After a two (2) year wedding delay due to COVID (with Fleur Occassions patiently waiting) we were finally able to hold our 100 person evening event at the NY Botanical Gardens. We hired Fleur for the month out service package. Since we'd already picked almost all our vendors, Fleur simply needed to coordinate. They were detail oriented and organized. And for those last minute items we hadn't finalized (personalized gift bags anyone?) They came through (and even planned our rehearsal dinner). They hosted a great event, even though they hadn't previously coordinated a wedding at the NYBG before. And best of all, they went over and beyond to ensure our tiny twin tots were taken care of so their parents could dance through the night. Thanks Fleur! God bless.

Working the night shift and having to plan two weddings I knew I wanted a full service wedding planner. Fleur Occasions was the best decision because Mercedes (my wedding planner) did a great job executing my wedding visions. A year before the wedding major contracts (venues, photographer/videographer and Djs) were reviewed and signed. We did venue walk through, food tastings, we had virtual meetings with other vendors and she always made sure I was within budget. She also created my amazing wedding website from scratch. Everyone was excited about the wedding off the website alone. We had in person meetings and many phone meetings (some calls were after midnight because of my work schedule :) Mercedes never forced her opinion or recommendations on me which I appreciated, if I told her no to a vendor she would simply say “okay” and always explored my thoughts and wishes.

The pandemic happen! What a stressful time. There was soo much uncertainty... my husband and I made the decision to postpone. Mercedes was able to reschedule dates with the vendors for two weddings which was on the same weekend, this was no small feat.

Rehearsal Day: Mercedes transformed into someone that was no joke. She was really in her element and you can tell she enjoys what she does. She remained professional and made sure everyone was listening, the wedding party knew when to walk, where to stand etc.

Both Weddings Days: Mercedes made cute programs for the guest, made sure the bridesmaid and I were cool; while other Fleur Occasions team members took care of the groom, groomsmen, guests and made sure the logistics ran smoothly. Fleur Occasions and the team are also great hype man. Their energy alone got people up and dancing.

She succeeded at making the bride happy!! We enjoyed our weddings, we didn’t have any drama ( If we did she took care of that too) and we are grateful for Fleur Occasions and Mercedes!! Thank you

As a entertainment company working for the 1st time with FLEUR OCCASIONS it was an amazing experience. FLEUR OCCASIONS was very organized which made the flow of the wedding run smoothly. Most importantly they were very friendly and attentive team not only to the bride & groom but all guest and vendors. We built a connection right away and had great energy/vibe the entire event. These were the most epic wedding experiences I have ever been witnessed to. The ability to bring calm and peace is important and Mercedes does this well. The attention to details is an important facet of any celebration from start to finish and this is present at every step of the Nigerian and Traditional American weddings. They were diligently to address the needs that we had the same day of the wedding trying to put out fires whether big or small.
