Sarah was by far one of our favorite vendors to work with. So was so amazing that our one regret was not hiring her sooner! Even though Sarah was officially helping us just with day-of coordination and teardown, she was immensely helpful in the weeks prior to the wedding, not just in coordinating with our other vendors but also in fielding lots of the random questions that come up when you're planning a huge event you've never had to plan before. She was gracious, helpful, and prompt in answering all kinds of things that came up along the way, and on our wedding day, she took all the coordinating and problem-solving totally out of our hands so we could relax and enjoy ourselves.

We really can't recommend her services enough - especially teardown, so you can just leave at the end of the night and not worry about the details anymore! And if you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator at all, stop doubting yourself and do it.

Sarah is Amazing and we could not have had the wedding we did without her. We originally scheduled our wedding for August, 2019, but COVID-19 had other plans. We had to delay our wedding two separate times, which meant scheduling and re-scheduling EVERYTHING a total of three times. We also live in CA, so trying to make everything come together for a wedding in Madison, WI was no simple task.

Sarah, however, hardly seemed fazed. Everything was seamless. From securing a caterer, creating the menu we wanted, renting all of the tables, chairs, linens, china/disposables. emailing with the hair and makeup stylists regarding logistics, coordinating the ceremony, managing the flip of the ceremony space to the dinner space during the happy hour, and then flipping it again to a dance floor, to the logistics of a projector and a screen to play a pre-recorded toast from my MIL who was battling cancer in TN and couldn't attend, to the hundred other things that I didn't even know were happening in the background... EVERYTHING was perfect and went off without a hitch.

We had more compliments from our guests than I ever could have imagined about how it was the best wedding they had ever been to... and it was. :-) I'm not just saying that because it was ours. It was MUCH MUCH better than I ever imagined. I honestly did not think that I would have as much fun as I did and much of the reason for that is because we didn't have to do ANYTHING during the actual day of the wedding, except have fun and enjoy ourselves. We have Sarah to thank for that.

My sister is getting married in a week, (one month after my wedding,) and she originally didn't think she needed a wedding planner at all. After just starting to work with Sarah, I changed my sister's mind and she hired Harmonious Union Events as well.

Sarah came to our rescue in a unique situation! We worked with her for a couple of weeks and the day of our wedding. I am so happy we hired Sarah from Harmonious Union Events for our wedding last fall. We used her for her day of coordination services! We are so happy we went with HUE for our wedding coordination! We had a bit of a non-traditional venue and some odd requests and Sarah handled it all with a calm and collected attitude - and also had a lot of great suggestions for areas we were struggling to figure out. We absolutely loved working with Sarah on our wedding. We first contacted HUE eight months before our date, with nothing but a venue, and within that short time she was able to make our dream wedding a reality. We hired her for full planning and day-of services, and it was worth every penny.

Sarah was always very responsive, and willing to accommodate any questions or requests we had. She was patient when we were indecisive, and was always happy to find us more options when we didn't think we had gotten it quite right. She took the time to get to know us and our vision, and truly strived to get everything just the way we wanted. She researched a ton of vendors for us, and helped us find the best matches for our goals. It was always clear how invested she was in us and our happiness.

The planning process was super regimented, and from the very beginning we had a solid timeline which made sure we were staying on target, while also not piling too much on us at once. Sarah made sure we were in contact with our vendors at the right times to get everything done when it needed to be, and that nothing slipped through the cracks. She also brought a lot of prior experience to the table and was able to suggest many wonderful little details that really enriched our day (and recommend against some that wouldn't have fit so well). All of this lifted a significant amount of stress off of our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy the process much more.

Her day-of services were especially integral to our wedding running smoothly. We ran into an issue where the venue provided incorrect measurements for one of the rooms, but during setup Sarah was able to adjust the plan and modify decor quickly, and make it work flawlessly. She and her assistant were also able to magically flip our ceremony space into a lounge space without anyone noticing it was happening!

Sarah absolutely went above and beyond to make our wedding day the best we could have wanted. She was there beginning to end, supporting us, helping us create an amazing plan, and executing it perfectly. We can't recommend her enough!
