I had the pleasure of running an event facility in Austin before I got married, and stumbled on Kim through one of the weddings we did. I knew when we met that one day she would help me coordinate and oversee my wedding. I was right. Kim has an attention to detail I haven't seen in many and made my day a success. I cannot adequately express how much we enjoyed working with Kim and her team and what a remarkable job they did! If I could provide more stars for value I would. The services provided by embellish EVENTS are worth far more than the price charged. When reminiscing about the wedding weekend we still speak highly of Kim and Callie. We talk about how Kim not only handled every vendor to be sure they knew where to go and when to be there, but she also walked us through a very thorough rehearsal, she set the entire space (dessert table, photo booth table, chair covers and other décor), she worked with the onsite venue staff, she kept us on track, we never lacked for a drink or food because she always seemed to be there without having to ask… And I’ve only talked about services we received over the actual wedding weekend; Kim did so much more in the months leading up to the wedding. Before the wedding many people would say that they’ve never seen a future bride so calm, well I give Kim all of the credit for my cool composure because I knew everything was covered.

Kim is a marvelous wedding planner. Throughout the entire process she was instrumental in coordinating between multiple vendors to ensure my wedding and reception went off smoothly.
At one point my venue site created a large issue which resulted in the need for a complete overhaul in the layout and design of the reception. With one week until the event, Kim came up with 3 different options and was integral in allaying a large portion of my anxiety.
My wedding day was perfect; I knew that Kim was handling everything. My mom and mother in law were able to enjoy the day since Kim was coordinating everything so smoothly.
Kim has a keen eye for detail and ensured that everything I mentioned happened. She helped with the setup, even hanging lanterns outside! At the end of the night she helped breakdown and guided all of my family members to the appropriate 'take home pile.'

I lucked into having the team at embellish events plan my wedding, and I must say, I feel very fortunate. I began working with Kim when she was with another company, and I thought my heart was going to drop out of my chest when she told me she was parting ways with them in order to start her own venture, embellish events. While I was thrilled for Kim because we'd become friends during the planning process, I was also nervous because I didn't want to be assigned to someone new. Turns out I was worried for nothing. Kim is such a professional that she kept her promise to me as my coordinator and stuck with me. On top of that, she and the embellish events team were all there on the day of my wedding to make sure everything was perfect. That's right, the embellish events team was there, not the original company that I hired. I can only assume that the reason they all jumped in to be there on my big day is that they are dedicated and professional, exactly what you need when planning a wedding.

Kim set me up with amazing vendors as well. I loved everything! Flowers, DJ, Lighting, Stationary, Photography, Car Service...everything. I wanted to have my ceremony and reception in the same room at the venue which required a very speedy room flip. My husband now tells me that he didn't think there was any way in the world that it could be done in the short time that a cocktail hour allows. And he, along with everyone else, was literally stunned when Kim and her team got in done in a short 20 minutes. The room looked spectactular, every detail exactly as I imagined it! It was truly the most important part of the event to me, and Kim knew that and made it all happen.

I truly can't say enough good things about Kim and the team at embellish events. I am especially touched by these ladies because they were so good to me when they didn't even have an obligation to me. That tells me that they are in the right business. You can rest assured that you are in good hands when you work with embellished events. They gave me a day that was stress free and was everything I dreamed it would be, I'm sure it will be the same for every bride that is lucky enough to work with this incredible group of people.
