Hire I do Weddings!!!
Hailey was a spectacular day of coordinator who went above and beyond for our wedding! I would 100% hire her again and recommend her to any future brides. She is calm and knowledgeable. Our day was carefree and smooth sailing thanks to I do Weddings! -

I cannot recommend Hailey & I Do Weddings highly enough! She is so organized, calm, and professional. She knows the industry and vendors very well. My husband and I have pretty busy work schedules and she was flexible with scheduling. Planning a wedding can be stressful but Hailey's clear knowledge and vision helped make the process smooth. There were some non-traditional elements in our wedding and Hailey was so supportive. She is a brilliant problem-solver and helped our day go so smoothly. On top of all of that her prices are incredibly reasonable. We appreciate Hailey so much! -

Words can’t express the gratitude I feel towards Hailey and her team at I Do Weddings!. My wedding had unexpected rain and very cold weather, but Hailey handled everything to perfection. At the very last minute the ceremony had to be under tents which made us move some tables, with her in charge I had no worries and it turned out better than expected. As the night progressed I had absolutely no stress and I enjoyed every single moment of that day with my husband. Communication with Hailey prior to the wedding was also easy as she is very responsive to messages and calls. The I Do Weddings! Team is truly there for YOU and to make your day a breeze! I highly recommend Hailey and her team. I know my vendors also LOVED HER! And everyone had only great things to say about how the day turned out thanks in large part to I Do Weddings! -

Get yourself a wedding planner who can jump through hoops, dodge bullets, and scale mountains. Hailey Winemiller (aka acrobat, aka lion tamer, aka ring leader) did just that, only instead of hoops, bullets, and mountains, it was my family's demands. She was prompt, understanding, prepared, and always calm. She helped bridge cultural aspects, resolved communication issues, and advocated for our traditions. The help and guidance we received was invaluable. What felt like an impending circus of random events, actualized as a beautifully orchestrated wedding. We couldn’t have done it without her -

We had such an incredible experience with Hailey and her team at I Do Weddings! They were organized, attentive, easy to work with and professional. When it came to the month of the wedding, we felt really assured that Hailey was on top of everything as she met with us to get a great understanding of our vision, put together a detailed timeline of activities for the big day, maintained tight communication with all of wedding vendors, sent reminders as and when things needed to be done. Hailey was amazing to work with. She was flexible yet organized. She asked all the right questions and kept us on track. She kept everything under control to the point where at the end of the night my husband was worried about all the moving parts and loading up cars and I told him and while whole heartedly believe it myself “Hailey has got it all figured out.”
Brides, the last thing you want to worry about on your special day is how is everything going and what is being set up while you are getting ready. Hailey makes it so that you are worry and stress free. We can not recommend her enough. -

Made things easy!
Hailey made our wedding day a breeze, even though we’d planned it from a different state. I don’t think anyone asked me (the bride) a single question all day—which I hear is rare—because Hailey took care of it all. Any time we brought something up, she’d already done it. She also made sure we had every thing we needed (including tons of extra food) packed up and ready to go at the end of the night. She met with us a few times before the wedding day to make sure all the details were in order. Her spreadsheet was very organized and helpful in making sure everything was thought through. The wedding was exactly how we envisioned it! She also helped one of my bridesmaids plan a surprise for me, which was above and beyond. Highly recommend Hailey’s help on your big day! -

Amazing Experience
Hailey is the detail-oriented, meticulous, thoughtful planner that I could never be. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and she deserves 100% of the credit. I just showed up and had a blast - she took care of the rest. I would recommend her to anyone who wants the perfect wedding without the stress. -

Hailey was beyond what I was expecting from her. The pandemic messed a lot of stuff up for us, but Hailey was up and on it with every detail. I didn't have to remind her, or ask her to do anything that she has not already done. She was hands done the best decision I made for this wedding, aside from marrying my husband. -

Hailey was great. We had a fairly simple set up and I was content to do most of the vendor hiring and communication myself but she was helpful and responsive every time I reached out. As we got closer, she started to take over most of the vendor communication which I especially appreciated as I got busier. She got everything organized with spreadsheets and check in calls. She always had good ideas and guidance. I truly can’t imagine having executed the big day without her. -
