The professional wedding planners will work with you throughout the planning process to ensure your wedding is a reflection of your vision and style. The expert planners will assist with designing the order of events, custom décor, and all the little details in between. Hyatt Regency Boston offers a wide assortment of wedding cuisine options, all created by Executive Chef Armetta. Wedding packages can also include complimentary hair and makeup rooms, cocktail hour suites and overnight suite accommodations for the couple.
Facilities and Capacity
Hyatt Regency Boston can accommodate weddings up to 350 guests. Cape Cod is a 2,500-square-foot room that is best suited for intimate weddings. Martha’s Vineyard is ideal for wedding receptions, and offers custom wall coverings and an adjoining foyer. The Grand Ballroom is a 5,000-square-foot space with crystal chandeliers, decorative ceilings and a sophisticated feel. Adrienne Salon is a unique, oval-shaped banquet room that accommodates up to 50 guests. The Outdoor Terrace is a beautiful sky-lit deck with panoramic views. The venue also boasts overnight accommodations for you and your guests.

We worked with Alexa Provenzano, who is the amazing event coordinator at the hotel. We met her about halfway through our planning process and we were so happy that she helped to make our day so perfect! She and Chef Kelly were so attentive to everything we suggested and every question we had was answered quickly and efficiently. The day of the wedding was like a dream. Alexa had everything taken care of and our guests were raving about how unbelievable the food and venue was!
This hotel includes so much in their wedding package and the venue even has an outdoor patio that our guests could use, which is something that is not too common in Boston. The Adrienne Salon where we had our cocktail hour, and the main Ballroom looked amazing! It was better than anything I could have pictured!
Overall, our experience with the Hyatt Regency Boston exceeded our expectations! If you are newly engaged and want a Boston wedding, you should definitely take a look at this hotel! Not only will you have an amazing venue, but you will also have supportive and hard working people to help make your day stress free and perfect!
