Our original caterer backed out 2 weeks before our wedding. Andrew who owns the business was extremely accommodating with us and still allowed us to do a tasting!! He answered our many calls and emails without getting frustrated and g ave us a lot of good recommendations! Food was great - all Covid precautions were taken. They took care of all rentals - they were awesome!! Andrew's wife Joann was the captain at our wedding and she was GREAT! She made sure my husband and I were taken care of and even helped bustle my dress when no one could figure out how to do it. Would definitely hire them again for another event - the short rib was to die for! All of our guests are still raving about it!

From our first meeting with Andrew and JoAnn at Culinary Creations all the way up to our wedding day, we had an incredible experience. The knowledge and connections they provided made it a smooth process for us throughout, and they were very accommodating and supportive with our final decisions. Planning a wedding can be stressful, and with the caterer being the biggest and most important vendor you choose, it ends ups being an important decision and we are so grateful we went with Culinary Creations. Andrew always stayed in communication with us during our planning process and he was very thorough with the plans he helped create for our wedding. We can't even count the amount of people who came up to us on our wedding night and complimented us on our choice to go with Culinary Creations; everyone raved about the amazing food and service. You will always hear about couples on their wedding day saying how they barely ate because of all the people and conversations they get bombarded with, but that won't be the case with Culinary Creations. JoAnn made it a point to make sure she hand-delivered us plates of food and drinks during cocktail hour, and then again during dinner, since she knew we were busy; no one else that we know has received that kind of personable service at their wedding. They not only took all of the trash with them upon cleanup at our wedding, but they also packed up ALL of the leftovers and gave them to us to enjoy for after the wedding. Thank you Andrew and JoAnn for helping us cultivate an amazing experience not only for ourselves, but also for our guests! We used Culinary Creations for our backyard wedding. Our yard was transformed into a beautiful spot to have a wedding. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was amazing and raved about. Thank you Andrew and Joann for making the day perfect!

Culinary creations catered our backyard wedding. The food was great, the servers were friendly. They also helped us take care of the tent rentals and alcohol which made the entire backyard wedding much less stressful!

As many other couples with weddings scheduled in 2020, we had to postpone our early April wedding. With things changing so quickly, there was no way of knowing when we’d be able to reschedule for. Unfortunately, our original caterer had to go out of business, and we now had a new date about 4 weeks away, and no caterer. We came across Culinary Creations and Andrew was quick to get back to us. From the first call on, communication with him was very easy. He helped us create a customized menu based on our dietary preferences/restrictions. He also facilitated other services like ice and liquor through other vendors, making things a lot easier on us.
Our tasting was held just about 2 weeks before our wedding, and we didn’t feel the least bit nervous. We met JoAnn at the tasting, not realizing she’d be working our wedding as well. She did an awesome job taking care of us on our special day, making sure we got to eat and have drinks.
Things went smoothly day-of, despite a last minute change of location of our reception due to rain the night before.
As for the food, our guests were really happy and loved everything from cocktail hour to our entree stations.
Andrew and his team are true professionals who can be trusted with your most special day. We felt at ease and confident in their experience with parties of all sizes and settings. We will be sure to recommend them to our loved ones in search of a caterer. A huge thank you Andrew, JoAnn and staff. When we lost our original caterer 8 weeks before our wedding we were not sure what we were going to do. Most people would have freaked out but I kept a positive mindset and knew that things happen for a reason. Well, that reason lead us to the greatest caterers ever. I came across Culinary Creations through the knot and did a bit more research on them. I googled them, yelped them, and pretty much looked at very site I possible could in order to see the type of caterers they were. Through all their reviews I kept seeing how great they were and decided to go with my gut and reach out to them. I am beyond glad we did because they did more than an excellent job.

From the moment we contacted them with our little emergency, of needing a new caterer under a short period of time, they jumped right in with us. They did not hesitate or even give us doubt. They emailed us right away, got on conference calls with us, made us feel comfortable that they could handle our wedding in what could be short notice. Even with their busy Thanksgiving schedule, Culinary Creations, handled our onsite greet and meet, food tasting, and onsite inspection of our venue.

Andrew Pantano answered all our questions time and time again. When we came down for a tasting his staff members were delightful and made us feel so comfortable. We were still wondered how great they actually would because how does someone (even group) cook great for a large party. The day of our Andrews team was there the night before seating up making sure they were ready to go the day of our wedding. On our wedding day they were still in full communication with us and making sure all I’s are dotted and T’s crossed.

Wedding night… they blew out of the park. Our cocktail hour was great – the staff made sure we sat down and ate and kept our drink glasses full. We went with family style servings because we wanted everyone to try every bit of the food and I’m glad we went with that. A lot of our family and friends raved about the food and staff. Excellent all around, clear communication, professionalism, everything you could ask for Culinary Creations delivered. I HIGHLY recommend their service to anyone with either it’s a small brunch at home to your wedding needs!

I can’t begin to tell you how incredibly grateful we are for Culinary Creations and the people who work here. Whatever we needed, they were there to make it happen without fail. Andrew, JoAnn and the team made my husband and I feel so comfortable at our wedding that we could just sit back and relax and not worry about a thing. We had to let go of our planner last minute and they told us do not worry, that they would handle everything, and that they did. The food is outstanding and people are still talking about it. We had questions about drinks and ice and how to find these things, but they take care of all that for you as well with vendors they work hand in hand with. Everything was seamless, flawless and my cup overflows with gratitude. I will always sing their praises!

870 miles, that’s the distance between WI and NJ. I had to plan a wedding from this distance. I knew I needed a full service caterer for the barn venue that was chosen that is why I chose Culinary Creations. They made everything so easy for me, one stop shopping. Food, rental, bar, they did it all. They are truly a professional and detailed oriented caterer. Their staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent ( rave review of braised short ribs from guests). Andrew and JoAnn are a dynamic duo. Friends and family said I did a great job planning the wedding to which I responded, I just hired great people. You will not be disappointed..

I can’t recommend Culinary Creations enough for your wedding and other events. Unfortunately the original caterer we booked went out of business a few months before our wedding date. We came upon Culinary Creations when we needed a replacement and the bit of extra searching was certainly a blessing in disguise to get to work with them!

Andrew and his whole team are so kind, so organized and make sure that everything goes completely smoothly. The food is delicious and we appreciated their flexibility and ability to accommodate dietary needs and other requests. From setting up decorations to providing outstanding service, my husband and our families seriously didn’t have to worry about a single thing during the wedding.

A friend of ours recommended Marcus and his team for our wedding day. From day one, Marcus was extremely easy to work with. As soon as we met him and saw a mock menu, we knew we had the perfect caterer for our wedding day! My husband and a few family members are celiac and Marcus was able to tailor the menu to fit our dietary needs. Everyone says they never remember the food at a wedding BUT all of our guests remembered this one! It was creative, tastefully done, and incredibly delicious!!! Marcus and his entire staff were professional and kind. They worked their butts off and provided the best service we could ask for. We are extremely happy that we chose Culinary Creations.
