I’m Traci, the creative behind VÉRA ELITE. I help couples turn inspiration into a clear design and a thoughtfully organized celebration. Wedding design and décor are my passion: the mood, the lighting, the textures, the tables, and that first impression when your guests enter the room. I also offer planning and coordination, bringing the creative vision and the practical details into the same conversation.

We start with your priorities, your venue, and a candid conversation about your budget. From there, we shape a design that feels personal and works for the celebration you are actually hosting.

Design reaches beyond what sits on a table. It includes how your guests move through the room, where the important moments happen, and how the space feels from the ceremony through the last dance.

Floor-plan support can address seating, table placement, the dance floor, key focal points, and guest flow in collaboration with your venue. Lighting direction considers the atmosphere you want, from a warm, intimate glow to a more dramatic reception setting. I coordinate the design requirements with your venue and selected lighting and installation professionals so the creative choices work with the space.

Planning that makes the next step clear

There are a lot of decisions between “We’re engaged” and “We’re getting married.” You deserve to understand what needs attention now, what comes next, and who is handling each detail.

Planning support can include vendor sourcing and communication, budget tracking, checklists, decision deadlines, venue walkthroughs, and coordination across your vendor team. If you have already made most of your arrangements, we can focus on reviewing the details and preparing for the wedding day.

My approach is personal and direct: listen carefully, organize the information, explain the options, and keep you involved in the decisions that matter to you.

A wedding day with a plan behind it

You should be able to be the couple getting married. A detailed timeline, confirmed responsibilities, and an informed vendor team help make room for that.

Wedding-day coordination can include vendor confirmations, a venue walkthrough, timeline development, and on-site coordination. We establish arrival times, setup milestones, ceremony cues, reception transitions, and vendor handoffs. Décor placement, installation oversight, and breakdown coordination can also be arranged within your selected services.

Being organized and on time matters. I build preparation, punctuality, and clear communication into the way we plan your event, including agreed coverage hours and a shared schedule. When something changes, my role is to help address it and coordinate the next steps with the people involved.

Your proposal identifies the services you are booking, the design deliverables, the responsibilities, and the coverage included. We discuss staffing, setup, breakdown, rentals, floral elements, delivery, and other production needs as they apply to your celebration. You will know which items VÉRA ELITE manages and which come from your venue or specialist vendors.

We discuss additions and changes before incorporating them into your agreed scope. Moodboards guide the creative direction; final selections are confirmed around your approvals, availability, and venue requirements. The goal is to help you make informed decisions throughout the process.
