Epic service made a epic night!

Professional Drivers

Would definitely use Tropical Limo again and again!! Our driver was on time and although we weren't ready he waited for us and we weren't charged additional fees. Limousine was clean and condition, we had refreshments in the limo.

A very satisfactory experience. The company lived up to all of my expectations before, during and even after the event.

The driver was impeccably dressed and he was on time in picking up the wedding party. He was also very helpful in ensuring their safety and comfort, following up from time to time to ensure that their needs were met.

Phenomenal

My wife Chrisandra and I were married on September 15, 2018. That day is a memorable moment that we will never forget and choosing Tropical Limousine was the best thing that happened to us. The drivers for both parties were professional, on time, patient, and very friendly. Also the limo was very clean. For anyone who is getting married in the near future Tropical Limousine is definitely the way to go.

Sadly my worst vendor

Working with Marlon was such a pleasure throughout the pandemic. However, the day of my wedding everything just fell apart- they did not provide a runner or opened doors for bride. The driver of party limo was not well dressed; he did not assist guest with AC. They did not have my princess limo as discussed for the two years of planning and told me the day of the wedding. They just charged me $217 extra without consulting and although they gave it back after I explained that Driver got lost and as a result was late, I was NOT Happy with overall experience

Horrible never showed up!

STAY AWAY! SCAMMERS! Oh boy! We hired Tropical Limo for our kids PROM. They had 1 responsibility, to be on there on time. They never showed up AT ALL. WAIT it gets worse. After we all scrambled to drive our children to their own prom- Marlon from Tropical Limo admitted that they made a huge mistake. He offered to refund our money (which he had no choice because he never provided us a service ) and cover the cost $400 of the limousine company that we found last minute to at least drive our children home. A few days later when the refund was NOT received, Marlon tried every excuse in the book to weasel out of the reimbursement. As I write this, they have yet to do the right thing. I will update if anything changes. TROPICAL LIMO YOU RUINED OUT CHILDREN’S Once in a lifetime high school prom!
