From our first meeting with Andrew and JoAnn at Culinary Creations all the way up to our wedding day, we had an incredible experience. The knowledge and connections they provided made it a smooth process for us throughout, and they were very accommodating and supportive with our final decisions. Planning a wedding can be stressful, and with the caterer being the biggest and most important vendor you choose, it ends ups being an important decision and we are so grateful we went with Culinary Creations. Andrew always stayed in communication with us during our planning process and he was very thorough with the plans he helped create for our wedding. We can't even count the amount of people who came up to us on our wedding night and complimented us on our choice to go with Culinary Creations; everyone raved about the amazing food and service. You will always hear about couples on their wedding day saying how they barely ate because of all the people and conversations they get bombarded with, but that won't be the case with Culinary Creations. JoAnn made it a point to make sure she hand-delivered us plates of food and drinks during cocktail hour, and then again during dinner, since she knew we were busy; no one else that we know has received that kind of personable service at their wedding. They not only took all of the trash with them upon cleanup at our wedding, but they also packed up ALL of the leftovers and gave them to us to enjoy for after the wedding. Thank you Andrew and JoAnn for helping us cultivate an amazing experience not only for ourselves, but also for our guests! Your welcoming spirit and desire to provide top-notch service went well and above our expectations! We will always highly recommend Culinary Creations to our friends and family! -

We used Culinary Creations for our backyard wedding. Our yard was transformed into a beautiful spot to have a wedding. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was amazing and raved about. Thank you Andrew and Joann for making the day perfect! -

Last minute wedding
As many other couples with weddings scheduled in 2020, we had to postpone our early April wedding. With things changing so quickly, there was no way of knowing when we’d be able to reschedule for. Unfortunately, our original caterer had to go out of business, and we now had a new date about 4 weeks away, and no caterer. We came across Culinary Creations and Andrew was quick to get back to us. From the first call on, communication with him was very easy. He helped us create a customized menu based on our dietary preferences/restrictions. He also facilitated other services like ice and liquor through other vendors, making things a lot easier on us.
Our tasting was held just about 2 weeks before our wedding, and we didn’t feel the least bit nervous. We met JoAnn at the tasting, not realizing she’d be working our wedding as well. She did an awesome job taking care of us on our special day, making sure we got to eat and have drinks.
Things went smoothly day-of, despite a last minute change of location of our reception due to rain the night before.
As for the food, our guests were really happy and loved everything from cocktail hour to our entree stations.
Andrew and his team are true professionals who can be trusted with your most special day. We felt at ease and confident in their experience with parties of all sizes and settings. We will be sure to recommend them to our loved ones in search of a caterer. A huge thank you Andrew, JoAnn and staff. You all did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier about choosing Culinary Creations.

I can’t begin to tell you how incredibly grateful we are for Culinary Creations and the people who work here. Whatever we needed, they were there to make it happen without fail. Andrew, JoAnn and the team made my husband and I feel so comfortable at our wedding that we could just sit back and relax and not worry about a thing. We had to let go of our planner last minute and they told us do not worry, that they would handle everything, and that they did. The food is outstanding and people are still talking about it. We had questions about drinks and ice and how to find these things, but they take care of all that for you as well with vendors they work hand in hand with. Everything was seamless, flawless and my cup overflows with gratitude. I will always sing their praises! -

Excellent Caterer
870 miles, that’s the distance between WI and NJ. I had to plan a wedding from this distance. I knew I needed a full service caterer for the barn venue that was chosen that is why I chose Culinary Creations. They made everything so easy for me, one stop shopping. Food, rental, bar, they did it all. They are truly a professional and detailed oriented caterer. Their staff was very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent ( rave review of braised short ribs from guests). Andrew and JoAnn are a dynamic duo. Friends and family said I did a great job planning the wedding to which I responded, I just hired great people. You will not be disappointed.. -

Andrew and his team at Culinary Creations were everything we could have asked for in a catering and rental company. They explained all the food in detail during our tasting visit and were able to accommodate dietary restrictions for ourselves as well as immediate family members. The food was all delicious and the slider station was a huge hit!
For 5 full days before our wedding it rained, and it rained hard. Our yard (we had a backyard wedding) was soaked, to say the least. Andrew and his team were able to adjust their hours for the setup based on rain so that they did not mess up the yard more than the rain already did. Because of this we were able to lay down turf the day before and they were able to set everything up the night before and the day of. The rain held off for the wedding and everything turned out perfect.
If we did not choose Culinary Creations for our rental company I truly believe that our wedding would not have been as wonderful as it was. I sincerely thank them for all their hard work and honesty throughout the whole process. Every single person there was a pleasure to work with. -

Amazing! You need these guys with you on the big day!
My husbands family had used Culinary Creations Catering in the past for events so it was a natural fit to go ahead and use them on our big day. It turned out to be THE BEST decisions we had made for our day! I cannot share enough good things about this amazing group of people. My husband and I had decided to have our wedding at his parents house, with that came A LOT of added responsibilities that most couples typical don't have to consider. Andrew and the team walked us through every single step of the way, guided us through the process, provided the best recommendations, connected us with vendors that we will forever be grateful for and simply made a very large undertaking - simple. I can't stress that enough our wedding process was SIMPLE thanks to this team! Flash forward to the big day, we didn't have to think about a thing, everything was perfect, their team took care of us and our guests, they were in contact with all of the vendors so we never had to get involved in anything. If there was something that had gone wrong, I never heard of it and I know that they fixed it instantly. The food was DELICIOUS! Many times you go to a wedding and the food is sub par especially since it is being made in mass quantities. Not these guys. It felt like every dish was made to order for each guest, the cocktail hour was spectacular, the send off pork roll egg and cheese station is something that our guests still talk a bout to this day. One major mistake - get more pork roll and egg and cheese, it's a hit!!

I Am Extremely Satisfied By My Experience With Culinary Creations
Aside from the delicious food, the Culinary Creations team (especially Andrew Pantano) helped create a wonderful experience for us.
My husband and I aren't natural event planners, so we were seriously stressed about planning our wedding. Andrew's invaluable knowledge and guidance took so much of the stress out of wedding preparation. We always left our pre-wedding meetings with a huge sigh of relief.
The best part, of course, was the pleasure and satisfaction of a wonderfully executed wedding.
If you haven't booked Culinary Creations for your event, yet, hurry up and do it! You don't want to miss out! -

Everything is more challenging when you have your wedding at a non-traditional venue, unless, of course, you hire Culinary Creations. I am not sure any review can do justice to the experience provided by Andrew, Joanne, and the whole team. For a detail-oriented bride, Andrew was exactly what I needed! He patiently addressed my endless questions, responded immediately to all of my emails, and treated my husband and I like personal friends, rather than customers.
Our venue gave us a list of approved caterers, and we went with Andrew because he was full-service. He handled absolutely everything leading up to the big day, and Joanne, our captain, was the epitome of perfection. It was she who escorted us on our first walk-through, conducted our tasting, and executed our day-of needs. If a guest handed me a gift, she swooped in and collected it from me. If my hand was empty, she gave me my drink of choice. When my gown was being bustled, she brought me food. At one point, my mother wanted to change our timeline, but Joanne made sure to clear it with me first. I couldn’t possibly thank her enough for making sure the day went smoothly!
Finally, the food was amazing - I have never heard so many people compliment wedding food! Guests were calling after in order to rave about it. We served the meal family style, and everything came out hot and delicious, with seconds for whomever desired it. The arrangement they have for alcohol on consignment was ideal, and they even agreed to frost the cake with my personal recipe! Given the exceptional service we received, the value was beyond compare. I look forward to future opportunities to hire Culinary Creations again.

We had a tough time understanding where to begin when first planning our wedding. Once we found Culinary Creations they helped make everything fall into place and explained everything in great detail. Their experience and professionalism was such a blessing all the way thru the entire process.
Day of our wedding they were attentive to Is and all of our guests. All the little details we were concerned about were handled with perfection and grace by the Culinary Creations team. Our captain was feeding us food and drinks all night and we never had to be concerned with anything except having a great time with our guests.
Food was amazing as expected and although I know people tend say the wedding great, all of the guests that we spoke to raved about the food and service first. My friend called for their information after the wedding as they are planning a wedding.

We spoke to Andrew of Culinary Creations and explained our needs, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He was thorough, accommodating, and friendly. The day of the wedding, everything was as I'd hoped. Everything was laid out beautifully, the food was incredible, and the staff were top notch. If I had it to do all over again, I would go with Culinary Creations again in a heartbeat.

Cassandra Sent on 08/27/2018Andrew and his team at Culinary Creations are absolutely amazing!!! We were able to pull off a 160 guest wedding in less than 4 months thanks to him!!! I run a busy restaurant and bar and spend a lot of time handling special events at work, so I didn't have a lot of time to focus on my own wedding. Andrew literally did everything for us he possibly could and then some! He has a wonderful reputation as a chef and caterer and really really lives up to it. I knew well in advance I wanted to use Culinary Creations if I ever had the chance. Many of our guests also work or formally worked in the restaurant industry, and they were all sooo impressed by the food, the displays, execution and level of professionalism. We had a very specific idea of how we wanted our reception to be and it was all we hoped for and much much more. Every single guest has showered us with compliments for our choice in the caterer. I very highly recommending Culinary Creations, from the initial meeting/tasting to the pricing to the big day, they really knock it out of the park! We cannot wait to use them again in the future!

The great team at Culinarily Creations headed by Andrew flawlessly planned, prepped, priced, and executed our vision.
I say ‘our vision’, because at no point did he feel like a vendor and we the customer. He felt more like a partner who was just as passionate about our day. In certain instances, he was more proactive then we were. He saw gaps in our planning before they became problematic and sorted matters out with other vendors directly. He literally connected us with anyone/anything we would need. From the place settings to the portable bathrooms.
When you choose culinary creations you are not merely selecting a caterer, you are partnering with an expert who has a workflow so precise, pricing so reasonable, and communication so transparent that he made what seemed impossible look effortless.
As the bride and groom we often say that “we wished we could’ve been guests at our wedding”. All who attended were absolutely blown away. -

Every guest was thoroughly satisfied with the food at our reception. The attention to detail from the first planning meeting to the last check-in helped to make our wedding reception a truly memorable event. Andrew, Joanne, and staff left no detail undone, and the results, including excellent table service by the wait staff, were remarkable. If you have an idea, share it with Andrew as his broad level of experience will help guide you to the right decision. He is aware of your budget and keeps his suggestions within your range - which is appreciated. We sincerely recommend Culinary Creations for your wedding events.

They made sure that every detail was attended to. The food was out of this world and we are still, 5 months later getting compliments on how amazing the food was and how it was the best wedding our guest ever attended. Kristin Sent on 10/22/2013These guys really know what they're doing! From the minute I first met with them (and they were the FIRST and LAST caterer I met with!) I had the impression that they had seen it and done it all before. I felt like I was in the presence of experienced people that really enjoyed and cared about their business. I was very lucky because they are very local to us, and an integral part of our community, so I had a lot of people telling me they were great. I touched base with them several times during planning, and each time, they put my (nervous) mind at ease with their professionalism and caring (I was an extremely neurotic bride as I was planning and putting the wedding together myself!) They were beyond flexible with our rigid budget and gave sensible recommendations that turned out to be 100% correct. On the day of the wedding, the food was just simply AMAZING. I received more compliments on it that night, and since, than I can keep track of. I've been to several weddings and most people never even mention the food either way, so that says a lot. The presentation was perfect and they manifested my vision of how the day would go flawlessly. The cake was also delicious! Tim, the captain for my event, was like a family member!! He seemed to always be there when we needed him and he even made sure that my husband and I had a huge sampler plate of all the hors d'oeuvres that were being passed waiting for us at our table. If he hadn't, we were so busy talking to guests and taking pictures during cocktail hour, we would have completely missed them. They just thought of everything so I didn't have to. The rest of the staff were beyond friendly and helpful...everything just felt "handled." They made the day exactly what we wanted, and I would not change a thing!

Overall I would give the food a 10/10, food service a 10/10, and I would give the bartending service a 7/10. Overall the food was excellent and the value was great for what we paid for it. Andrew was fantastic to work with and I would definitely utilize them again. Got many compliments on how great the food was, Overall they made the day a breeze, and a great bang for the buck. It was just a few minor issues with the bartenders that stopped me from rating them above average. -
