Morgana and the entire staff at Double Tree did a wonderful job with my daughter's wedding. They were always available to answer questions or assist in any way. The food was great and the facility is beautiful.

Morgana was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was prefeaaional, friendly, and most of all so helpful! Morgana was on top of everything , knew every detail, and even went above and beyond and set everything up for the reception. It looked like I walked into a magazine. The room was breathtaking and so is her work ethic. I look forward to having more functions at the Doubletree.

The moment my fiance and I walked into the Double Tree we fell in love with the staff, the vibe and the free cookies. Morgana the wedding coordinator made sure I received everything I had dreamed of for our big day. She went over and beyond for us and the best part was that she handled a few things that went wrong for the wedding and I didn't even notice. That's how a bride should be the day of her wedding, STRESS FREE. There was so many things that went wrong during the wedding planning but the Double Tree was never an issue.
I remember going for our food tasting and we felt so at home, my whole family was able to share that moment with us , the food was great and to our surprise the day of our wedding the food was even better than we expected. My husband said to me " is it me or is this food really really good?? " all of our guests commented on how great the meal was. We were extremely happy!!
There's so many more stories I can sit here and write about but it will take me all day for that....
In conclusion, my wedding was everything i dreamed of and it was all thanks to the Double Tree and Their Team!

We can't thank the Sheraton and it's staff enough for making our experience there so seamless. It was great to work with Mandy and everyone in the planning stages, and final plan. The hotel was so accommodating and everyone there was very friendly. The place looked great with the decorations. The lobby was pretty and cozy. We had a wonderful rehearsal dinner with great wait staff and delicious food. The food for wedding reception was phenomenal. We received a LOT of feedback from our guests on how great the food was. It was brought out so quickly and each dish was delicious and hot. For a crowd that size, its hard to accommodate that many meals and keep them fresh, but somehow they did it. Jackie was wonderful at our head table. She took great care of us all day and really helped out with the kids and all their needs at the table. :) Thanks a million and please thank the Chef for a wonderful job!! A+

The Four Points was aweomse. Mandy the wedding coordinator was awesome. They listened to me and did everything thing (even the little things) that I asked. Very proffessional and polite, great place for the price as well! I would recommend this venue to anyone who was looking for a place to get married near Leominster!

We had room blocks at the DoubleTree for our wedding in August 2018. We also did our Rehearsal House (aka Happy Hour) there the night before and had some post wedding snacks available as well. The hotel was lovely overall! The rooms, lobby, pool, and bar were all very well decorated and really classy. The bar and pool were great for guests to hang out in before and after events since we had a ton of people coming from out of town. We had a bit of back and forth regarding the room blocks to make sure everything was right and may have had a couple coordination hiccups along the way. Though truthfully, at this point I don't remember what they were. The hotel is one of the few of its caliber in the area so it definitely fills up FAST. Once we had that set, we decided to also get a small room for a happy hour instead of rehearsal dinner, again, due to so many out of town guests, and it went off without a hitch. Drinks, passed apps, and some buffet areas were perfect for what we needed and they were super flexible making changes (Thanks for that one Mom!) We also got their Late Night snacks option in an area off the bar for pizza and chips so anyone coming back from the wedding could easily hang out there. Totally different vibe than the happy hour, but exactly the casual situation we wanted. The rooms were average hotel rooms and our suite wasn't huge, but had enough space for what we needed. My parents also got one and we hosted a half-in-the-hallway pastries and coffee brunch the morning after the wedding before people got on the road. We also had goody bags for each guest. The hotel staff were great about getting all those handed out to our guests and even were open to writing in my parents room number on each pamphlet (for the brunch) since we didn't know it ahead of time.

This hotel was definitely not the cheapest, and we did get a couple comments on that, but for the overall experience, we were so happy with our decision to stay at and have our couple little events at the DoubleTree. The freshly baked warm cookies they give out at the reception desk didn't hurt either!

If you want to have a nice wedding where you wishes are met in a simple straight-forward fashion, maybe look elsewhere. I found I didn't trust the staff to do the right thing. After much confusion back and forth over contracts, etc, we found after months that they'd never documented/processed our downpayment... We could have lost our date, even while planning the event with their staff. So disorganized! They wanted multiple advance meetings, which were hard for my husband and I since we live an hour away, and then after the meetings, documents were never sent, giving a clear follow-up on what was discussed. When we did finally see plans, they were wrong. They pushed extra hard to get final numbers for the date. We got the numbers in on time, at which point, I wrote up every detail of the wedding in a document and sent it to them (more than a week before our wedding), including floor plans, and names of guests, and a complete day-of schedule. On the day of our wedding, the staff had put out way too many chairs, making it appear that 1/3 of our guests were no-shows. When I asked them to remove the extra chairs, they didn't do so. Furthermore, the staff still were not clear on the schedule during the event, and were trying to change things around, and confusing our DJ who did have the right information (which I had CC'd everyone on). It seems they never read the document I spent hours writing, and I sent them, and were still deferring to the incorrect one they'd had previously. So sad. Don't get married there.
