up for us, but Hailey was up and on it with every detail. I didn't have to remind her, or ask her to do anything that she has not already done. She was hands done the best decision I made for this wedding, aside from marrying my husband.
