Charlotte and her team did an excellent job with the florals for my wedding. I expressed our theme and vision to her and she brought it to life. I used Floral Heights for my August 2022 wedding in Brooklyn. The flowers came out more beautiful than I could have imagined. Charlotte understood my vision better than I could articulate it! For months she collaborated with me on the types of candleholders, bud vases and vibe I wanted for our tables. The flower-covered arch we got married in front of was stunning and a focal point for our wedding. She hand delivered our bouquets to the hotel. You can tell that she and her team put their heart and expertise into all that they do.

Floral Heights is officially the only florist I will ever suggest to anybody. The owner, Charlotte, not only helped to corral my *very particular* mother into sticking to what I wanted as décor, but she also stayed in touch with me for essentially two years through the pandemic and multiple date changes and life changes. She made me feel like such a priority and it all showed the day of. On top of all this, she pulled out all the stops for a memorial bouquet - I had originally requested my father's boutonniere to be placed in a tiny vase, and Charlotte went ahead and created a whole BOX of flowers to keep everything stable. I was so incredibly touched. On top of all that, the bouquets and other flowers stayed alive for MONTHS. I was able to dry them out to frame, but it took SO long - this is definitely a testament to the fresh and highest quality flowers you are provided by Floral Heights. This is the SPOT.

Charlotte and her team at Floral Heights worked magic to ensure the flowers at my wedding were perfect. Charlotte was so creative, offering a number of ideas to keep me within my budget. She would put together arrangements on a whim for a visual during many of our meetings. Charlotte went above and beyond to not only create the most magical of centerpieces and bouquets but ensure the day went as smoothly as possible, visiting the venue multiple times for the set-up and break-down of the event.

She listened attentively and answered all of my many questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. She is calm, kind and highly competent. I knew that Charlotte had worked with many high end clients in the past, and although I was not one of these high end clients, she treated me like royalty. She was always available by phone and email and was flexible and accommodating even up until the last week of the wedding when I made some last minute changes to the centerpieces. She has a keen creative eye and is a gifted floral designer. I am so happy with my gorgeous pink and fusia centerpieces, bouquet, lush and full floral gazebo arch, delicate detailed boutonnières and corsages. Wow, Floral heights did an outstanding job at my wedding at the Green Building in Brooklyn. We couldn’t have been more impressed with Charlotte and her team! Her designs were beautiful, fresh, modern and completely customized to what we were looking for. She really went the extra mile and put in a lot of time and effort talking through our ideas. I had no idea what I wanted for flowers to the point where I was debating going very minimal for the bridal party. But, I didn't want to be boring because today is the day to be a little extra. We met with Charlotte and discussed the vibe of the wedding and how I was dressing the bridesmaids and groomsmen in black with pops of autumn color - gold and red embroidery on my friend's sari, cranberry colored ties, orange striped socks - these are bold colors to balance. I wasn't going to be a roses, lilies and baby's breath kinda gal. She pulled it off beautifully. She gently steered me from anemones towards these awesome Seussian proteas and green purple orchids with single sunset colored blooms for the boys. It just worked and she was so easy to work with.

Charlotte was a pleasure to work with. She made me beautiful ruscus, fern and baby's breath garlands that went perfectly with my indoor garden theme. And she did all this while staying within my impossibly strict budget. The decor was admired by everyone. Also, Charlotte is a very patient and talented person and really takes pride in her work and it shows.
