Flora + Dean Event Design

Working with Sal was an absolute dream! I picked Flora and Dean as my florist even before I got engaged 😂 so when the time came, it was the easiest choice ever. Sal was with me every step of the way: responding to Instagram messages, emails, and texts anytime I sent him inspiration. I loved having a vendor who I could trust implicitly and who steered me towards the best choices for myself and my chosen venue. It is very easy to get caught up in wedding madness with social media and Sal was able to bring me back down to Earth by helping me stick to my vision. On the day of my wedding, hearing Sal come into the bridal suite to drop off my bouquet was such a highlight as it was a piece we were both very excited about. The final creation exceeded all expectations! I promise you will not go wrong with Flora and Dean!

Sal and the entire Flora & Dean team were absolutely incredible to work with!!! Sal provided the florals for both our church ceremony and wedding reception. Every detail was perfect.

I asked him the week of if he could create a floral purse for me to carry the day of the church ceremony, and he immediately rose to the challenge. It turned out absolutely stunning and was such a unique and special addition to my wedding day.

Throughout the entire planning process, Sal was attentive, responsive, and always quick to answer my emails. His excitement for our wedding and genuine passion for creating something beautiful made the experience even more enjoyable. We are so grateful for his creativity, dedication, and the gorgeous flowers he created for us. He went above and beyond for us. I cannot recommend Flora & Dean enough!

Flora + Dean is absolutely 10/10
What a pleasure it was for them to be our florist on our special day, working with them was sooo easy and their ideas was beyond anything we could imagine! we are soo happy with our halo that Sal made for us in our ceremony space and our bouquets were to die for! We can’t thank them enough :)

My husband and I worked with Flora & Dean for our wedding at The Hamilton Manor, and we couldn’t have been happier. Sal was incredibly personable, thoughtful, and knowledgeable about flowers. His talent, creativity, and attention to detail were impeccable. He truly went above and beyond to bring my vision of whimsical spring florals to life. Sal had excellent communication, especially in the lead-up to our wedding day. All of our wedding florals exceeded my expectations in every possible way. It felt like my Pinterest board had come to life—only better. I have never seen an arrangement as beautiful as my bridal bouquet. I couldn’t help but tear up when Sal handed it to me; it was beyond anything I had imagined. Our guests, vendors, and venue staff couldn’t stop admiring and complimenting the flowers. I highly recommend Flora & Dean.

I cannot recommend Flora & Dean more for your special occasion! Sal did such beautiful job for our wedding, completely exceeding our expectations while also making it so stress free and seamless along the entire way. Wedding planning can feel stressful and who you choose to help you with that day makes such a difference and I am so glad I chose the Flora & Dean team. You can truly trust Sal to bring your vision to life, within your budget, and also help you to get the most out of your budget to bring that vision to life. Sal came highly recommended from friends (who didn’t need to do much convincing as I was able to see his work in person at their weddings!) Vendors that feel like friends while you’re talking with them are the best and that’s what you’ll get from Sal and his team. Absolutely the right (and only) choice for our day.

From the beginning, I felt like Sal from Flora and Dean understood my vision better than I could even explain it. He was so informative, thoughtful, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He was truly the only vendor I felt like I didn’t have to worry about — I completely trusted him.

The ceremony space looked like something out of a storybook. I was absolutely blown away by what he created. The reception was just as stunning. It was romantic and elevated. Walking in was one of the most special moments of the whole day.

I’m still not over everything he created. So, so grateful. HIGHLY recommend booking them for your wedding!! I would work with them again in a heartbeat.

I can’t say enough good things about Sal and Flora + Dean! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to help me create the wedding florals of my dreams while staying within my budget — something that felt impossible until I met him.

He was so flexible, patient, and genuinely cared about bringing my vision to life. Every time we talked, I could tell he truly wanted me to feel confident and happy with every detail, not just sell me on something bigger or more expensive. That kind of integrity and care is rare, and it made all the difference.

The end result was absolutely stunning — better than I even imagined. My bouquet, the ceremony arrangements, and the reception centerpieces were all so thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed. I’ve honestly never seen my venue photograph or look so good for any other event than it did for my wedding.

This business is ethical, trustworthy, and extremely talented. I’m beyond grateful for everything he and my planner Lindsay did to make my wedding so beautiful and stress-free.

Sal was absolutely incredible and so easy to work with! Our vision came to life and everything from the planning process to the execution day of was seamless. Every single person who brings up our wedding says "your flowers were breathtaking." We did so much research on florists and we can truly say that there is no other option!

We worked with Flora + Dean for our wedding and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the beginning, they were kind, patient, and really listened to what we were hoping for. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed. From our very first conversation, it was clear that Sal genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful. Everything from the bouquets to the table arrangements was exactly what we had imagined (maybe even better!). You can tell they genuinely care about their work and the people they work with.

If you’re looking for a florist who is not only incredibly talented but also just a genuinely lovely person to work with, I can’t recommend Sal enough. We’re so grateful for everything they did to make our day feel special.

Thank you again for making our day so special!

It was an absolute dream to work with Flora and Dean. When we had consultation calls with other florists, it was a quick five minute call, but with Sal we talked for easily 20 minutes, and he just "got it" even when we didn't really know what our vision was! His creativity is out-of-this world, and you couldn't find a nicer person to work with on top of it. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
