From beginning to end she had professional consistent communication that was also warm and friendly. We never waited long for a response to any question - easy or challenging. When we were closing in on our agreed budget Michelle proactively sought cost cutting options. The entire ELLAMAE Productions team were hard working, efficient, and service minded. Many times, taking on tasks outside their normal responsibilities to get the job done right. Michelle's rates are extremely fair in comparison to other planners and the amount of attention and labor she poured into our special wedding event was valued. Michelle and her team are absolutely incredible and I would recommend them 1000 times over. We began working with Michelle about a year and a half before our wedding and she immediately understood our vibe and the type of wedding we wanted to have. This not only made the entire wedding planning process seamless from beginning to end, it also resulted in our wedding being truly perfect in every possible way. When I reflect on my wedding planning process and wedding day, I think of how grateful and appreciative I am to have worked with Michelle and Ellamae Productions. The entire process completely exceeded my expectations – Michelle’s warmth, professionalism, and efficiency were constantly above and beyond. From the wedding planning process to the day of, I knew we were in the best of hands and that I could fully trust Ellamae Productions to execute my vision and troubleshoot any difficulties before I even became aware of them.

Planning a wedding during Covid could have been extremely stressful, but Michelle has a special way of bringing calmness to every situation. I truly believe I was at peace leading up to my wedding day and throughout the day because of my trust in Michelle. Words cannot express how thankful my husband and I were for Michelle during our wedding planning process. Her friendliness and likability is equal to her absolute and unwavering professionalism. There is no way we could have planned a COVID-19 compliant micro-wedding in less than two months without her and her creative solutions to all the hurdles we encountered. Only a few days before the wedding, our outdoor wedding forecast went from sunny to downpour rain! Thankfully, Michelle worked quickly and diligently with her network of event vendors (all of which were absolutely incredible) to make sure we and all our guests were dry for our special day. Knowing Michelle was on top of everything allowed me and my husband to really enjoy the day together and with our guests. She's a ten out of ten! Michelle was with us from day one of planning our large wedding and she was there through our process of reorienting in the wake of COVID to hosting a small, intimate wedding with just our families. I cannot emphasize enough what it meant to us to have her event planning expertise throughout the entire process. She was thorough in each of our meetings to ensure our vendors were communicating with us properly, and she made sure each detail was tended to. Her attention to detail was accompanied by such kindness and a clear concern for our wellbeing as a couple as we navigated these unprecedented times. She also took great initiative in connecting with our officiant, bartender, and others to see that everyone felt comfortable and was on the same page.

At our small wedding, from the rehearsal to cleanup, Michelle went the extra mile in taking care of music, managing food staff, communicating COVID safety protocols, and making sure everything was in the right place at the right time. Our families were blown away by her dedication and expertise.

Oh, and the designs! She was a close confidant in selecting our place settings and she even did our floral arrangements. What really made the designs special was that Michelle took the time to get to know us as a couple, from the music we like, to our personalities... this helped her put touches on the decor that felt so authentic to us.

The best part of all of this, is we anticipate partnering with Michelle again next year when we are (hopefully) post-COVID and able to have a large party with family and friends who were not able to travel out this year.
