Guests enter through a majestic, tree‑lined drive to discover an estate where historic refinement meets contemporary luxury. The Manor House boasts hardwood floors, ornate chandeliers, and classic woodwork, creating a serene and elegant ambiance, while expansive windows flood the interiors with natural light. Its fame as a wedding locale is such that Netflix's hit series "Love is Blind" filmed Season 7 ceremonies here.
Facilities and Capacity
The estate's versatile layout accommodates every moment of the celebration. The get-ready rooms are reached via a sweeping staircase and feature full‑length mirrors and private views of the South Courtyard ceremony site. Outdoor options for festivities include the North Courtyard and the Stable's covered patio, both ideal for cocktail receptions. When the sun sets, The Stables reception hall welcomes up to 200 guests. With its rustic wooden beams, tasteful lighting, and adjacent firepit lounge, it is the perfect setting for bespoke receptions. Picturesque elements such as a pond, an ornamental bridge, and sweeping hilltop vistas ensure stunning photoshoot opportunities at every turn.

Wonderful Venue with so many 'bonuses'!
A Magical Dream
Not only is it a beautiful venue that looks like something straight out of Pride and Prejudice, but their staff made everything so incredibly easy when it came to our event.
The staff here was fabulous. They were easy to get ahold of and responsive whenever we reached out with questions, even when our main point of contact changed during the planning process. They also worked well with our other chosen vendors so we didn't have to mediate anything or do extra work.
It is all inclusive so you are locked into their catering but the food and service were fantastic and this never felt like a detriment and the day of was run perfectly. Additionally it includes rentals and they made it very easy to pick out everything I wanted and even though I wanted a full rainbow of colors, they were able to not only accommodate me but also make it look absolutely perfect.
All in all our experience here was magical and we can't thank Great Marsh Estate enough for contributing to making our big day the most beautiful perfect day ever
A stunning escape
We did have some rain on our day, but we still managed to capture incredible photos around the property and hold our outdoor ceremony, which ended up being the highlight of the day.
The team at Great Marsh (and Serendipity) was amazing from start to finish. They answered every question, kept me calm and confident, and handled the rain situation with total grace. Even with the back-and-forth around our rain plan, the staff was so flexible, kind, and focused on making sure the day was exactly what I had imagined.
I’m so grateful we chose this venue. It was everything I wanted and more!

Great Marsh is a gorgeous up and coming venue that offers an old world feel with modern amenities. Breath taking views and vistas. The first time I saw Great Marsh, I felt like I was in the English countryside in a Jane Eyre movie. Great Marsh Estate is gorgeous. If you are looking for a venue that has a classic, British manor design than this is the place for you! The grounds are immaculate and the manor is stunning both inside and out! You and your guests will be wowed by the beauty all around and talk about the gorgeous pictures you will take at this space!
