A former client, Kellie Strain joined forces with Fulton shortly after getting married herself in 2015. Together they have grown the business over the last eight years and provide our couples with the perfect combination of creativity and efficiency.

Before becoming the organizational powerhouse behind Fulton, Kellie began her career in financial operations. Kellie leads the planning process and is responsible for the client experience from on-boarding through the wedding day. Her high-energy and friendly demeanor are infectious. Kellie truly embodies the Aloha Way of Life—the coordination of heart and mind deeply rooted from her years growing up in Hawaii.

Kellie and her husband, Joe, live in New Jersey with their daughter, Logan, and dogs, Boone and Otis.

Madeline Sermarini joined Fulton as a full-time planner after starting as a wedding day assistant. A natural organizer, she loves a good checklist and spreadsheet, both of which help her run all of the production for wedding days.

As Senior Planner, Madeline handles all of the logistics of Fulton weddings and is onsite on wedding days to manage the timeline and flow of the day from start to finish.

Madeline is a native Philadelphian and lives in the city with her partner, Andrew. In her free time, you can find her enjoying a glass of red wine at one of her favorite local Italian spots.

Caitlin Fulton Kuchemba is the fast-talking, fearless namesake behind Fulton Events. While she also answers to her first name Caitlin, Fulton is her middle name, a beloved family name, and a nickname that inevitably stuck.

With over a decade of experience producing hundreds of events through her first brand, Clover Event Co., Fulton has developed a nationally recognized and signature sought-after wedding style. Our couples love her confidence, unmatched taste, and approachability. As Creative Director, Fulton spearheads design concepts intimately unique to each couple.

Fulton lives in the Pocono Mountains with her husband, Adam, and their Wire-Haired Pointing Griffon, Susque, named after the Susquehanna River they both grew up along. In the off season, you can find her skiing (and après skiing) at some of her favorite ski resorts out west. Fulton also enjoys hosting gatherings with family and friends – her holiday parties are something to be admired.
