We don’t even know where to begin with how AMAZING Ceci and Maria were as our wedding coordinators. From the very first moment, they were on top of everything — handling details, calming nerves, and making sure the entire day ran smoothly. These two are absolute powerhouses. They were always ten steps ahead, ensuring everything was executed perfectly without us lifting a finger.

When the DJ started making mistake after mistake, Maria and Ceci didn’t hesitate to step in. They handled it with grace but made it very clear that sloppy work wasn’t going to fly on our day. They had no problem putting him in his place, and we were so grateful they had our backs like that.

They took over the decor like pros, helped set everything up beautifully, and still somehow found the time to bring us water and snacks while we were taking pictures (lifesavers!). They made sure our guests respected our time and actually let us eat — a rare wedding miracle! They were running around tirelessly, keeping vendors in check, fixing things before they became issues, and communicating with us every step of the way without overwhelming us.

Ceci is the person you want when it comes to talking to parents — warm, calm, and incredibly thoughtful. And Maria? Let’s just say she makes a phenomenal Viking — strong, and always ready to go to battle for her couple (you had to be there, but trust us, it’s true).

Our family and friends could not stop raving about them — they were loved by everyone. Honestly, we already have them on speed dial for our next event because there’s no way we’re doing anything without them again.

Ceci and Maria, thank you for making our special day even more special. You both went above and beyond, organizing even the little things we didn’t notice — like tidying up the room we got ready in and helping with last-minute decoration touches. You were nothing short of incredible, and we’re endlessly thankful to have had you by our side making our dream wedding come true.

These ladies were amazing! We had to push our wedding closer than what we expected and Elegant Evening Events made things so easy for us during the wedding planning process. They took care of finding our vendors, putting the day together and even greeted our guests before they came in, even though our wedding was less than 50 people. Our guests were very impressed with their interactions and felt like they were apart of the wedding as well. I am beyond amazed at this team and what they can produce in a short amount of time. My wedding day is something I will cherish!

There are a number of superlatives that I could write in this section and they would fall short of doing service for how amazing the team of Cecilia and Maria are. From inception to completion, I had thought partners who helped evolve the event to create an epic emotional touchstone for our student awardees. Many event companies can decorate a space, precious few can create an experience that will live in the memory. These ladies did that and I can't wait to work with them again.

The ladies of Elegant Evening Events are an invaluable team. We had the pressure of planning an amazing NYE wedding and these ladies truly brought our vision to life. We met multiple times in person to review all details. Additionally, my team always made themselves available by phone or text. I felt completely supported every step of the way. Maria and Cecilia organized everything from vendor meetings, day of coordination as well as set up/clean up- and served as our advocates. Weddings are stressful, these women put us at ease and truly brought our dream wedding to life.

Maria and Cecilia with Elegant Evening Events were amazing!! From start to finish they assured our wedding (December 2023) would go off without a hitch and they would take care of Everything, and they were not wrong. We begin to plan our wedding of 85 guests with only a 5-6 week notice so the pressure and stress were REAL! Elegant Evening Events communicated with us every step of the way, answered our one million questions, and literally worked through every detail with us ahead of time. We did not have to worry about the venue or our vendors because it was taken care of. Day of, our wedding was beautiful and the most perfect day!!! I have no clue if there were issues or if something did not go as planned because Elegant Evening Events handled everything so effortlessly and smoothly. Not a single issue or "mini fire" was brought to the attention of my wife or I. They allowed us to be in the moment and enjoy our day with family and friends and I am forever grateful. 10/10 recommend!!

Maria and Cecilia we the best in everyway possible. They always made themselves available to us when we need them even for emotional support. Whenever we visited our wedding venue for different meetings we felt very stressed and overwhelmed by ourselves but when we had these two superheroes with us it made all experiences so much better.
When it came to wedding coordination it was even better the day was so stress free and fun. All of our decorations were perfect and even when some troubles tried to come at our day they were there and fixed anything that needed to be fixed I would recommend these two to everyone looking for their services Elegant evenings are the best you can get.

Absolutely love these ladies! When I reached out the them in July for a day of coordinator in October I thought that all they would do was show up the day of my wedding and make sure everything was set out how and where I wanted everything….No ma’am! They were there with me through the whole process and got to know me and my husband. Maria is amazing and we talked for 2 hours about not only final details for my day but also about myself and herself and my husband. My husband being a small business owner, Maria said something that I completely agree with. When you run a small business you do what you can do no matter how big or small to show personalization and care for your clients. She told me about a previous couple who’s groom said something about it’d be cool to have fish in the center pieces…well she did what she could to make that happen! With my wedding my husband wanted a petting zoo 🙄😂 but with our venue it would’ve been a little much to get one. Maria did what she could and made a “petting zoo” with stuffed animals, complete with a turtle because my husband calls me turtles. The look and smile on my husbands face was EVERYTHING! These ladies know what they are doing and will do everything they can to show they care. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement and having brides tell other brides how much these ladies care is everything. During your day they are there for you so you don’t have to worry about anything and make sure your day goes smoothly. From needing a drink during the reception to needing a towel to clean your dirty feet before putting on your shoes 😂Thank you so much Maria and Cecilia! You made my day run so smooth and worry-free.
