We absolutely loved having our wedding at Hyatt Regency Princeton! The venue is absolutely beautiful with its open roof lobby & greenery inside! We loved working with Kristy Shawen so much. She was extremely friendly & gave us so much comfort in a very stressful planning time. She responded quickly & made sure everything went as perfectly as planned. Overall great planning/wedding experience!
We had our wedding at the Princeton Hyatt Regency in May 2023. It was an amazing experience overall and we would highly recommend it to anyone searching for a hotel venue! The hotel is large and spacious with a beautiful lobby, and having all our events in one place was super convenient both for us as well as our guests. We had an Indian wedding and the baraat location in the circular drive was perfect and a huge improvement from the parking lot, which is a common site for many other venues. The standout aspect of the Hyatt Regency is Kristy Shawen, the Senior Event Sales Manager, who also served functionally as our wedding planner and coordinator (and is certified in both!). She was very accommodating and went out of her way to help us put together our events as we envisioned them. Choosing the Hyatt Regency was a great decision and one that we would make again without any reservations!

Amazing Venue and Staff
This was the last venue we toured during our search, and we immediately fell in love with it. This place was recently renovated, and its huge lobby with koi pond, accommodating hospitality rooms/suites, and giant ballroom were perfect for our large wedding. They even had an outdoor tent with a beautiful view of the scenery outside. Kristy, the events coordinator, was very accommodating and her optimism was very appreciated during the stressful planning period. Highly recommend this venue!

Wedding events excellent
This wedding,, reception and Sangeet venue for indian wedding events is excellent and beyond our expectation. They provided lots of surprised complementary services. The hotel event management team is excellent and so organized. I would recommend this venue for the wedding events. Food from Moghul restaurant was excellent and guests were delighted.

Fantastic!
Kristy was an integral part of creating our perfect wedding. We cannot stress enough how amazing of a person she is! She went out of her way numerous times to ensure that our wedding went smoothly and successfully. It is clear that she has an unrivaled passion for her job, and it shows in the quality of the service that she and her team at the Hyatt Regency Princeton deliver. From the food tastings to the decorations to the accommodations for our guests and us, everything was carefully planned and executed with meticulous detail. Our wedding was a little complicated because we had both a Hindu and Catholic ceremony in the same day, but with Kristy's help everything went smoothly. Despite the hurdles that the pandemic presented, Kristy and her team made every effort to ensure that we had the best day of our lives, and we can say with complete confidence that we absolutely did have the best wedding we could imagine! - Caroline & Akhil

Beautiful Wedding Venue
Our daughter got married at the Hyatt in Princeton (Nov 2021) and it would not have been possible without help of Kristy Shawen. Over the past few months, Kristy and her team went above and beyond each and every time to make sure all our requests were accommodated. She was able to give us rooms a few days before the wedding to ensure all of the supplies were at the hotel ahead of time. The hospitality shown here by the staff was top notch and they made us feel like guests ourselves.
Our wedding was fantastic, and a good chunk of the reason why the wedding turned out to be amazing was because of Kristy. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here and most importantly, have their wedding here.

Outstanding
We recently just had our wedding at the Hyatt Regency Princeton. Our plan was to have our reception in their beautiful Regency ballroom. However, 2020 had their own plans! Keeping our date was so important to us and this would have never been possible without Kristy Shawen (Sales Manager) and the rest of the Hyatt staff. We were able to have a beautiful and safe outdoor wedding despite all of the changes all while following the guidelines! Kristy is the kindest, most genuine person, along with the general manager, who made our dreams possible. This is a beautiful hotel with great staff, beautiful rooms, and excellent food. Our experience proves that the Hyatt will exceed all expectations no matter the circumstance! As the saying goes, the only thing constant in life is change and the Hyatt was able to quickly adapt with us during these uncertain times. Our perfect day is credited to the phenomenal hotel staff. We are so grateful and look forward to the next event with the Hyatt!
