We had the most beautiful wedding in Asbury Park, and it wouldn’t have been possible without Caitlin, Kellie, and their incredible team at Fulton Events. From start to finish, they were exceptional—covering every detail, listening to our needs, and guiding us through each step to ensure everything came together seamlessly. Their professionalism, warmth, and clear communication made the entire process easy and fun.
Planning your wedding can be nerve-wracking, but working with Fulton truly put us at ease. Knowing their team was on top of every detail allowed us to focus on enjoying the moment. When Hurricane Helene brought rain on our big day, they flawlessly executed the rain plan so seamlessly that guests didn’t even realize the ceremony was originally set for outdoors. With a busy weekend in Asbury Park, including a music festival and a hurricane, the potential for chaos was high, but the Fulton team stayed ahead of it all, orchestrating a stunning celebration.
Caitlin, Kellie, and their team have a fantastic eye for design and the experience to ensure every aspect of an event runs smoothly. Their industry connections and expertise were invaluable—they curated an amazing group of vendors who brought our vision to life in a way that felt polished and perfectly aligned with our hopes for the weekend. Our friends and family spoke highly about their experience, and it was clear that guest experience is a top priority for the Fulton team.

Fulton Events is truly an INCREDIBLE wedding planning and design team, for SO many reasons. From the start, they were nothing but kind, patient, and very communicative. Everyone on their team is extremely passionate about what they do, and they are all genuinely happy & excited for their clients. I cannot tell you how well they took our vision, listened to every detail, and executed beyond what we could have even imagined. Their creativity and design talent is truly remarkable. My husband and I are avid skiers, and they were able to incorporate this into our wedding day & after party in such a tasteful way that fit exactly what we hoped for (and more). They even surprised us with a vintage gondola at our wedding, which was SO thoughtful and sweet. Their impeccable organization and communication, including reminders about payments, due dates, etc, made them so easy (and fun!) to work with. They are simply amazing people with big hearts who seriously know what they are doing. If you want to see your vision come to life (and more), have a smooth planning process, and a seamless + absolutely gorgeous wedding day, choose Fulton Events!! -

Step 1: Get engaged. Step 2: Call Fulton Events ASAP!!! We were so blessed that we picked our venue and they recommended the Fulton Team. We don't know what we would have done the past 12 months without Caitlin, Kellie, Madeline & Kate. I seriously miss our monthly + zoom calls. This team started as our planners, then felt like friends and by the end of our wedding weekend felt like family. Their attention to detail was on point. Don't know where to begin describing how much we love the Fulton team and how I would have never survived my wedding without them. From my first call with Caitlin I knew they were the team I needed. Kellie was incredible helping us found the perfect vendor matches for us - we truly LOVED all of them. Caitlin was dealing with a couple with 0 styling abilities or vision, yet somehow knew what we would love anyway and made it happen!! Not to mention both were patient and helpful with my attire and accessories which may have been my #1 point of stress. Madeline was amazing with the coordination and details - and I was also the type to go deep into the details. We used Fulton for our stationary and day-of signage also, and got tons of compliments! I was a super stressed bride but magically felt better after every Fulton call. Day-of, Kellie, Madeline, and team were phenomenal. We continue to tell people how we can't think of anything that went wrong. I could go on and on about the Fulton team...our wedding day was perfect and we cannot recommend them enough! -

I cannot imagine attempting to plan our wedding without the Fulton team. Leading up to the wedding, they had a very structured timeline that allowed us to stay on track and get all the vendors we wanted without having to move to our 2nd or 3rd choices. They were flexible with our work schedules and met us virtually late at night. They thought of every single detail so that we could discuss all our desires leading up to the wedding. They are attentive and professional.
During wedding weekend, they ensured that everything went smoothly. They handled and resolved all the bumps that come up so that we could just be blissfully unaware. They made our weekend extremely special, beautiful, and unique to us.
Caitlin and crew are problem solvers that you want on your side when you're planning and executing a wedding. I feel incredibly lucky that they chose to work with us! -

Without a doubt, one of the best devisions I made about my wedding was working with the Fulton Events team. After initially looking at their instagram I was drawn to the effortlessly chic and elegant style of weddings that they planned. When we had our initial consultation with Caitlin it became clear that beyond having excellent style, their team is incredibly organized. As a type A person myself, I knew I had to work with a team that was on top of it and that I trusted. Throughout the planning process, their team thought of every detail and helped me to bring the wedding of my dreams to life. On the day of my wedding, I was completely relaxed because I knew their team would handle every aspect of it with grace, which they did. Even when I came back from photos in the rain with brown staining around the rim of my dress, their team jumped into action and cleaned the entire thing before my ceremony. All of our guests were so impressed with the organization of our wedding day. We truly are so grateful to have worked with the amazing Fulton team!!! -

I cannot say enough about how AMAZING the whole Clover team is. Throughout the entire planning process, the team made me feel so relaxed and kept everything so organized. They are truly experts at what they do and I couldn't have planned my wedding without their guidance. I met with Caitlin throughout my engagement and from the beginning, she fully understood my vision and how to bring it to life. When I saw the final product of what the venue looked like on our wedding day, I was absolutely speechless. It was perfect and better than anything I had envisioned for the day! The team was SO organized and SO pleasant to be around on our wedding day. Their planning allowed me and my family to enjoy the day and not have to worry about the logistics and everything went off without a hitch. They stayed with us all day and night made sure we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying ourselves. It was the perfect day and we owe it all to Clover. I HIGHLY recommend them to any future brides!! I will so miss meeting with the team, they are all SO fabulous! -

The stress free wedding of your dreams is possible!
I've been putting off writing this review because every time I sit down to think about how overwhelmingly impressed I am by Caitlin and her Clover event team, I am at a loss for words! In sum, working with her transformed not only our wedding, of course, but our entire relationship with wedding planning. I am *not* a planner, and my husband and I were strapped for time in medical school and a PhD program, but Caitlin made every single part of the wedding planning process truly stress-free and fun. How is that even possible? With her help, we transformed a remote area in the middle of the woods into a stunningly beautiful, custom, unique, modern wedding venue. She handled absolutely every piece of it for us, never dropped any balls (not one), and was relaxed and capable through the whole thing. It was the wedding of our dreams and caused no stress, and we'll always think of Caitlin as a real friend. We met Madeleine day of to help out and she was incredibly kind, organized, capable, fun, and felt immediately like an old friend as she drove me to the wedding. Our wedding was simply perfect, the kind of wedding that has friends asking us months later "How'd you pull off something that beautiful and true to you without being stressed?" The truth is because of Clover! They are the best-- EVER!!!!! -

Clover Event Co. provides a premier planning experience.
Kelly and Caitlin are trustworthy, professional, and adaptable. Kelly was our lead planner for a 2-day, 230 person, traditional Hindu-Indian wedding. We hired the Clover team in a full-service capacity for the entire weekend and additionally for all our stationery needs. Together with Caitlin, Kelly delivered 4 events (Haldi, Sangeet, Baraat/Milni, and Ceremony/Reception) that fulfilled our vision and were logistically seamless.
Beyond styling and other planning activities, Kelly and the Clover team were exceptional during our events. We had 15+ vendors, including multiple henna artists, an Indian DJ/dohl drummer, and baraat horse. There was rain during our planned outdoor ceremony. There were entire vendor conversations in hindi!
Despite these challenges, Kelly operated independently to ensure all vendors were paid timely, knew their role and expectations, and were present and moving according to our timeline during the events. Additionally, she made sure our family and guests knew where to be and what they needed to do during the events.
She included us in conversations and decisions where appropriate, and provided us with helpful information to inform our choices. She had a strong understanding of what was important to us and was able to bring that to the table consistently before, during, and after our wedding.
When hiring a planner, our priorities were styling, timeline management, vendor identification/management, and day-of logistics and coordination. You can trust the Clover team to go above and beyond delivering in each of these areas, even if they haven't planned an event that "looks" just like yours before. They are confident and capable stepping out of their comfort zone and will ensure that you are taken care of the entire way, too. -

My wife and I worked on our wedding weekend with Clover Event Co. (Caitlin, Jesse, and Madeline) over the course of four (yes, four) years: 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. My wife had followed Clover on social media before we became engaged, and she knew from the beginning that she wanted to work with them. This was a great choice, as Clover's work over the ensuing years proved. My wife and I knew, more or less, exactly the wedding that we wanted to have, we wouldn't settle for much less than a faithful version of what we had in mind, and Clover certainly brought that to life. What we didn't anticipate, however, was the COVID-19 pandemic delaying our wedding weekend not once, but twice (in 2020 and again in 2021), and Clover's ability to navigate both postponements so gracefully. (For example, after we finalized our first postponement, the Clover team shipped us a box of gourmet cookies, with icing reading, "New Date, Can't Wait!") Their entire team was a joy to work with, and we heartily recommend them to everyone. -

The next best decision after deciding to get married was to work with Clover Events. They truly made everything feel so "easy" when I showed up for my wedding weekend. We had talked through everything (and I mean everything) so I could really play the role of "bride", my partner could play the role of "groom", and my mom could just enjoy the day. We worked mostly with Kellie with some collaboration with Caitlin especially around design. Kellie felt like an extension of our family - she is incredibly empathetic and even took the time to understand family dynamics and how to make everyone feel comfortable and included in the wedding process. I'm a fainter and even right before I walked down the aisle - Kellie had smelling salts and a glass of orange juice ready in case my blood sugars dropped - we never asked her to do this - she just did.
Beyond just the way that Clover made us feel - the execution of the design was impeccable - the run of show went even better than planned - and they made the coordination of many vendors, many family members, and many friends seem easy. Clover really does have a special touch - they don't cut corners to give you a generic feel for your wedding day - they get to know each couple individually and adapt to make the weekend the best it can be for you. Do not walk - run to hire them. -

Most important vendor you'll hire - stylish, seamless, they just GET IT
This Clover team goes above and beyond and makes it look easy. When I started planning there were some things where I had no clue what I wanted, and some I wanted exactly my way.
Caitlin and her team were absolute pros in guiding me to find what was right for us, our venue, our families, our budget, etc, as well as absolutely delivering on the few things I knew we wanted a certain way. In particular, I have to call out Caitlin’s eye for design and figuring out what small elements would make the night go from great to EXCELLENT, and secondly the entire day flowed so effortlessly that not once did I worry or stress about anything.
And that’s saying something, since I accidentally set my makeup bag on fire in a back room, and also I am in many ways the quintessential neurotic New Yorker. Caitlin and her team are so talented, professional, and fun that I just don’t know how we could have done it without them.
Months down the line, after hearing from other friends or family who either went without a planner (DON'T - you can save elsewhere but you won't save your sanity!) or with someone else (mostly due to different regions or booked schedules), I cannot believe how lucky we were to be able to work with Clover Event Co. Love this team!

Phenomenal wedding planners
I don't even know where to begin. Huge thank you to Caitlin and the Clover crew for an amazing wedding experience. It was really a dream come true thanks to Clover, and I found myself saying many times through the process - how does anyone get married without Caitlin?
Caitlin helped me choose nearly every vendor - venues for Rehearsal dinner / Reception, florals, design, photography/videography, hair, make-up, etc. - and every single vendor was superb. I have zero design expertise and I can be the most indecisive person ever, despite having a vision for what I want. And Caitlin delivered beautifully on that vision. She has the most impeccable taste and I was able to trust her completely to execute on all the big and small details.
As if I weren't impressed enough throughout the planning process, Caitlin, Charlotte, and the rest of the team blew me away on the day of with their organization, demeanour, and attentiveness. They made me, my groom, our families and our guests feel just so taken care of. I have received so many compliments from wedding guests on the ambiance, decor, experience, flow of events, attention to detail, etc., and I attribute all of that to Caitlin and the Clover team.

Best wedding planners EVER.
I can't begin express how grateful I am for the Clover Event Co. team. Let me start by saying that my wedding was absolute perfection. Guest are still contacting me and telling me how beautiful and fun our wedding was. I always respond with, "Thank you! I had an amazing wedding planner!". That's because Kellie and the Clover team deserve all the credit. I worked primarily with Kellie and she was the perfect fit for me and my partner. I didn't really know what I wanted for my wedding expect, I knew I wanted it to look good and be a lot of fun for us and our guests. I fully trusted the Clover team with every aspect of my wedding. With every choice I had to make, I would always ask Kellie "What do you think would work best?" and I would choose whatever she suggested and it paid off tenfold. Kellie was also incredibly patient and kind with us. There are so many moving parts when you're planning a wedding and it can be very overwhelming at times. If I ever let something slip through the cracks or forget to respond to an email (which I often did), Kellie would remind me in a way where didn't feel judged or rushed. She was also amazing at handling my now husband, who had more questions than I did. I seriously could go on and on about my fantastic experience with Kellie and Clover but I won't bore you with all the other things they did to make my wedding unforgettable. If you've made it this far reading my review and are still contemplating whether to hire Clover Event Co., just do yourself the favor and do it. You'll be happy you did. -

We knew we couldn't pull off the wedding of our dreams without Clover Event Co. Kellie's attention to detail throughout the planning process took a significant amount of work (and stress) off our plates. She went above and beyond to coordinate with our vendors and ensure our plans were on track. On top of this, she was flexible with our meeting times and was ALWAYS a pleasure to work with. We can't tell you how many times we said, "Kellie remembers everything. How does she do it?" She collected every detail to make sure the day flowed smoothly.
We also relied on Clover to style our ceremony and reception spaces, and WOW did they deliver. Clover has an incredible inventory of modern, eye-catching decorations and set up our space in the most visually-appealing way. On top of this, they had a creative vision. We had so many compliments from our guests.
We cannot thank Clover enough for their hard work throughout our planning process. What a talented and professional team.

Hiring Caitlin and her team was hands down the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. I was hesitant to hire a coordinator because I thought I could "do it all myself." But I knew I needed at least a "month of" coordinator so that I could relax on the day of the wedding. Boy, was I wrong about being able to do it myself. I absolutely NEEDED Caitlin. There were so many moving pieces and people to coordinate (and this was before COVID ruined everything, more on that below). I'm a practicing attorney and I've closed multi-million dollar transactions as well as helped run trials at two "big law" firms and the greatest praise I can give to Caitlin is that I would hire her for my team any day. Caitlin is smart, professional, organized, detail-oriented, and A-type (which I say in the best way possible). The biggest mistake I made was not hiring her from the beginning. Trust me, she is worth every penny.
To give some more detail, we were married on 12.31.2021. This was the height of the omicron wave of the pandemic. We had over 60 guest cancel in the week before the wedding, including bridesmaids and a groomsman. Caitlin took it all in stride and handled everything seamlessly, which was not an easy task as we had to remove tables and reassign seats up to the night before the wedding! And, she was so kind and calming, and put up with my extreme emotions.
We also had difficulty with some of our vendors (both due to COVID and not), and she was a true professional. Whenever something went wrong, we knew Caitlin would handle it perfectly.
I truly cannot say enough good things about her, and I am a touch critic. I would recommend her to any friend or family member getting married, and I can't wait to have a vow renewal to hire her again! -

I had the time of my life at our wedding and it was all thanks to the tireless and excellent planning provided by Clover Event Co.
For background, we had to postpone our original wedding date due to Covid and attempting to plan during an unpredictable timeframe proved to be extremely overwhelming. Feeling exhausted, I reached out to Caitlin and her team seven months before our new date. During my first call with Caitlin, I knew she was my kind of wedding planner! She is energetic, creative, and goal-oriented. All the things you would hope to find. She brought life and fun back into planning when I was feeling so beaten down by the circumstances.
Her expertise comforted me, guided me, and elevated our wedding to levels I couldn’t have previously dreamed of achieving.
Our wedding was absolutely seamless. Seriously, guests have repeatedly told us how perfect everything was. Even the venue staff said they had never seen the space look so beautiful! It was truly everything I could have hoped and dreamed for.
Hiring Clover Event Co. made all the difference and we will always be beyond grateful for their hard work, creativity, and excellent planning. I cannot stress enough how highly I think of them and how important they are to add to your vendor team!

I've had the unique experience of working with the Clover team, both as a fellow wedding industry vendor and as a client. They are truly the best at what they do. I've noticed for many years how organized, thoughtful and incredibly creative they are, from a "behind the scenes" / vendor standpoint. I've been particularly impressed by how gracefully they handled so many covid pivots and postponements. So, when it was my turn to plan my own wedding, I knew exactly who to turn to. Running my own wedding business during the hectic 2021 year made me nearly unavailable to consider any of my own details. I'm so grateful that we had Caitlin and Kellie on our team to handle so many of the details and logistics - it literally would have been impossible to pull off this event without them. They were available and responsive to all questions and were amazing at keeping us on schedule and being realistic about what our budget would allow. The BEST decision we made! Caitlin made our vision come to life and then some.
Hiring Clover was hands down the best decision we made and worth every penny. We started working with Caitlin in January 2020 for what was supposed to be our October 2020 wedding in the Poconos in PA. By June 2020 we decided to postpone everything to October 2021. I don’t know what we would have done without Caitlin – she kept us updated regarding the ever-changing COVID protocols, and was open, honest, and realistic with us. She seamlessly worked with us and our vendors to postpone everything and kept us feeling comforted and confident along the way. In what was an uncertain and chaotic time for everyone we’re so grateful we had Caitlin and Clover!
Our wedding weekend was in our hometown – rehearsal dinner at our tennis club, and wedding + reception at a private residence – all with no real existing infrastructure for a large wedding. It was a huge undertaking bringing everything in to make our wedding happen and Caitlin absolutely nailed every piece of it. I completely trusted in her expertise, and she fully made our vision come to life. We had a 230 person, black tie, tented wedding/reception on a small private farm and had to bring everything in (tents, flooring, bathrooms, power, transportation etc.), while we were overwhelmed by the coordination of it all, Caitlin was such a calming force and was so impressive with leading and coordinating our team of vendors to get it all done, always reminding us that “I promise, it all comes together”, and it truly does. She was amazing working with my family + the very unconventional team at the farm (it was not wedding venue so there was no venue event staff to work with). As the weekend approached rain and wind popped up in the forecast and our ceremony and cocktail hour were supposed to be held outside. Caitlin was incredible at laying out all our options and making us realize that no matter what we did, it would look and feel special, and once again she and our vendors delivered, and it was perfect. Our ceremony was moved under a tent, and cocktail hour moved into our reception tent, and both were beyond what we could have imagined. When I say Caitlin nailed our vision, I mean it, and then some. The exact mood/vibe/ambiance…all the things… we wanted were brought to life. It could not have been more perfect. Even dealing with a few last-minute issues regarding rental items, Caitlin was transparent with us and always had a backup plan ready to go, and alternative options should something not be available. Every little detail was thoughtful and reflected our vision. On the day of, Caitlin and her team ran everything like a well-oiled machine. She and her staff made us feel comfortable and taken care of – running everything on-time, keeping us updated on timing, any changes, etc.
Caitlin’s professionalism and impeccable work didn’t go unnoticed by our guests either. So many people, during and after, mentioned to us that they noticed how on-top of everything she was throughout the night, and of course how amazing everything looked. Above all, Caitlin was fun, kind, helpful, and we knew she was always acting in our best interest. Caitlin and Clover were the absolute best to work with, we trust them completely, and they made the whole process enjoyable!

We got married on 11/6/21 and hired Clover to help with the month of coordinator and planning. Jesse was so organized, attentive, and helpful during the entire process. We had many zoom calls during the planning sessions that were all so helpful. Jesse and the team's expertise with wedding planning helped us plan all the details and things I never would have thought about. They let us rent certain items to help with decor and always had an answer or vendor recommendation we could use. I don't think our wedding would have been so well planned with the Clover team. The day of the wedding went so smoothly we were able to enjoy ourselves and were ahead of schedule. Clover did such an AMAZING job I would highly recommend their services. -

Best Decision We Made in Wedding Planning!
The best decision we made! As a type A consultant who project manages for a living, I knew (or thought I could) manage many of the wedding details myself, though having Caitlin and her team is just essential. While I had specific ideas for florals, I was looking for help with the wedding styling/design, recommendations for vendors and assistance during the weekend itself. Hiring Caitlin and her team was the best investment and decision we made, and she and the Clover team truly exceeded all of our expectations. They go above and beyond and we could not have been more thrilled with our entire wedding weekend- it was truly perfect for us and Clover was vital in making it all happen.
Caitlin was instrumental in creating our overall design and aesthetic, making sure it was cohesive and carried through in all of the wedding details. She helped us fine-tune all of our different ideas early on to ultimately translate and bring our vision to life, while also ensuring that the entire weekend, day of details, and timeline proceeded seamlessly (and during the weekend of the Philly marathon weekend to boot)!
We got engaged in May of 2020, and Caitlin guided us through all the evolving Covid protocols, general worries and different regulations. She helped us select our different vendors based on our tastes (which were all A++) and easily and knowledgeably answered our myriad of questions. Most importantly, she helped navigate all the minute details and wedding minutiae during an increasingly busy wedding season. She was our guidepost.
Caitlin is smart, warm, diplomatic and confident — all things you’d want in the person driving the show and coordinating with the venue and different vendors. As the bride (and a relatively controlling and anxious one at that), I was able to completely relax on Saturday as I knew I was in excellent hands with Caitlin and her whole team. We would hire and recommend the Clover team over and over and early on in the planning process it was easy to want to recommend Caitlin and her team to friends also getting married! You would be in excellent hands :)

Where to begin….as many other reviews have said, hiring Clover and working with Jesse specifically was hands down the best money we spent for our wedding. As a type-A film producer, I know what it’s like to plan a large scale event, deal with transportation issues, catering concerns, and stick to a budget and a very tight timeline. However, I quickly understood what a unique, different beast of an event a large wedding is, and I am utterly grateful that Jesse was even more organized and detail oriented than I am at her job! After we got engaged we agreed instantly that we only wanted to have a large wedding if it wasn’t cookie cutter, felt unique to our vibe, and it felt like an actual PARTY. So, once we found our dream venue, which was a concert venue, we decided we had to lean hard into the theme of a concert festival wedding. Amazingly, Jesse had worked for Live Nation concerts in a previous life and she was SO down to help us pull off this vision without it feeling cheesy or like a 16 year old’s birthday party. She saved us countless hours and tons of money by recommending vendors who she thought would fit the tone, our priorities and our budget. (Go ahead, Google “wedding photographers in Philadelphia” and just TRY not to get overwhelmed!) When it got closer to the day she was also incredible of helping us navigate challenging family tree issues, find creative ways to make sure our guests got to experience all food trucks, entertainment and significant family moments in our expansive venue, and help my scattered brain know what linens, chairs, centerpieces and reception floor plans were the smart choice. Also, did I mention that Jesse magnificently juggled all of our super specific details with multiple other weddings AND being a new Mom? She truly was Wonder Woman in our eyes and never dropped the ball, or failed to respond to an email, text or call in an insanely timely manner. Then the day of the actual event I truly don’t know how we could’ve pulled it off without her and the other Clover assistants. From dropping off my bouquet at the hotel we were getting ready at for photos, to gorgeously setting up our unique concept of a “Will Call/Box Office” for our escort card table, to reworking our timeline on the fly to fit everything still in when our ceremony went a little long, to also even being down to participate in a magic illusion we planned instead of a traditional couple introduction, to knowing how to get a black grease mark off the back of my dress minutes before the ceremony started, to also just being the best damn cheerleader a couple could ever ask for on the day. Trust me, she did the job of 20 people effortlessly and always keeping OUR vision and vibe in mind. You can try to DIY, but I was able to have the best day of my life because I could just relax and know that Clover was taking care of the details, vendors, and problem solving if need be for me. Our wedding was true party with lots of creative, fun moments, but it also felt romantic, substantial and about how crazy in love we are as a couple. Jesse helped us walk that fine line perfectly. We’ve lost count of how many of our friends and family said this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, and that they’ve never been to a more unique ceremony or reception that truly captured who we are as a couple. We just wish we could hire Jesse to be our 1st AD on our film shoots since we’d never worry about making our days or coming in over budget again. The Best Decision we ever made!
Hiring Clover Event Co for our wedding was the absolute BEST DECISION I think I ever made! We worked with Caitlin for our wedding on 9/18/21. I honestly knew within a day of working with her that she was by far the best wedding planner I could have ever hired. We originally had our wedding planned for 9/19/20 but due to covid we decided to legally get married with just immediate family on that date and then postpone the largerish (34 people) 2nd wedding/anniversary party to 9/18/21. She not only helped with all the postponements but also helped me plan the small family ceremony in 2020. She literally is a freaking rockstar! Without her, I don't think I would have had any clue what to do or how to stay on track. She did SO much for us! She helped us pick all our vendors, kept us on a timeline, did multiple check in meetings, helped with the design and then helped with the design AGAIN when I decided I no longer liked my original idea. She made the coolest signage for us (bar signs, lounge area sign, welcome signs). She made the invitations, wrote up the timeline for the day of, I could go on and on. She truly does it all and does it with style! She made the planning process FUN and she has the best ideas that you wouldn't even think of doing that added to our day so much! I didn't think I wanted a lounge area for our wedding until Caitlin mentioned it and honestly it was by far my favorite detail of the entire day. I cannot sing her praises enough. Working with Clover Event Co. was the best decision we made for our big day. From the first call to the last, we were treated as family. Caitlin and her team even remembered the name of our dogs and would ask about them at every opportunity.
I had never experienced the type of anxiety I had when trying to figure out all the details that went into our wedding, but Caitlin and her team continued to reassure us that everything was going smoothly, and that we were on track with our timeline. From picking out wedding colors to deciding on favors, Clover gave their utmost attention to every detail to make sure it all tied together beautifully. Words cannot describe the feeling I had when I walked into our ceremony and reception space, seeing all the hard work finally before us. I was speechless at the design. We received many compliments (from guests and vendors alike) that this was one of the best-designed weddings they had been a part of.
We didn’t need to lift a finger on our wedding day. Caitlin and her team checked in while we were getting ready and then got to work. At one point in the night, Caitlin saw my partner and I filling a plate with food in between the constant greetings from our guests. She approached, laughed, and told us to go sit and rest for a few minutes. She then brought over a plate to sustain our dancing energy and even joined us on the dancefloor herself. Her team is professional, relaxed, and incredibly talented at making their clients feel like celebrities on their wedding day.

The best decision we made!
As many have said before, words cannot describe the gratitude I have for Kellie, Caitlin, and the team at Clover. From my first phone call with Caitlin I knew that she was enthusiastic, creative, and on top of her game! We initially panned our wedding for July 18 2020 and when the pandemic hit I, like many brides, panicked. I had no idea what to do, what postponing even looked like, and how I would possibly go about this process without being completely stressed out. Kellie made the postponement process so seamless. She was so dedicated in her time and energy to help us postpone our wedding last year in coordinating all of our vendors, communication with guests, and navigating many difficult conversations with our caterer and venue. She was so level headed and optimistic in a time where I felt anything but. She advocated for myself and my family beyond our expectations. With her help we were able to postpone a year out to May 30, 2021.
Of course as this date got closer we got nervous again and had to debate what to do next. I greatly appreciated Kellie's honesty and transparent words of advice that allowed us to make an informed decision around moving forward with our wedding on a smaller scale in May. Needless to say she was on top of everything the month leading up to the wedding and I felt so secure going into our day. She coordinated all of our vendors and when we had to move our ceremony and cocktail hour indoors I did not even have to lift a finger- she orchestrated it all seamlessly and took all the stress off my plate that day.
She and Caitlin really took my vision for my wedding and ran with it in the decor, paper products, and branding. I am still in awe of how they made my vision come to life! I loved everything they created and have received so many compliments over the past few months.
Kellie and the Clover Team are truly a dream to work with and I recommend all my friends to use them! By the end of the night my bridesmaids who live all over the country were begging her to travel to their cities and be their planner. Working with Clover completely saved my sanity this past year and the whole team is so genuinely enjoyable to work with. I told Kellie the one reason I was glad I postponed is that I got to work with her for another year! I am beyond grateful for everything they did for me and my family the past two years. -

As someone who is a type A perfectionist, I truly thought I could handle the planning process all by myself. After speaking with Caitlin, and seeing her previous work, I realized how wrong I was and how much I needed her. After our first official meeting together, I knew I was in the right hands. Caitlin is a type A perfectionist (my perfect match), pays close attention to detail, and with years of experience in the design and wedding world, I knew I could really trust her opinion and recommendations to deliver on our wedding vision.
Caitlin helped design and plan our entire wedding more than once (thanks COVID). She helped me select and coordinate all of our vendors, she designed and printed our entire paper suite and monogramed items, and she seamlessly coordinated with all of our teams to help bring our entire modern garden party vision to life. Caitlin knows how to take an idea and run with it, integrating unique design elements and moments into your vision to make the day feel special and different, but still like you. In addition to design and coordination, Caitlin has incredible communication skills. She is timely in responding to emails and texts and moves quickly when it comes to executing to-dos. I personally loved that most about her—she truly can get sh*t done.
Without Caitlin, our entire wedding experience would not have been the same. She gracefully and seamlessly navigated the entire weekend regardless of the COVID hurdles, day of design changes, and ever-changing weather concerns. She made sure that my husband and I were able to enjoy the entire day, as well as relish in the beauty of being with our friends and family in the most unbelievable setting. And thanks to her recommendations and design eye, we have the most incredible photos and videos to stare at forever.
As an extra bonus, I got to work with Jesse who helped to coordinate the day of plans as well as serve as my right-hand woman on the wedding day. Not only is Jesse a creative genius just like Caitlin, but she is warm, calm, and the exact type of woman you want by your side during the stressful day of moments.

I was first drawn to the Clover teams work because it balanced modern, romantic, and unique. Then I met Caitlin & Kellie at a bridal event and immediately connected with their warm & engaging energy. There aren’t enough words to explain how wonderful our journey of planning my daughters wedding was with Kellie from Clover Event Co.
My daughters original wedding was planned for a beautiful venue in the city and we had hired Kellie right before Covid hit , but once we found ourselves in the midst of a pandemic we had to navigate changing venues, finding new vendors, replanning a backyard wedding and so much more... It’s impossible to recap my overwhelmingly positive experience with Clover Event Co. I’d been reluctant to work with a wedding planner but the second I met with the team I knew the fit was perfect.
I began planning with Clover in January and os had ~3 months of pre-COVID planning experience. From the onset they were highly organized—from the to-do lists based on priority to vendor sourcing to contract management. Their approach eased my anxiety and I found myself actually enjoying planning a big wedding.
And then COVID turned our worlds upside down. The ambiguity about whether or not my big city wedding could happen totally deflated my excitement. But Clover, particularly Kellie + Caitlin, stepped in and worked overtime to plan alternate options. Kellie also sat (metaphorically over Zoom) with me when I cried and validate how unfair it all was. And when I decided 2 months before my planned date that I wanted an elegant backyard wedding at my parents’ farm they enthusiastically changed course. I could not believe the amount of work completed in 3 months to bring my new vision to life. No detail was overlooked—my input on style + decor was always prioritized. The wedding day itself was seamless. I was able to fully enjoy everything from the time I woke up until the time I collapsed into bed. Now I cannot imagine having had any other wedding setting—and I credit a lot of that to Clover’s efforts. They transformed 10 acres into an elegant tented event that felt intimate and full of details/elements/undertones that captured my personality (and my husband’s and our families). I’ve never felt so special as I did that day, COVID be damned.
I also appreciated how cost-conscious they were. I never felt pressured to spend more or embarrassed that made choices based on financial considerations. In an industry that feels like there are people constantly up-selling you this was refreshing. It helped deepen my relationship with Caitlin, Kellie, & all of Clover because I trusted they acted on behalf of my interests.
I wish I could get married again (to my husband!) to be able to work with Clover again. An absolute delight—they made wedding planning enjoyable despite the difficult circumstances. -

Where to I begin? Our experience with Jesse from Clover Event Co. was off the charts! Jesse was always available, the communication was incredible, and no questions or tasks were too small or too large. She was on top of everything! She even drove out of her way to pick up two baskets that we needed to have for florals that wouldn't be shipped in time. She personally cares about every detail of your big day. We would not have managed to pivot from a Tuscany destination wedding to a backyard micro-wedding without her help. The team at Clover is amazing at what they do, I highly HIGHLY recommend using them for any event. Jesse even took care of doing the personalized place cards, menus and stationary herself and it was stunning. -

Best Decision We Made- Hands Down
Working with Clover Event Co was hands down, the BEST decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. When we originally decided to work with Clover, we had no idea how much we would truly need their help. We signed up for the day of coordination, which is an amazing value. We had an intro meeting and then met with our coordinator extraordinaire, Kellie, in the months leading up to our wedding. Everything was running so smoothly- Kellie helped recommend some vendors for us and kept us on track with decision making and timing.
Then- COVID happened.
Kellie and the team at Clover were absolute life savers. They helped us navigate a postponement and then a HUGE change in plans. We went from 200 people at a full service venue in Old City Philadelphia in June to 30 people at an outdoor completely DIY location in NJ in August. Pretty much every aspect of our wedding changed. Kellie was so incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. I truly felt like she was a best friend who just happened to also be a boss planner!
Thanks to Kellie's help, we ended up having the most magical wedding day ever. It was completely different than the wedding we planned for a year, but I would not have changed a thing. Kellie and her team helped us with last minute vendor changes, with styling touches that elevated our event and with making sure everything ran seamlessly day of.
I have 10 years experience planning and executing large and small scale events and I knew that having someone to help us day of was absolutely crucial to us enjoying the day. However, I had no idea how much I would truly appreciate Kellie's help. Her calmness, resolve and positivity made dealing with all 2020 threw our way manageable. She is the person who got me excited for our wedding again and reassured us that it would still be an amazing day.
If Kellie, and Clover, could help us plan one wedding for a year and then completely pivot and plan a totally different one within a few weeks, they can do anything! Do not look any further- you will NOT regret working with this incredible team.

First of all, our wedding day was so much fun. And having Clover help us was the best money spent on the wedding. Having a planner (especially day of) makes the wedding day flow seamlessly and stress free.
Caitlin and I met playing field hockey together in college and when she first got into the wedding business years ago, I knew I was going to need her to help me with my wedding! She (and her team) have the BEST personalities. Not only are they extremely well organized and creative, they are so much fun.
Our planning calls going into the wedding were so easy. Decisions that I was struggling with or even feeling overwhelmed with at times, Caitlin knew exactly the right questions to ask to get us to the right decision in just a few minutes! Would have taken me hours of researching and debating. She also did an amazing job helping us pick out the decor, color schemes, guest bags in addition to all of the signage! I could say a million wonderful things about Caitlin and team. Kellie was also there day of and was absolutely amazing. They moved things and timing along perfectly, I did not have to worry about anything! -

The day after we got engaged, my first official wedding business was making the call to Caitlin of Clover Event Co.! From that day on, I knew I could call the Clover team with any questions, ideas or freak outs and they would help my vision come to life. With a 7 month engagement, we didn't have much downtime during the planning process. However, the Clover team kept us on timeline and made sure that nothing was missed. They were transparent about what would be best for our budget and aesthetic and were extremely professional while maintaining a casual relationship.
Kellie, the lead for our wedding, was the most amazing, organized and thorough person I could have chosen to work with! Kellie thought of things I didn't know I needed to think about and made sure that I was as involved as I needed to be, but not overwhelmed, as we approached our wedding day.
I would recommend Clover Event Co. to anyone that is planning a wedding! My husband and I were able to enjoy not just our day, but the weeks leading up to it. Let me just explain just how AMAZING these girls are. Without them I am not too sure my wedding would have been as prefect as it was. Before meeting the owner Caitlin, I was super overwhelmed with all of the planning that comes with saying I do. After just one meeting Caitlin put all my worries at ease. She was incredibly sweet and within minutes of speaking she knew exactly the aesthetic I was trying to achieve all while staying in budget that we were comfortable with. As planning began I was introduced to Jesse the senior planner, Let me just tell you how incredible this person is. No matter what day/time, Jesse was always there to help me along the way. Caitlin was my Type-A organization spirit animal
When I got engaged, I knew I needed a coordinator on my side who was as Type-A organized and on-the-ball as I was, but also with amazing taste and the ability to bring an aesthetic vision to life. Caitlin and the Clover team were both, carrying us through 12 months of planning with monthly phone calls, meetings in person, the occasional text, and many many emails with so much ease. I'm a type-A person, and knowing that our venue offered a coordinator, bridal attendant, and day of Maitre'D to deal with onsite vendors, I never thought to hire a planner... that was until about a month and a half out, when Clover was recommended by a friend that had just gotten married at my venue. I was knee deep in google sheets, contracts, and emails (I chose to do a lot of rentals from different vendors, and we had a ton of personalized DIY stuff as well), and I realized I didn't want ANYTHING to hold me back from truly enjoying my wedding day. Thank goodness I reached out to Clover when I did! Kellie was brought on board, and immediately I felt like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. She handled the final stretch of planning, confirmations, and advocated for me and my fiance every step of the way, both in the weeks leading up to, and the actual day itself. The processional and photo list was a breeze when she took charge organizing. She was able to handle communication with the guest shuttles so I didn't have to. She kept track of every item and where it was supposed to be - whether the programs needed a basket, etc. And that's just scratching the surface! Beyond doing an amazing job with these details, her upbeat attitude was a breath of fresh air to have around and she made me confident and relaxed that my day would go smoothly. Stop looking and hire Clover!
Despite being month-of clients, Clover put so much time and effort into our wedding we often felt like we were their only clients. All the other planners we spoke with put limits on the amount of time they would spend on our wedding, charging additional fees for any overage. Clover, on the other hand, put no limits on how much or how often we could talk and even encouraged us to loop them into our planning as early as possible.
Caitlin helped guide us to the most effective places to spend our money and ensured everything looked phenomenal on our big day. Because we started working with her 9+ months in advance, she got to know what we wanted and that enabled us to fully enjoy our wedding, spending all our time celebrating with family and friends.

We love clover!
To say that choosing to work with Clover and Co was the best decision we made for our wedding would be an understatement. These women are actually the best. Our initial appointment was with Caitlin, about 9 months before the big day. She quickly organized our planning process and, in two hours, got us to a place where we could breathe a sigh of relief (all brides need to see this: 9 MONTHS OF MINIMAL STRESS!). After that we worked with our main coordinator, Kellie, who was just a dream and became a dear friend throughout this process because you just can't help but love her. She was prompt, efficient, bubbly, positive and extremely organized. We met with her about three times before our big day, and each time we moved through our list of tasks, crossing things off and moving our planning process along. We also reviewed the schedule for our wedding day every time, making tweaks based on preferences and vendor coordination.
On the day of our wedding, Kellie was amazing. She kept things moving, kept track of all our people/signage, coordinated with all of our vendors and never stopped smiling. It was so awesome to have a positive, friendly team who understands how to move through the events of the day. It was also comforting to know that we had worked to set every detail in the months leading up to our day, which allowed my family/friends, husband and I to just enjoy each moment. Even my bridesmaids, who have all been in multiple weddings, said that the flow of events made the day fun and manageable. We credit Kellie and Clover with all of this!
Basically, too long didn’t read: We can’t recommend Clover enough. We would get married to each other again just to work with their team. If you want your wedding day to be an experience with the least amount of stress as can possibly go into planning a wedding, hire them!

Jesse, our day of coordinator, designed our signage, paper products, and day of items. Jesse took our vision and transformed it for our perfect day. We worked with Caitlin primarily, Kellie later on in the process and Maeve assisted with our day of. We went with their partial wedding planning services and will echo what is listed in other reviews that Clover was amazing, a pleasure to work with, and helped us have a wonderful wedding. Because things were organized well in advance, I was less stressed during the wedding process then I think others had expected (we were planning a wedding in 8 months, in a city we don't live in). Additionally, because during the week/days leading up to the wedding, things were taken care of, we were able to spend time with our families, bridal party, and out-of-town guests, instead of having to run around doing last-minute errands.
During the day of, they were super helpful, we were able to relax and everything was handled. Our parents and bridal party could also relax and we were able to enjoy our wedding instead of spending the whole time handling logistics. That, and we were able to actually eat at our own wedding.
During the planning process, Caitlin and Kellie were always very responsive and helpful with organizing a cohesive look to everything. Would highly recommend them, they were wonderful -

The Fairy Godmothers of Wedding Planners
The Clover Event team went above and beyond my planning expectations! Even though I consider myself a fairly organized person, I knew that I would need some professional assistance with keeping all of the tiny, tiny details that come with planning a wedding in order. Their dedication to making my wedding into my dream wedding made me feel at ease during the most stressful moments. To give you an idea: a week before my wedding I realized that I had ordered flat name cards instead of the folded name cards. Now (almost a year afterwards), I can admit I had quite the over-reaction, but with a year of planning and only days to go you could imagine the tension for any bride. I came up with thousands of silly ideas to make it right but when I called on my lead Kellie - at 9PM! - she was ready to find the solution. The team decided to create a last-minute design listing all of the names and tables to place on an easel. We topped it with a magnolia leaf garland that matched our wedding perfectly - in a matter of 48 hours. Not wanting the name tags to go to waste, we had them on place settings for a beautiful formal touch. That "hail mary" in the last quarter of the game saved us the most important thing in those last few days: TIME! Even though Caitlin was not our lead, she still attended important meetings and kept us on target. On the big day, Kellie and her team flew in like fairy godmothers ready to make the day run smooth so that I could focus on getting married! So, if you are looking for dedicated, detailed, professional and personable wedding planners (AKA fairy godmothers), you have no need to look any further. You found them. Choosing to work with Caitlin and Clover Event Co. was hands-down the best decision I made throughout the whole wedding process!! Not only is Caitlin amazingly organized and helpful with all of the details (which takes so much stress out of the planning process, especially the month before), Caitlin is also so much fun, extremely flexible, and has such an eye for design that set my wedding apart from others in so many ways!! I had so many compliments from guests about how precise and beautiful all of the details and small touches were throughout the whole evening. Caitlin really thinks of everything and introduces so many ideas that I would never have thought of including as part of the wedding if I had planned on my own. As she introduces ideas, she is also amazing at determining what matches with the whole vision of the event - down to every detail including the font of the ceremony programs, the style of the napkins, the overall table setting etc. I have never seen someone so detailed and it made such a huge, huge difference on the day of the wedding!! My day was absolutely magical!!
In terms of travel - I live in Baltimore and although we met Caitlin in Philly for just two meetings - it was so easy to FaceTime or chat over the phone throughout the whole wedding process. Each time we talked Caitlin had an agenda of what we needed to go over which made the whole process so much easier as I wasn't overwhelmed knowing that Caitlin would walk me through what we needed to cover each month prior to the wedding. Breaking this all down into smaller steps made my life so much less stressful and it was nice knowing I had Caitlin to bounce everything off of!! I will also say that the month before the wedding I did not experience any of the stress that others brides had mentioned as Caitlin was so helpful in managing the small details and took over all of the check-in calls with vendors.
Most importantly, Caitlin is just such a pleasure to work with!! She is so relaxed, understanding, and just so much fun!! My mom and I are so sad that the whole process is over mainly because we just want to keep spending time with Caitlin!! On the day of the wedding she also brings great vibes - she had everything under control and managed the hiccups (we realized I forgot the jewish marriage license at home an hour before the ceremony) in such a calm manner that was so so reassuring!! I also just had no stressors the day of the wedding knowing Caitlin and her assistants were taking care of literally everything!! Caitlin's assistants, shout out to Kelly and Lizzie!!, were the nicest and made me feel like I'd known them forever - they were also super organized and on top of everything!! Absolutely amazing!! Can't recommend Caitlin and Clover Event Co. enough!!

Honestly, if I could give the girls from the Clover team 6/5 stars for everything, I would! We first talked to Caitlin after learning about her planning business from my cousin's wife who also happens to be one of Caitlin's BFFs. I am SO GLAD we ended up hiring them! I cannot stress how helpful this team is. Not only do they offer packages with different levels of service (budget friendly!), but also no matter what you choose you can be confident that they will be right by your side every step of the way. Caitlin and her team are very hands-on and were always incredibly organized and ready to tackle any hurdle that came our way. The last 6 weeks leading up to our wedding were absolutely chaotic and included me breaking my ankle! We panicked and our lead coordinator Jesse jumped into action to calm us down, change up our plans to accommodate my limited mobility, and day-of was constantly there for me with anything I needed. At one point I thought to myself "Hm, I need my crutches," and when I turned to find Jesse, she was already right there holding them out for me! Truly an incredible experience working with them. They took away so much of our stress and I don't think I'd be able to say that our wedding was absolutely perfect if we didn't hire them. BEST WEDDING PLANNER EVER. Clover Event Co. is truly a class act operation run by a creative force of nature who is always ten steps ahead. When owner Caitlin ran through all that was included in JUST day-of coordination in my intro call, I felt my anxieties melt away. I knew I wanted her brain to help bring our vision come to life, so we did styling and day-of but let me tell you -- you are getting SO MUCH MORE than that. Caitlin is extremely generous with her time and talents. She answered every text and email, drove all over creation to meet me for vendor meetings, went above and beyond to make our day LOOK beautiful with custom elements, and then executed a truly perfect wedding day (thanks to Kellie for being my right-hand woman on our wedding day!). Nearly four months later I am still hearing people say "your planners were AMAZING." And they are. I remember every moment because her planning and execution allowed me to be truly present. Made our Favorite Day the Best Ever
When making the all-important decision of who’s going to plan your wedding, there’s a lot at stake. Neither of us wanted to tackle the challenges of coming up with our ideal vision and bringing it to reality. You’ve heard the horror stories of couples who decide to do everything themselves. That wasn’t for us. We selected Clover Event Co. on the recommendation of a friend and went with their Two Leaf package. To say picking them was a good decision is a massive understatement!
From the very first email and phone call we had with Caitlin, we knew we made the right choice. She and her team are the pinnacle of professionalism and courtesy, compassion and toughness, and pragmatism mixed with a little fantasy. Caitlin took our ideas and wants and built them into our perfect wedding! She tackled all the meetings with our vendors, even going above and beyond her duties to simplify things for everyone. On our wedding day, Caitlin, Jesse, and Pam were the quarterbacks and generals of the event. There was not one (NOT ONE) hiccup we noticed, and everyone had an absolutely amazing time. Our wedding went off so smoothly and was so enjoyable, I think it surprised the both of us! We cannot thank them enough for all their hard work, late night emails, phone calls and onsite meetings, and hard work to make our special day exactly what we wanted. Always the vendor, finally the bride!!!
As a wedding photographer, I have had a backstage view of wedding days for hundreds of couples, and know how essential a good day-of coordinator is to helping the couple actually enjoy their day. I've also had the advantage of seeing how the many local planners operate, and I knew without a doubt, that when it came to the Philadelphia market, Clover is the BEST.
I had worked with Caitlin a ton in the past, including photographing her own wedding, and her best friend's wedding. She was already booked but I knew her whole team rocked. Her associate Jesse was free and willing to travel to the Catskills with us! Jesse turned out to be such a perfect fit for our crew, and her energy helped me stay calm and grounded when things started to get hectic. She managed the entire timeline, all of our vendors, and all of the logistics with such aplomb, that I barely noticed a thing as I glided through my day.
I've been a vendor for so many weddings and didn't know how I would do as a bride. Would I try to 'help' the other vendors, would I have trouble letting go? Jesse made sure I was able to immerse myself in the magic of the day and be fully present for everyone and without a care in the world. If there were any bumps in the road, I still am not aware of them, because Jesse so beautifully protected me from it all.
Please, if you are considering a planner, don't learn things the hard way: this team is exactly what you need if you want the wedding experience of your dreams! -

Costina Sent on 10/04/2018I was that bride who had no Pinterest Board vision coming in to wedding planning. Caitlin took this as a blank canvas and worked her magic. What I learned from the whole process is that a bride just wants to feel like the time & money put in are all worth it. Our day was ALL worth it, and I don’t believe we could’ve done it without Clover. Here’s why:
Venue: Sometimes the toughest decision for most couples. Once we narrowed in on having a summer city wedding, Caitlin sent us a list of her top venues in our price range, gave us a brief overview of each and connected us with the coordinator at our top choice. The first venue-tour was our only tour, as it was the perfect fit. Check!
Invitations: I was very impressed that Caitlin designs her own invitation suite! My husband and I are a ‘no-frills’ couple and we were looking for clean, elegant & modern look. Caitlin worked with us on nailing down our design & tweaked it to perfection. Finding the right look & color tones for our invitations helped to create a style and look for the rest of our wedding - making signage, menus, personalized napkins, etc. easier to pick out.
Our meetings: Caitlin made great use of our time scheduled together. She really brings your spirits up while handling checklists like a boss.
Budget: As a numbers girl, I was relieved Caitlin was willing to review budget & show us where we can save costs vs. where it is good to splurge. I felt like we had a good balance of cost-savings and splurge-worthy spend.
Vendor Network: Well connected with top-notch vendors in Philadelphia. For photo, makeup, hair, florist, tailor & bakery – she provided a handful of referrals, of which I could pick based on their style, reviews & price range. Each and every Vendor we hired exceeded our expectations and we’d refer to others.
Wedding Day: Jesse was our day-of coordinator- an amazing soul who took care of our wedding crew and helped us all manage our time (the day flies by!) So thankful for Jesse & Caitlin! -

Caitlin and Kellie are on top of their game with all the details of the wedding that you may not even think of. They make the whole process so much easier by providing vendor suggestions, arranging meetings and being available via email when you have even the simplest of questions. Caitlin also did all of our stationary and matched the day of signage to fit the same feel. The day of, Caitlin, Kellie and Jess were absolute rock stars. They handled all of the contact with vendors to ensure the day ran without a hitch and their design and décor completely transformed the venue into a wedding you can only dream about. We ran into a situation with our transportation and the girls were on it immediately, coordinating with the company and communicating with us in order to make suggestions with how to make up for lost time. Throughout the night they catered to our every need and at the end of the night gathered all of our things so we had nothing to worry about. I cannot imagine the day without them and would recommend that you not just get a planner for your day, but specifically use Clover, you won’t regret it!

I saw them in action and knew I had to have them help me navigate my own wedding. Their team is not only extraordinarily knowledgeable about the wedding business but their kindness is unparalleled and treated us both with the friendliness and respect one usually reserves for close friends. My wedding day could not have gone smoother; even my guests were commenting me on what a great job they were doing. I am the type of bride who really didn't derive any satisfaction from planning my wedding. As a matter of fact I dreaded it. So... I did what I had to do and handed over the reins of my perfect day to Caitlin and Clover Event Co.
BEST DECISION EVER. Caitlin orchestrated the best SURPRISE wedding I could have ever asked for. She planned it down to the minute - no detail was too small. The venue looked like it was out of a movie when she was done. She coordinated with all of my vendors and was never too busy to put me at ease.
Caitlin went above and beyond for us and now that I look back at photos of the perfect day I realize that it wouldn't have been perfect without her. Caitlin is much more than just a wedding planner - she is a artist - with vision, pizzazz and everything else it takes to make an ordinary day magnificent. -
