I can’t say enough good things about Sal and Flora + Dean! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to help me create the wedding florals of my dreams while staying within my budget — something that felt impossible until I met him. He was so flexible, patient, and genuinely cared about bringing my vision to life. Every time we talked, I could tell he truly wanted me to feel confident and happy with every detail, not just sell me on something bigger or more expensive. That kind of integrity and care is rare, and it made all the difference. The end result was absolutely stunning — better than I even imagined. My bouquet, the ceremony arrangements, and the reception centerpieces were all so thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed. I’ve honestly never seen my venue photograph or look so good for any other event than it did for my wedding. This business is ethical, trustworthy, and extremely talented. I’m beyond grateful for everything he and my planner Lindsay did to make my wedding so beautiful and stress-free.

We got married in January 2024 at the Shadowbrook and had an amazing experience with Carroll’s! Our floral arrangements were beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Their team did an incredible job setting up our separate ceremony and reception spaces. Chad is the best! He had great insight during the planning process and made several helpful recommendations. He was also super responsive leading up to the wedding and was receptive to all ideas and modifications. We were truly so impressed with Chad and the team at Carroll’s!

I used Blossom Time for by bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, corsages, and boutineirres (we did our own centerpieces). Marleine and Diana we very helpful along the way and had great ideas for the flowers. They also did a great job educating me about different flowers and arrangements, which most people wouldn't take the time to do. The flowers were more beautiful than I could have imagined and everybody loved them. I still can't get over how perfect my bridal bouquet was, and I'm so glad I went to Blossom Time because they got me the peonies others had told me I couldn't have at that time of year. Their prices were also very reasonable and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants beautiful flowers for their wedding.
