Moghul catered our daughter's reception cocktail, dinner and farewell breakfast and we couldn't be happier. The food was delicious, and the service by event managers Rajeev and Khunal team was top-notch. They truly made the evening unforgettable. Highly recommended!

You did it again!!
Where do I begin in thanking you for the most delicious cuisine and mouth watering dishes that you designed, curated, prepared, and served at my daughter's wedding Reception on 9/30/2023. From Brunch to the evening Reception appetizers, shooters, food stations, and exotic desserts, everything was simply flawless.

For Brunch, where you served Mexican cuisine, the feedback was "Moghul took Mexican cuisine to a different level...no other Mexican food comes even close"; another guest said "Wow, I didn't think Mexican food could be made to look and taste so exotic".

Some of the feedback for the Reception displays, appetizers, and food stations was, "I am speechless"; "this daal-baati-choorma is more authentic than what we get in Rajasthan"; "wow, look at the presentation and it tastes even better".

So, Vipul ji, please accept my very deepest gratitude for making the Wedding Reception celebration for my daughter a memorable event. Many many thanks to you, your leadership, your innovation with food, and your vision. You and your team of Chefs are THE BEST.

I just have one small regret....I wish that I could attend the Reception as a guest and not as the host....then I would have taken the time to feast my visual senses on the beautiful displays of food, and I would have feasted my palette on each and every dish! I only enjoyed a couple of appetizers at that time. But I thoroughly enjoyed some left-over saag for a couple of meals. Yes, it tasted more like Sarson and less like Spinach :) It was perfectly balanced.

Wedding #1: May 2022
My family retained Moghul Catering for my daughter's wedding on May 14th, 2022 in Maryland. Moghul, situated in NJ, catered the event in MD. They catered a Luncheon for approx. 245 guests and also an evening Reception for over 400 guests. I worked directly with Mr. Vipul Gupta who helped establish a menu, tweak it and was very easy to work with. Mr. Gupta kept his word and delivered excellent food. I have heard nothing but rave reviews from all guests. Every dish at both events was liked. Luncheon Bengali Mithai was fresh and delicious. At dinner, while the dinner dishes were fantastic, the Viennese Dessert show was phenomenal. Overall, Moghul did an outstanding job, for which I and my family thank Vipul Ji and rest of Moghul's team......P. Tak
