Franco and crew was amazing to work with. He personally shows up to or at least tries to show up to each event he can. Luckily he made it to ours. Christine who was our wedding planner for the day provided from them was also amazing. She made sure we stayed on time and everything went smoothly. Our only regret was that we wish we ate more than we did!!! We cannot wait to use them again for our next event. The food was delicious and we did not have to worry about running out.

I was the bride so I didn't get to enjoy the food as much as I wanted to but what I got to try was great!
All the guests loved the food and the variety for the cocktail hour and the reception!
Also the chef was super nice and they had a coordinator named Christine that helped us with so much!

My experience with Franco, Ally, and their team were amazing. From the beginning they were so responsive and positive, and turned my wedding planning into an easy and enjoyable time when it could have been a stressful one. Ally walked me through everything and her experience showed throughout all of it. From our first conversation, I mentioned to Ally how I was between Franco and another caterer but really enjoyed their options so much more but it came down to a money matter and they did everything they could to win me over. When there was a communication error they rectified it right away and threw in more delicious appetizers, which was much appreciated. The tasting we had was amazing and Franco made my hubby and I feel so comfortable with everything, it’s like we were talking with a friend we’ve known for a long time (he also stuffed us to the brim with all of the food by the time we left). The day of our wedding was so wonderful, everything went off without a hitch thanks to Ally and everyone raved about the food and the amount of it! I couldn’t have asked for a better team to cater my wedding! Thank you so much Franco and Ally!

We worked closely with Ally through the entire process for our Wedding at Jack’s Barn. Their previous experience really helped in our planning as they were honest as to what would work and the best way to plan the night as I wanted it to be. They were wonderful in answering any questions and just super friendly. The night went off so smoothly thanks to them. Also, the food and entire staff were amazing!! Highly recommend!!!

They were so great! The food was outstanding everyone at our wedding commented on how great the food was!! I would absolutely recommend them a hundred times. If you are looking for a caterer for your special event, look no further. Chef Franco goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy, and taken care of — along with his wonderful partner in crime, Ally. It was important to me that the food be amazing for my wedding, and when we had our tasting, I was blown away. I couldn’t wait for my guests to experience his food. The day of the wedding, my guests raved about the food and presentation. I can’t say enough wonderful things about them. They were worth every penny! I will be using them for all my events to come. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our overall experience with Franco and team. From start to finish, the process was as smooth as you could ask for. In the beginning, we focused on the menu options laying out a possible menu that we would sample. The food tasting was a wonderful experience where we spoke directly with Franco. Franco also helped us evaluate the options providing his expertise and helping to make sure we knew what options were...this extended beyond just the food to discuss what the food would be served in.

We decided on a family style dinner after the cocktail hour and our guests were amazed at how well executed this was.
Not only was the food phenomenal, but the service was exceptional as well. Many of my guests have commented how great the service was. FYI, the french onion soup bites at cocktail hour are still being talked about!!!

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about both the service and the quality of food for our wedding. I'd also like to note that we had Franco's associate, Christine, act as our day-of manager and she was AMAZING! She took control with all of our vendors and made sure that Joanna and I could simply focus on ourselves and our guests. The phone conversations leading up to the event were wonderful and we got everything in alignment for the big day...then Christine absolutely knocked it out of the park on the wedding day.

While our guests still talk about our venue and how lovely it was, most of the conversations end up with how much everyone loved the food and service provided by Franco.

From the beginning of wedding planning I had 3 things at the top of my list that needed to knock it out of the park. 1. Location, 2. Music 3. Food in no particular order! Let me just say that from start to finish my experience with Franco’s was 5 star! Options, thoroughness, communication.....and needless to say the food was AMAZING! I STILL have guests talking about how great the food was! My only regret was not packing my husband and myself a to go box so we could have MORE!!!

Chef Franco and his team exceeded our expectations. Our wedding guests raved about the food. Not just the quality, but the generous portions served with our family style choice. We had mentioned that we wanted pies, and BOY did they deliver. Our dessert table was full of every dessert you could imagine!
