I truly cannot recommend Elaina and her team enough! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely seamless. Elaina’s organization, attention to detail, and calm presence made such a difference. Not just for us, but for our entire family and wedding party. On the big day, her team handled everything so effortlessly. They coordinated the timeline perfectly, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure every little detail was taken care of. One of the biggest stress relievers was knowing we didn’t have to worry about setup or cleanup at all. Her team beautifully arranged all the decor exactly how we envisioned it and took care of everything afterward so we could just enjoy the moment. Because of Elaina and her team, we were actually able to be present, soak in every second, and truly enjoy our wedding day without any stress or distractions. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it, and book Elaina! It will be one of the best decisions you make for your event!

If you’re lucky enough to be here reading this right now, then congratulations - you’ve won the wedding lottery. It’s literally insane that there aren’t 100 more reviews here confirming exactly what I’m about to tell you. Jenell is a UNICORN. She is 1 of 1, and if you’re reading this review, I’m here to tell you that Jenell will do the best job, by far, of all the coordinators you’re shopping right now. Hear me out and I’ll explain. It will be the best ‘yes’ you’ve said since your engagement. For context, I’m a DJ who has worked with hundreds of wedding coordinators in the last decade. Most of them were pretty good! But your standard-fare ‘good’ coordinator is not even in the same league as Jenell. They’re hardly even playing the same game. And the difference boils down to this: Jenell cares about each and every wedding as much as her couples do. You’d hope that would be the norm for wedding vendors, right? Unfortunately, that couldn’t be farther from the truth. Most wedding vendors (especially coordinators with as much experience as Jenell has) see each couple as a number, and each wedding like a shift at their 9-5. Brides and grooms get nickeled and dimed for any extra cost, they have a limit on pre-wedding consultations, and they see their wedding coordinator gossiping with the photographers before heading out early from the reception. And for the privilege of such mundane customer service, you get to pay 2-4k more than Jenell will charge you. I have seen so many couples spend so much money and get so little effort from their coordinators. Shouldn’t grooms and brides be a bit more special on their wedding day? Jenell sure thinks so, and she works harder to make special weddings than anyone else. She bends over backwards week-in and week-out to turn dream weddings into real memories. Instead of viewing her clients as numbers, Jenell cares for each and every couple with the warmth and willingness of a longtime friend. It’s no surprise that many brides and grooms stay in contact with her for years after their wedding date. I’ve seen her pay out-of-pocket and take losses for extraneous client expenses and spend days personally constructing photo-op pieces (specifically, a vine wall - it was sick) just to make a bride’s wishes come true. She’ll spend hours on the phone with clients every other day for a year straight. DO YOU KNOW HOW RARE THAT IS IN THE WEDDING INDUSTRY? Noooooobody else supports couples on their wedding day like that. It makes a huge, huge difference when your realize that your coordinator is your ally, and your friend. … And that’s all the more impressive because Jenell basically offers the experience, competence, and talent of a $10,000+ coordinator. She’s absolutely on the ball during the planning process and day-of. She doesn’t leave early (in fact, she might be the last one there, making sure everything for your rentals is perfectly ready to go). She routinely handcrafts welcome signs and other fabulous accent pieces to flare up venue areas, her table designs are carefully customized reflections of her clients’ personalities and stories, and her timelines run smooth as butter, all the time. Her ‘firefighting’ skills are top notch (one story that stands out is her having to do spontaneous MC work to cover for a DJ who didn’t have a first dance prepared. Don’t worry, it wasn’t me hahaha.) But if and when things don’t go as planned during the wedding day, Jenell is the exact kind of calm, cool, collected, and reassuring that you need. So, when you combine Jenell’s competence with her 1-in-a-million service philosophy, you’d expect to be paying north of $10,000 for the Jenell experience. But her full-service package is barely half of that. If you made it this far, I’ll end with this: there is no other deal you’re going to find if you’re getting married in the NorCal area. Jenell is the one who cares about your day like you do, and she’ll do everything under the sun to bring your vision to life. So do yourself a favor, save a couple grand, and make the decision that will immortalize your wedding day as it ought to be: the best day of your life. P.S. Her one weakness is asking couples for follow-up reviews after their weddings lol.

Isadora took every step necessary to ensure my wedding was amazing, she was helpful and always listened to my concerns and was flexible with her schedule and our needs. I highly recommend Isadora if you’re looking for a great event!

We cannot thank Orange Dragonfly Weddings and Events enough! Everything turned out exactly like we hoped it would. We appreciate Kristina and Susan so much for all of their hard work! Our expectations were exceeded in every aspect of the planning process, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an event planner.

Deanna was an absolute game changer. My wife Kathryn, and I had a lot going on moving across the country to New York 5 months before our wedding, caring for our 1 year old child, and Kathryn going to medical school. Needless to say finding time to plan the wedding which was taking place back in California where we just moved from was next to impossible. We had most of our vendors selected and venues booked, but not much else. We found Deanna and got in touch 2 or so months before our wedding. She kept us on track with homework and picked up the slack by following up with us and our vendors when our homework was late. She was able to make a day of plan and back up plan in case of rain. She organized and helped practice our ceremony plan in person during our rehearsal. The day of our wedding, she really executed the plan and made everything come together. She helped organize vendors, wedding party, and guests. Deanna also helped setup our reception venue and kept everything moving. Our wedding had no major glitches and it was all due to the coordination and efforts of Deanna. I cannot recommend her enough for how much she contributed to the success of the best day of our lives.

Janelle definitely made wedding planning a fun and amazing experience for me as a bride! I was also able to have amazing vendors through her recommendations! Planning for a wedding requires a huge financial, emotional and logistic investment that I cannot imagine entrusting to anyone else other than Janelle. Throughout the process, Janelle was always responsive and was able to help me see how every option and choice can turn out and work best for us (wisdom that comes from experience!) and it definitely helped me ward off decision fatigue. It was always our priority to stay within our budget and she's a total queen of that arena. As mentioned earlier, through her, I found amazing vendors that were reliable, responsive and excellent at what they do--- this was such as gift in the planning process. As a checklist person, I also definitely appreciate her planning tools, responsiveness, and professionalism throughout our almost 1.5 years of wedding planning. Our meetings were always fun--- it's like showing your BFF your accomplishments and getting more resources over iced tea and croissants. Her and her team's background work on the day of the wedding was also impressive. All the technical stuff faded away and all that I had to worry about was walking down the aisle without falling on my face (haha, thankfully I didn't!). Needless to say, my husband and I were able to truly enjoy the wedding and share it with our family and friends in the best way possible. I am deeply, deeply thankful for all the work, dedication and consistency that she has shown us since day one. Most importantly, I know that she is a great person with a big heart--- I earned not only a superb wedding coordinator, but a dear friend as well!!! Thank you, Janelle!!!

Rose and her team were amazing to work with and absolutely executed our wedding without a hitch. From the first conversation, Rose was a pleasure to talk with and her calming nature and experience were invaluable to helping guide us through the many intricacies of wedding planning and helped minimize our stress. Rose was very available to us for questions and we met several times throughout the months preceding the wedding. We had a very DIY wedding and Rose's team were able to help with many different and odd tasks. I initially had some doubts if the multiple team members would be necessary on the day, but they turned out to be essential to getting everything done well and on time. We certainly feel that Rose's service is well worth the price and can't recommend her highly enough.

Rockxanna went above and beyond when I needed her most. Not only did it rain… but it hailed on our wedding day when the chance of rain was supposed to be less than 10%. She accomplished are plan B without any hesitation and made are day so much more enjoyable. Not to mention, she worked with our venue who had a very “complicated” event coordinator. Needless to say, Rockxanna is truly the best at what she does. I wish I could giver her more than five start!

My wedding would not have been the wedding it was without all of Sarah's help. I was very type A for my wedding and had everything planned to a tee but was getting so overwhelmed. When Sarah came on 3 months before the wedding it was like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. She knew exactly what questions to ask, knew exactly how to help figure out what I wanted, and always reminded me and helped me with the vendors. The day of the wedding I didn't have to think about a single thing except for hanging out and getting ready with my girls. She is very sweet, professional, and has a great organization system. She's worked at my venue a ton of times which made everything a lot easier as well. She knew many of my vendors as well so everything just fell into place. Not many people can say nothing went wrong on their wedding but I can and honestly it is because of Sarah! We love you so much thank you so much for everything that you did the past 3 months for us.
