Exceptional and stunning are the words to best describe The Godfrey as a wedding venue!! My husband & I were married there a few days ago on the pier and it was perfection!! The Godfrey staff went above & beyond to make sure our whole experience went smoothly and they were extremely accomodating with every request. Madison was fantastic as the hotel's wedding specialist as well as Georgie, the banquet manager. I cannot give high enough praise for The Godfrey for any special event and particularly as a wedding venue. Its proximity to Tampa Airport made it an ideal location for out of town and local guests alike. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the ceremony on the pier was over the bay and of course the stunning sunsets every night.Sent on 01/22/2020

My husband and I just got married on Feb. 2nd, 2020(!) and our wedding turned out amazing all thanks to the venue coordinator, Madison, and the event coordinators from Confetti Events! The hard work and creativity they displayed, from the over 100 emails between Madison and myself and all the last-minute decision Trisha and her partner (whose name I regretfully forgot) had to make, all lead to the decorations being better than I could even imagine and the event running smoothly from start to finish!Sent on 02/24/2020
