This award-winning bake shop has been a part of the wedding industry for over 25 years. Konditor Meister Günther Mösinger is the owner and lead pastry chef of this passionate bakery. He's been baking since he was a little boy in Germany, and hasn't ever stopped. Günther has worked in the finest hotels and cafes, honing his craft. After working for the Ritz-Carlton for a number of years, he set out to start his own business. It got so popular, he had to move it to a bigger facility, where he now employs 75 people.

Two personal favorites: the classic white cake filled with white chocolate mousse, strawberries, and Grand Marnier; and the chocolate cake filled with Oreo mousse. Delicious and creative.
