As two busy working professionals, when we began planning our wedding, we did not know how we would keep on top of all the deadlines, details, and obligations associated with planning a wedding from half-way across the country. Contacting vendors, comparing features and pricing, let alone scheduling virtual tours or in-person visits for the limited amount of time we were able to make a trip to the city, it was all so daunting. Bottomline, our wedding would not have been half as amazing as it was if we had not had Traci as part of our team.
From the first day we met with her, she understood our shared vision, our constraints, and readily used her knowledge and relationships to help us get exactly what we wanted within our desired price range. She was not only a consummate professional with a wealth of experience and knowledge but a true partner – checking in with us regularly, following up with prospective and chosen vendors, and, where a vendor didn’t meet our standards, immediately proposing alternatives who fit the bill and were able to deliver exactly what we sought. She advocated for us with our vendors and venue to make sure we were not being up-charged or taken advantage of due to being several states away. Being several states away, she graciously stored our day-of materials and supplies so we did not have to worry about shipping them to our venue ahead of the wedding and knew they would be there as soon as we were. On the day-of, she was a godsend. She kept our 16-person wedding party on schedule and made sure that everything behind the scenes was taken care of so we could enjoy celebrating our wedding and spending time with our loved ones. Moreover, when a billing dispute with our venue arose over a month after we said “I do,” Traci jumped into action and helped us resolve the issue immediately.
When you partner with Traci, you’re adding a member of the A-team. She manages to do the work of three people in half the time you would expect. Traci and her team moved heaven and Earth to make our wedding a success, and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again and would encourage anyone reading this review to do the same. She’s a steal at twice the price and we would not have had such a fabulous wedding without her.

Absolutely the BEST money we spent on our Wedding!!
First, we went to think Traci and her team very very much for literally doing everything when they say that they are going to take the reins and take your stress from you. They actually mean it.
Our wedding day was the best day so far of our lives, and we could not have done it without Traci
I would’ve been lost and my fiancé would’ve been lost. We were relying on friends and family to help us and thank God we found Traci because not only me and my husband were able to enjoy our wedding but our entire family and friends were able to attend and enjoy it, like they were coming to our party and not having to help.
I would highly recommend Traci and her team!! -

Best Day Ever!
Traci was a life saver!! We hired Traci about 3 months before our wedding when I (the bride) realized I couldn’t do it all on my own. She quickly helped us fix any issues we had, found us a DJ last minute and she was ALWAYS available by phone, email or text! She even did the makeup for the whole bridal party! The night before the wedding (at 10 PM) Traci and her assistant Gisella met a few of my family members at the venue and set everything up so it was ready to go for the following day. Our vision came to life and we couldn’t have been happier!! There wasn’t anything that we brought to Traci’s attention that she couldn’t handle. Her assistant, Gisella, was fabulous as well. Gisella was constantly checking in with me (the Bride) and bounced all around to ensure things were running smoothly. My family adored them both!

Traci exceeded my expectations
Traci was amazing! I hired her with a month until my wedding and the amount of work she put in was beyond what I expected! I didn’t think I needed a wedding planner but I was wrong. Lol. My venue had to cancel 3 weeks before my date due to a hurricane, but Traci called over a hundred places and was able to get me a venue for the same day that was even better than my original venue. I can’t say enough good things about her and her work. -

Saved our wedding day!!
Wow. We can’t Thank Traci and her team enough for SAVING US!! When Hurricane Ian came, our venue was demolished and we had 2 weeks to either get a new venue or postpone it until who knows. Traci not only told us to keep our date, but she found us an even better venue than we had planned to be getting married at. She REALLY came through!!
She was able to get all of our vendors to come out to the new place and we were able to get married on our original date with our original plan but BETTER! Everything came out excellent. Better than we could ever imagine. She worked tirelessly for us and we are so grateful for her and her team.
I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without her.
There’s a ton of wedding planners that are available for you to choose from, but we got LUCKY that Traci chose US! Thank you so much again for your help and hard work! -

Life saver!!!! Incredible!!
Wow did I get lucky hiring Traci and GWE. I had my venue flooded and a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian and I thought I’d have to cancel the whole thing! NOPE! Traci not only found me a venue, but 45 different ones in 20 hours of our original cancellation. I couldn’t believe it, I was ready to call all 220 guests and cancel. I was saved!!! Thank you SO VERY MUCH we cannot thank you enough for your service and support and your kindness and generosity and HELP!! The best part was, I was overjoyed when she found me an event BETTER venue. 💗💗🍾🍾🎊🎉🎉 we are so grateful for you and all that you’ve done and accomplished in that time!! Simply luxurious
We cannot thank Traci and her team enough for their OUTSTANDING work with putting together my sisters wedding day. They truly made her day come true. I mean every single detail was so well creative and thought out. Every single thing from the planning the designing and the execution of her wedding was seamless and simply luxurious. They paid attention to every little bit of information about my sisters wedding and people are still talking about it! Thank you so very much Traci and Team you truly are amazing and I wish you nothing but the best of luck out in Naples Florida and we cannot wait for you to plan the next.

Sarasota wedding
Traci and team planned every aspect of my wedding. They were incredible !
From assisting our guests with accommodations to dealing with all of the vendors, Traci managed it all flawlessly.
Even down to finding us the right baker for our beautiful cake, no detail was too small.
My husband and I would recommend Traci and her team for anyone looking for a first experience on your special day. -

A Dream Team! Traci and Kayla Made Our Absolutely Perfect!
I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without Traci and her incredible team, especially her assistant, Kayla. From the very start, they were by my side, guiding me through every single step and taking all the stress out of the planning process. They were with me hand-in-hand, attending every appointment and making sure every detail was exactly as I envisioned.
Traci and Kayla went above and beyond, finding every vendor, scouting venues, and even helping me with the smallest details—right down to my undergarments for my dress! Their attention to detail and dedication to making my day perfect was unmatched. They genuinely cared about making sure everything was flawless, and it showed in every single aspect of the day.
We got married on October 19, 2024, and it was nothing short of amazing. I received so many compliments on how beautiful and seamless everything was, and I owe it all to Traci and her team. They were professional, organized, and so supportive, making our wedding day better than I ever dreamed.
If you’re looking for a wedding planner who will treat your wedding like their own, look no further than Graceful Weddings and Events. Traci and Kayla made my dream wedding come true, and I can’t thank them enough!

Unprofessional and Unreliable – Do Not Hire
I absolutely do not recommend Traci as a wedding coordinator. She arrived late, was unprepared, and had clearly not reviewed any of our details during the final walkthrough, despite having the information a month in advance. She failed to book our rehearsal and gave incorrect information about fees. Her behavior during the walkthrough was unprofessional and careless, and her email response after I decided to hire someone else (less than a month before our wedding) was equally unprofessional (see attached). I’m so grateful I was able to find someone else in time and prevent her from tarnishing our one and only wedding day.
If you want a stress-free wedding day, do not hire Traci.-
