  Perfect Wedding Flowers

  I highly recommend Floral Heights for wedding flowers . Charlotte did the flowers for my daughter’s wedding at Deity in Brooklyn and she was a joy to work with and her arrangements were spectacular, and just what my daughter wanted-simple but elegant. She was professional, timely and took care of all the details beautifully. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

  Beautiful florals

  Charlotte and her team did an excellent job with the florals for my wedding. I expressed our theme and vision to her and she brought it to life. I even changed my mind a few times and she was very accommodating. She and her team were punctual, professional, and set everything up. The table arrangements, bouquets and arch all came out beautiful both in real life and in photos, we were very happy with the final result!

  Floral Heights Is Amazing!

  I used Floral Heights for my August 2022 wedding in Brooklyn. The flowers came out more beautiful than I could have imagined. Charlotte understood my vision better than I could articulate it! For months she collaborated with me on the types of candleholders, bud vases and vibe I wanted for our tables. The flower-covered arch we got married in front of was stunning and a focal point for our wedding. She hand delivered our bouquets to the hotel. You can tell that she and her team put their heart and expertise into all that they do.

  The Best Florist in NYC

  Floral Heights is officially the only florist I will ever suggest to anybody. The owner, Charlotte, not only helped to corral my *very particular* mother into sticking to what I wanted as décor, but she also stayed in touch with me for essentially two years through the pandemic and multiple date changes and life changes. She made me feel like such a priority and it all showed the day of. On top of all this, she pulled out all the stops for a memorial bouquet - I had originally requested my father's boutonniere to be placed in a tiny vase, and Charlotte went ahead and created a whole BOX of flowers to keep everything stable. I was so incredibly touched. On top of all that, the bouquets and other flowers stayed alive for MONTHS. I was able to dry them out to frame, but it took SO long - this is definitely a testament to the fresh and highest quality flowers you are provided by Floral Heights. This is the SPOT.

  Charlotte and her team at Floral Heights worked magic to ensure the flowers at my wedding were perfect. Charlotte was so creative, offering a number of ideas to keep me within my budget. She would put together arrangements on a whim for a visual during many of our meetings. Charlotte went above and beyond to not only create the most magical of centerpieces and bouquets but ensure the day went as smoothly as possible, visiting the venue multiple times for the set-up and break-down of the event.

  Outstanding Service, incredible creativity, stunning floral designs

  Wow thank you again Charlotte for your incredible floral design work at my wedding! I initially met with Charlotte to discuss my vision for the wedding. She listened attentively and answered all of my many questions. I never felt rushed or pressured. She is calm, kind and highly competent. I knew that Charlotte had worked with many high end clients in the past, and although I was not one of these high end clients, she treated me like royalty. She was always available by phone and email and was flexible and accommodating even up until the last week of the wedding when I made some last minute changes to the centerpieces. She has a keen creative eye and is a gifted floral designer. I am so happy with my gorgeous pink and fusia centerpieces, bouquet, lush and full floral gazebo arch, delicate detailed boutonnières and corsages. Charlotte even matched my flowers with the style of my dress! My bouquet had all of the beautiful flowers I requested and was even more lovely than I could have imagined! I just wish there was a way for me to preserve it so I can have it forever. Thank you floral heights, thank you Charlotte!

  I had no idea what I wanted for flowers to the point where I was debating going very minimal for the bridal party. But, I didn't want to be boring because today is the day to be a little extra. We met with Charlotte and discussed the vibe of the wedding and how I was dressing the bridesmaids and groomsmen in black with pops of autumn color - gold and red embroidery on my friend's sari, cranberry colored ties, orange striped socks - these are bold colors to balance. I wasn't going to be a roses, lilies and baby's breath kinda gal. She pulled it off beautifully. She gently steered me from anemones towards these awesome Seussian proteas and green purple orchids with single sunset colored blooms for the boys. It just worked and she was so easy to work with.

  Charlotte from Floral Heights was absolutely darling! She was able to really put together the look I want my special day to become. She even came to the hotel where the bridal party was getting ready to drop off the bouquets and boutennieres so she could help anyone that was having an issue putting them on.

  Charlotte was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and absolutely spot on with her suggestions for the bouquets, boutonnieres, and arrangements for the church. She pulled some flowers she had on hand in the shop and put them together to give me an idea of what she envisioned for my wife's bouquet,

  Charlotte was a pleasure to work with. She made me beautiful ruscus, fern and baby's breath garlands that went perfectly with my indoor garden theme. And she did all this while staying within my impossibly strict budget. The decor was admired by everyone. Also, Charlotte is a very patient and talented person and really takes pride in her work and it shows. Thank you floral heights for putting up with my bridezilla self and making my wedding truly beautiful. I will recommend floral heights to anyone without a second thought.

  Charlotte from Floral Heights was so wonderful!! The flowers looked amazing, so beautiful. This was one aspect of the wedding I was happy to turn over to my mom, and I'm so glad my mom cares so much about flowers because it was the big surprise delight for me! Charlotte made a matching boutonnière for the groom and hair piece for me - both with beautiful orchids. Charlotte was very dedicated to making sure the flowers fit with the look I was going for. I am 100% happy with how it all turned out! We got so many compliments from guests and random people on the street too. Thank you Floral Heights!

  All I can say is - WOW. Charlotte told us she has been in the business for over 20 years - and it showed. I wish I could post a picture to show how beautiful our bridal bouquets (2) and bridal party bouquets looked! Truly beautiful work.
  
  Its funny, we were going to go with a different florist just because they were across the street from our wedding venue. We felt the customer service there was lacking, so we thought we'd pay a visit to Floral Heights (only a couple of blocks down the street). Floral Heights was slightly more expensive, but I believe absolutely worth it for the customer service we received and the amazing product that was delivered.
  
  We had a particular flower in mind that we wanted to be the main flower of all bouquets. Charlotte said she had a lot of contacts in the Netherlands and would do everything she could to get those exact flowers. Unfortunately, it was not a guarantee for certain reasons that that particular flower would be available in October. Charlotte tried until the day before the wedding and told us that despite her best efforts she was unable to get the flower. I was so bummed. She promised she'd come up with something we would love. And she DID! She came up with something that we all loved even MORE than the original! The flowers were stunning (I really wish I could show you!).
  
  After the wedding, I contacted Charlotte and she said she was so happy with the way they turned out that she intends to post a photo on her website. :)

Through pictures and a personal meeting with owner- Charlotte, Floral Heights created a gorgeous bouquet. She also made tasteful corsages for the the parents that matched perfectly. The moms were VERY pleased. The arrangements were personally delivered to our venue, Deity, and added a beautiful touch to the venue.

  I had the great pleasure of working with Charlotte, the owner of Floral Heights, for my wedding at the end of October. I took in some photos of bouquets I liked, as well as a picture of my dress and that of my maid of honor and only attendant. Charlotte was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and absolutely spot on with her suggestions for the bouquets, boutonnieres, and arrangements for the church. She pulled some flowers she had on hand in the shop and put them together to give me an idea of what she envisioned for my bouquet, and I left my initial appointment happy I'd made the right decision and excited to see everything come together on my wedding day. The pricing for all the flowers was extremely reasonable and much less than what I'd expected and encountered elsewhere in NYC.
  
  I couldn't have been more pleased!! The flowers were simply gorgeous and stunning. Every detail was perfect. Having done arrangements in the past for the church where my husband and I got married (Unitarian Congregational Society in Brooklyn Heights), Charlotte knew what would work against the backdrop of all the dark wood in the sanctuary, and the arrangements were beautiful. My bouquet and my maid of honor's bouquet were absolutely gorgeous. They were creative in the use of different shades and textures, yet timeless, classic, and elegant to suit the overall feel of the wedding. I had expected to be happy given the preview Charlotte had given me the day I met with her, but she more than exceeded my expectations. Everyone commented on how beautiful all the flowers were, and even our officiant asked who had done the flowers as he plans to recommend Floral Heights to other couples.
  
  I would absolutely recommend Charlotte and her shop for weddings and any other floral arrangements. I couldn't have asked for better customer service or been happier with the flowers. I will definitely use Floral Heights again in the future. To Charlotte and her staff, THANK YOU!!
