Since then, James, the chef, has been working closely with Emily, the catering director, to deliver seasonal menus and exceptional service for couples on their wedding day.

We got the chance to work with Emily and company at wedding at the Prallsville Mill in Stockton last year and they were amazing to work with. Dinner was spectacularly timed and was excellent. As a DJ I get to sample food from a lot of different caterers and the Chilean Sea Bass was out of this world! Emily was always very friendly and courteous and everything went amazingly well. Highly recommend.
