KCK exceeded all expectations, and we could not have asked for a better caterer for our wedding reception.

Throughout the planning process, Cassandra and her team were attentive, responsive, and easy to work with. Their professionalism and genuine dedication to making our wedding day perfect came across in every interaction we had with them as we worked to bring our family-style menu to life.

Most impressive was their ability to deal with the unpredictable weather. Our wedding was held outside under a tent, and it began to downpour right as our reception begun. Despite the inclement weather, KCK adapted flawlessly and served throughout the entire night with smiles on their faces. Several guests commented on the positive attitude from Alice and the rest of the staff throughout the event.

During cocktail hour there was an issue with the oven (outside of their control). KCK was able to address and remedy the situation and keep dinner on schedule – a remarkable feat considering the circumstances.



We also received tons of compliments on the food – we particularly loved the filet mignon and grilled peach & arugula salad! The chicken & waffle appetizer and buffalo chicken meatballs were also cocktail hour highlights.

Our only regret was not hiring Cassandra as our coordinator from the onset. Our experience couldn't have been better, and we were so thankful to have KCK play such a big part of our day. Thank you to Cassandra, Alice, and the rest of the staff!

KCK was a dream to work with. When I first began planning our wedding, I was nervous and put a lot of pressure on it being the most perfect day. Cassandra has the magic touch to assure you everything will be okay, and the skills and ability to deliver greatness. The entire team was super patient with all of our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever. Cassandra and Kelly were and are so sweet, down to earth and personable. Cassandra was incredibly quick to answer all of my many emails and sporadic questions and concerns. She was also masterful in handling all of our individual vendors on the big day. Cassandra is a gifted planner and clearly loves and enjoys what she does. I feel that must be what makes the big magic of her weddings. Kelly combines an exquisite artistic taste for every detail of the menu with all the masterful skills and knowledge of the kitchen. Her creations were delicious, personal, and visually stunning. When the wedding was over, my husband and I truly missed speaking with Cassandra and the entire team. That's how incredible KCK is. We can't recommend them enough. Thank you KCK for everything.

Also what’s better than a mother daughter duo. Kelly (mom) is the executive chef and Cassandra (daughter) is the senior event planner. These ladies will help make your food and event dreams come true.

KCK was such an amazing caterer to work with. We were worried that we would find a caterer that would give us inflated prices and not a lot of food but KCK didn't fail to impress. From the taste testing (fell in love with their mustard potatoes and steak with chimichurri sauce) to finalizing the menu, to the day of the wedding, it was great. Communication was always so quick, almost instantaneous. Food was fantastic which is hard to describe food in words but fantastic is the best i can do! Their duck confit taco's were insanely delicious. They also provided bar tenders and servers which was super helpful because we didn't need to find another vendor to provide those serveries. On top of that, they also took care of the rentals as well as the desserts (highly recommend getting the donut wall). Our desserts and wedding cake were made by sweet lux and they did not disappoint. Shout out to Cassandra and Alice who made the entire process so easy!

Cassandra was absolutely SPECTACULAR as a catering coordinator. The business is family owned, so professional and the food is seriously divine. Cassandra was so flexible in working with us, as we wanted to provide some of our own farm raised venison as an entrée, and her team handled it perfectly. I know Cassandra also does day of coordination, and though I didn't hire her for that I feel so confident she'd be an excellent coordinator.

These caterers were a dream. They brought us plates of food as we were taking photos and reserved dinner plates for us. Michelle and Amy were so helpful. Everyone raved about the soft pretzel bar and the crab cakes! Definitely go for the cod if you’re into fish! The chicken was a tiny bit dry, but honestly that’s the only negative thing I can say out of all of the dishes. Also, you NEED their blueberry crumble bars for dessert. I’m addicted now.

My husband and I love indulging in good food and wanted it to be a big part of our day. KCK’s food is made, plated and served with love. From tasting day to wedding day, KCK had every rental detail, every food allergen and every want and need documented and laid out in an easy to read shareable invoice. They are prompt in responding to emails and let you know exactly what is to be expected. Don’t hesitate to book a tasting, it will be the nicest afternoon with your partner. You will be showered with delicious apps, mains and desserts that leave you feeling like you’re about to make the best decision for your guests on your special day. Don’t believe the fables about the bride and groom never getting to eat on their wedding day, KCK made sure we had a cute little plate of apps to share and warm plates of food for dinner!

Beyond the amazing food, our wedding would not have come together the day of if it wasn’t for Cassandra. With no hesitation hiring her as our ‘Day of Coordinator’ was the best decision I made for the wedding hands down, closely followed by hiring her team to cater our wedding. As set as things were months before, everything aside from her and her team that could have fallen apart, did. No one even noticed and it’s all thanks to Cassandra. She helped me communicate with an impossible diy venue, navigated me through things I didn’t even know I’d want for my wedding and made sure everything was documented along the way. I am a person who does not hand over the reins lightly but as soon as I sat down to talk with her, I knew she was the right person for my day. She’s organized, communicative, inquisitive, bold and has the kindest heart. She did way more for my wedding then was even in her job title and there is no way I could have done it without her.

I can not recommend this incredible company enough. They make sure they are ready and prepared for anything and everything. Cassandra and the KCK Catering crew are an A+ team. My husband and I booked KCK Catering for our wedding after our initial caterer was unresponsive. Cassandra and KCK Catering team were the exact opposite - extremely responsive and very accommodating! We had the idea of serving 'chicken and waffles' as our main entree. While this wasn't an entree on their menu, they were happy to test and ultimately serve this entree for our day. As a coordinator, Cassandra was a dream to work with ... responsive, knowledgeable, easy going and sincerely nice. I dont have the words to express how amazing it was to work with KCK and Cassandra from start to finish for our wedding at Sylvan Ridge Farm this past weekend. When we booked our wedding, Sylvan Ridge was still working on their preferred vendor list and none of the caterers were a good fit. When I found KCK Cassy set up a meeting with Sylvan ridge and became a preferred vendor. Cassy was always super responsive and had recommendations for anything I was unsure of. Our tasting was amazing and she helped us pick items that paired well together and for our crowd. As a day of coordinator she was on top of everything and the day went flawlessly, I could not have asked for a better person to lead our day. During cocktail hour she made us a tray of all of the hour d’ouvres and made sure we ate together. Drinks were ready as soon as we walked back up the isle as well. All throughout our experience her and the other staff checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything and we’re so friendly. All of our guests raved about the food and I’m still getting messages about how much they enjoyed everything. Their displays and stations are always the cutest thing (highly recommend a pretzel bar). The quality and value you get with KCK is top notch, I could not have asked for a better experience!

We can’t say enough about the wonderful wedding we had, thanks in large part to KCK. They set up the venue beautifully and impressed all our guests. We were particularly impressed with the food options for the cocktail hour and the reception. For cocktails, we selected some of the unique passed hors d’oeuvres as well as two stations. For dinner, we opted for a buffet with KCK servers loading the plates. There was something delicious for everyone. The desserts were also unique and, well, sinful.
We also hired Cassandra as the Day-of Coordinator, which we highly recommend. From the time we contacted her, Cassandra focused on so many details that we never even thought about. During the wedding, she even made up some plates for us, to assure that we got something to eat. We were able to relax and simply enjoy the entire event.
