KCK exceeded all expectations, and we could not have asked for a better caterer for our wedding reception.
Throughout the planning process, Cassandra and her team were attentive, responsive, and easy to work with. Their professionalism and genuine dedication to making our wedding day perfect came across in every interaction we had with them as we worked to bring our family-style menu to life.
Most impressive was their ability to deal with the unpredictable weather. Our wedding was held outside under a tent, and it began to downpour right as our reception begun. Despite the inclement weather, KCK adapted flawlessly and served throughout the entire night with smiles on their faces. Several guests commented on the positive attitude from Alice and the rest of the staff throughout the event.
During cocktail hour there was an issue with the oven (outside of their control). KCK was able to address and remedy the situation and keep dinner on schedule – a remarkable feat considering the circumstances.
We also received tons of compliments on the food – we particularly loved the filet mignon and grilled peach & arugula salad! The chicken & waffle appetizer and buffalo chicken meatballs were also cocktail hour highlights.
Our only regret was not hiring Cassandra as our coordinator from the onset. Our experience couldn't have been better, and we were so thankful to have KCK play such a big part of our day. Thank you to Cassandra, Alice, and the rest of the staff! -

KCK was a dream to work with. When I first began planning our wedding, I was nervous and put a lot of pressure on it being the most perfect day. Cassandra has the magic touch to assure you everything will be okay, and the skills and ability to deliver greatness. The entire team was super patient with all of our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever. Cassandra and Kelly were and are so sweet, down to earth and personable. Cassandra was incredibly quick to answer all of my many emails and sporadic questions and concerns. She was also masterful in handling all of our individual vendors on the big day. Cassandra is a gifted planner and clearly loves and enjoys what she does. I feel that must be what makes the big magic of her weddings. Kelly combines an exquisite artistic taste for every detail of the menu with all the masterful skills and knowledge of the kitchen. Her creations were delicious, personal, and visually stunning. When the wedding was over, my husband and I truly missed speaking with Cassandra and the entire team. That's how incredible KCK is. We can't recommend them enough. Thank you KCK for everything. -

Cassandra was absolutely SPECTACULAR as a catering coordinator. The business is family owned, so professional and the food is seriously divine. Cassandra was so flexible in working with us, as we wanted to provide some of our own farm raised venison as an entrée, and her team handled it perfectly. I know Cassandra also does day of coordination, and though I didn't hire her for that I feel so confident she'd be an excellent coordinator. -

My husband and I love indulging in good food and wanted it to be a big part of our day. KCK’s food is made, plated and served with love. From tasting day to wedding day, KCK had every rental detail, every food allergen and every want and need documented and laid out in an easy to read shareable invoice. They are prompt in responding to emails and let you know exactly what is to be expected. Don’t hesitate to book a tasting, it will be the nicest afternoon with your partner. You will be showered with delicious apps, mains and desserts that leave you feeling like you’re about to make the best decision for your guests on your special day. Don’t believe the fables about the bride and groom never getting to eat on their wedding day, KCK made sure we had a cute little plate of apps to share and warm plates of food for dinner!
Beyond the amazing food, our wedding would not have come together the day of if it wasn’t for Cassandra. With no hesitation hiring her as our ‘Day of Coordinator’ was the best decision I made for the wedding hands down, closely followed by hiring her team to cater our wedding. As set as things were months before, everything aside from her and her team that could have fallen apart, did. No one even noticed and it’s all thanks to Cassandra. She helped me communicate with an impossible diy venue, navigated me through things I didn’t even know I’d want for my wedding and made sure everything was documented along the way. I am a person who does not hand over the reins lightly but as soon as I sat down to talk with her, I knew she was the right person for my day. She’s organized, communicative, inquisitive, bold and has the kindest heart. She did way more for my wedding then was even in her job title and there is no way I could have done it without her.
I can not recommend this incredible company enough. They make sure they are ready and prepared for anything and everything. It’s clear they love what they do and want to make sure your day is just what you hoped. Thank you KCK! Check them out on instagram and get ready to be blown away! An A+ Team!
Cassandra and the KCK Catering crew are an A+ team. My husband and I booked KCK Catering for our wedding after our initial caterer was unresponsive. Cassandra and KCK Catering team were the exact opposite - extremely responsive and very accommodating! We had the idea of serving 'chicken and waffles' as our main entree. While this wasn't an entree on their menu, they were happy to test and ultimately serve this entree for our day. As a coordinator, Cassandra was a dream to work with ... responsive, knowledgeable, easy going and sincerely nice. KCK Catering + Events truly went above and beyond for my wedding on Sept. 26, 2020. We changed wedding dates to accommodate a new plan due to Covid, and KCK was one of the first caterers we reached out to, about 6-7 weeks before our new date. Cassandra was responsive, super helpful and easy to work with. She offered wonderful suggestions and advice on the menu we wanted, helped us brainstorm some unique cocktail hour ideas to help everyone feel safe during this crazy time and even drove 1.5 hours to my mom’s and stepdad’s home for a walk through of our event, just to make sure she understood the flow of the event and the space her team had to work with. She prepared little tasting boxes for us so we could try the food before signing the contract. My sister is a wedding planner, and I know she and Cassandra talked a lot without me on the details and logistics of the day. She’s literally planned hundreds of weddings across the country and has never experienced this level of service.
The staff were so personable and professional. My glass was always full; they were one step ahead of everyone the entire time. The guests felt comfortable and enjoyed interacting with them.
The food was OUTSTANDING. We had a variety of hor d'oeuvres, including mini individual cheese boards and chicken and waffle cones which my brother in law said were the best hor d'oeuvre he’s ever had at any event in his life. The menu options are more than just your typical wedding food. That’s one of the things that drew me to KCK- there were a tremendous amount of options to choose from, things that felt different and unique. The desserts we had were a huge hit as well.
For our tables, we used family china for the salad and dinner plates instead of rentals, and the team treated those pieces like they were their own. The house was perfectly cleaned up at the end of the event; it was hard to tell that there were 10+ people running in and out of the house for hours.
Truly cannot recommend KCK Catering + Events enough to anyone who is looking for professional, friendly service with outstanding food and quality. -

The ladies of KCK go above and beyond for their clients! I have attended multiple events put on by them and have always been overly satisfied. Everything from the food to the decor is just flawless! Amazing Service
My son and daughter in law wanted an outdoor wedding. Kck catering and event planners had addressed every detail. From the setup of the tent to placement of tables, etc. it was simply elegant yet affordable. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Their entire staff was so professional and courteous from the set up, to serving, and even clean up. We simply had an absolutely beautiful day and we would highly recommend their services to anyone having a wedding. They will address every detail and your day will be just perfect.

The pastry chef, Katie, made me a SPECTACULAR wedding cake. Not only was it delicious but it was a legitamate buttercream work of art. I did not need them for food at my wedding but I have also been to another event planned by them and their food/spreads/pastries are unbelievable. Cassandra and her team were perfect for my sister's backyard wedding in September. With their help we were able to plan an elegant, beautiful wedding in a month. They helped elevate the stress of the planning process and worked through all the logistics with me and my family patiently. On the wedding day they went above and beyond my expectations. I am a wedding planner to events with $500,000+ budgets. While my sister's wedding had a much more modest budget, KCK Catering worked as if they were servicing a multi-million dollar wedding. All our guests raved about their kind, thoughtful service - from introducing themselves to EVERY GUEST to rushing to cover our entirely outdoor tables with tenting during a freak rain storm ONLY to remove them 15 minutes later with the bride and groom never knowing (they did not want tents AT ALL). I can't say enough good things about them. They were with us every step of the way leading up to the wedding and helped us recover the day after with the most delicious breakfast items! I would also like to say that they were very professional and courteous when it came to Covid precautions and followed all the guidelines (which made us all feel very safe and comfortable). I dream up events just so I can have them cater them! As a professional wedding planner I only work with the best of the best and KCK is that!
