We had Chand Palace take care of the catering for our son's wedding reception and were beyond happy! Vishal Ji treats you like family and helps to make sure its the best possible experience for the guests. He is most flexible and full of suggestions for new menu items. Our guests loved the food and the presentation. Folks are still talking about the fusion dishes and the live Jalebi station.

We are so glad we went with Chand Palace for our catering at our wedding! Vishal was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional, and took a lot of time to walk us through multiple tastings. We had a fusion wedding, so it was important to us that all our guests enjoyed the meal, and it was a big hit! They run the buffet with precision and people are still raving about the food. We appreciated the variety of choices of their catering menu as well.

Last month, we celebrated our son’s Sangeet event at the newly renovated Martinsville Gardens set on an elevated location surrounded by greenery and spectacular views. They have a gazebo and deck outside and a water wall inside with great picture opportunities inside and outside.
Unmatched quality of food and their service was the best in New Jersey! Owners Vishalji and Ajayji were responsive throughout the process, very accommodating with our requests and went out of their way to make sure we had what we wanted. Vishalji even tried a couple of new items and dessert that I requested and was able to include that for us. Their generosity and passion to serve the best food was evident at our tasting session which will be unforgettable for our families.
We also used their catering services for the wedding reception and another pre-wedding event. Their staff member, Shaan went an extra mile to show up at our pre-wedding luncheon venue, The Imperia to facilitate the smooth delivery and set up, which was not part of the contract and saved us a lot of hassle.
The food was amazing for all our three events that had different cuisines for each one. Our guests are still raving about the tasty menu and abundant variety of items.

We had our multi-cultural, Indian and American wedding celebration November 20, 2021, and had a wonderful experience working with Chand Palace. They catered our Mehendi celebration, pre-ceremony lunch, and reception cocktail hour and dinner. The food at all of the events was phenomenal. They worked with us to ensure that we had a variety of food that catered to all of our guests’ culinary preferences. Having both types of cuisines provided by one caterer made things so easy for us to coordinate. They also did a really great job ensuring that we were able to meet the needs of all of our guests with dietary restrictions. They had so many options, and labeled everything so that our guests were easily able to see what they could eat. The quality of both the Indian food and the American food was spectacular. We are still receiving compliments from guests about how good all of the food was! Chand Palace was also very flexible with us when we needed to reschedule our event multiple times due to the pandemic. I highly recommend Chand Palace for any catering needs!

One of the most important aspects of any event is the food, and Vishal and team went above and beyond with the food for our wedding. The selection was great, and the menu was tailored to exactly what we wanted. Our guests were raving about the Thai Chilli Garlic Noodies and Tres Leches Ras Malai. Even with COVID implications, Vishal did an amazing job with adapting to the government regulations and ensuring the safety of our guests.

My family has used Chand place for two of our family weddings now. Both times, they provided a world class experience with exceptional food. What I love about Chand Palace is they tend to look less at the numbers and pricing and more at the overall experience of the event. Their #1 priority is to make sure your event is successful and your guests enjoy their time. They definitely did that with us. From the beginning, their communication and feedback was excellent. We used them for our mendhi, sangeet and reception catering. They have such a wide selection of foods and very creative ideas. The owners are very involved in the day to day aspect of the business and treat you like family. I would highly recommend using them to all my friends and family and plan to use them for future events. You can’t go wrong with Chand Palace.

The best in the area, the most reliable and consistent. No surprises in the weeks leading up to the ceremony or the day of. They require little oversight and they are professionals and have been in the catering business for years.

We had never been to an event catered by Chand Palace so were initially reluctant to hire them. Like with most Indian weddings - food is a huge component and our parents cared more about the food than anything else. Vishal worked closely with us and our families and after meeting with him once - we knew we could trust him and signed with him. He accommodated our endless menu changes and added additional items last minute (Indian food for breakfast, separate dinners for people with dietary restrictions etc.). He was so easy to work with and never made us feel bad about asking for anything. Our guests were blown away by the food and the presentation. We had a lot of guests come from India and they said that the quality and variety of food was similar to that of a high end wedding in India (which to us is the highest of praises). Months later - our guests are still raving about the food. I am so happy we hired Chand Palace and would recommend them to anyone!!
