A little bit about me and what I do, I am a Wedding and Event Coordinator that specializes in wedding day coordination. I'd like to think that I am budget friendly while offering exceptional service. I am a doer, and that means that there isn't much I wouldn't do, to ensure that your day runs as seamless as possible. My services begin as soon as clients book, meaning I am just a phone call away as your professional wedding resource.

My goal is to provide my clients with support and guidance throughout the planning process, but even more importantly execute all your final details and instructions to allow you to enjoy every minute of your wedding day!

Highly recommend hiring Marlene!

I was looking for an extra hand to help with setting up my ceremony and reception on the day of, and Marlene went above and beyond! Marlene was a joy to work with from the very start, and she was incredibly thorough and proactive in making sure she understood my vision for the day. She was mindful of my budget and hiring Marlene was well worth it. It made my wedding day that much more enjoyable knowing I could trust Marlene to handle the setup down to the smallest detail.

Wedding planner and coordinator

Marlene was a lifesaver. She came in midway through our wedding planning to assist with everything that needed to be done. She suggested great vendors and seamlessly coordinated all the necessary details. I highly recommend her services. Her assistance made our wedding day possible! :)

Marlene is amazing

Marlene is AMAZING!! She is talented, wonderful, and fantastic at what she does! She made sure our wedding went off without a hitch. She was proactive in planning, organized, and very communicative. She went above and beyond making the day so special. Everyone had wonderful things to say about her and her work. I can't thank her enough for making our day so special.

Fantastic Coordinator!

We hired Marlene early on in our planning process for our April wedding as a day of coordinator. She went above and beyond from day one by meeting with us over Zoom to discuss our vision and then started communicating with vendors weeks before our wedding to ensure a smooth experience the day of. We had some last minute changes to our floor plan and schedule due to rain in the forecast, and Marlene helped us through all of those last minute changes. On the day of Marlene ensured that we were well taken care of, and she helped us figure out a new plan when heavy winds started to blow our decorations off of tables. Everyone had a great time and Marlene played a big part in our successful event. If you’re looking for a coordinator, I would absolutely recommend Marlene!

Could not have done it without You

Marlene’s excellent coordination of my wedding exceeded all my expectations. Marlene is a pleasure to work with. Her positive energy, professionalism, and expertise was noticed and acknowledged by my family and friends. We appreciate all she did and we are so thankful. Marlene helped make our wedding day perfect. I was absolutely stress free knowing she had everything under control. We used Marlene for same day coordination and it was everything we needed. I highly recommend Marlene for your wedding coordination needs.

Amazing, friendly, responsive and experienced!

Hiring Marlene as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding in November of 2021. She was super responsive, very affordable, flexible with changes (we had to postpone the wedding from June to November due to COVID), helpful through email with giving me ideas on what I could do, and a rockstar on the actual wedding day. I was also living in NorCal planning a wedding in Pasadena so she was also very accommodating in doing mostly phone calls and also meeting us on our available dates when we would be in the area. She did a great job contacting all our vendors, managing them once they arrived on the day of the wedding, and set out decorations exactly as I had envisioned! We luckily had no real big issues on the day of the wedding and even the little details (like our DJ messing up on the song order for our bridal party reception entrance) she hopped on it quick and communicated our needs. You will definitely not regret hiring Marlene!

Wedding - October 23rd, 2021

Marlene was an absolute life saver! We hired Marlene before the pandemic and we unfortunately had to postpone our wedding. Fortunately, Marlene stuck with us for two years and we always loved how Marlene checked in to see how we were doing. She was amazing in helping us find the best vendors for our wedding and she knew what exactly what to do when in came to the preparations for the wedding. She confirmed vendor contracts and finalized the day of wedding timeline, as well as ensured payments and guest counts were in order.

She knew how to direct everyone on the day of the wedding and she managed to take care of things from staring and ending time to establish everyone was on schedule.

She made sure everything I envisioned for the wedding was taken care of and was in good shape. Marlene is definitely a pro at her job and it was a pleasure working with her.

Marlene is the coordinator you want to hire!!

Marlene is an experienced coordinator who will fulfill all your wedding needs and more. I had a detailed plan and she was able to execute it all while making necessary corrections using her experience and expertise. You will be in great hands with her! Unsung Hero

Marlene was so amazing and fantastic to work with. We went the “day of” package and were so surprised and grateful for her involvement leading up to “day of” to make that day so smooth and easy. You have enough other stuff going on that day of your wedding, it was so amazing to have Marlene show up and know that everything would be handled that we asked of her…and then some. She was so above and beyond helpful and made it possible for us to actually relax and enjoy our special day. Would HIGHLY recommend Marlene to anyone looking for a great coordinator for your wedding or special event.
