Facilities and Capacity
The Colonial Hotel possesses the spacious Grand Ballroom which can accommodate up to 400 individuals. Furnished with soft tones and delicate, European-style details, this room provides a sophisticated location for couples to celebrate with their nearest and dearest. Love birds seeking an outdoor venue can avail of the hotel’s heated tent in the courtyard. It is available during the months of May through October and can host up to 300 people. This exterior space continues the elegant design of the rest of the hotel, giving the venue a cohesive feel.
Services Offered
Before your wedding, host your shower, luncheon, or rehearsal dinner at the hotel with their special catering packages. Coordinators can be on hand to help you organize and plan these events in addition to your wedding. With so much guidance, feel at ease as your special day approaches. A maître d' can also be in attendance on your wedding day to help guide guests to where they are supposed to be. At the hotel spa, which is operated by New Outlooks Salon & Spa, you and your wedding party can enjoy group hair and makeup services. Massages are also available, helping you to unwind before or after your wedding. This hotel possesses 112 comfortable suites, with room blocks available. Furnished with a combination of classic and contemporary styles, you and your loved ones can feel at home during your wedding.

Catering services are thorough and plentiful at the Colonial Hotel. Wedding bundles include multi-course meals, hors d’oeuvres options, and a selection of desserts. Entrees range from succulent meats, finely flavored soups, gourmet salads, and more. The Colonial Grille, the hotel’s onsite restaurant, is an ideal location for hosting rehearsal dinners, which also features a bountiful menu to satisfy your loved ones.

Best weddkng venue especially for a winter wedding
Best Day Ever
A classic venue where the service goes above and beyond!
During the wedding day, the team went above and beyond with many thoughtful gestures such as ensuring the wedding party had refreshments during the formal photoshoot (they wheeled a cart outside to meet us during the shoot), wrapping up the remainder of our wedding cake, and decorating the bridal suite with the floral centerpieces rather than throwing them away (we came back to a beautifully decorated room at the end of the night, and in the morning many of our guests took home a centerpiece).
We could all relax and enjoy the wedding day because we fully trusted Mary and her team to take care of the setup, schedule adherence and logistics. The food and drinks were a hit, and the hotel rooms were cozy and comfortable. The bridal suite in particular was spacious, decked out with great amenities and had lots of seating for the bridal party. The rest of the hotel (foyer, cocktail tent, ballroom) provided an incredible backdrop for our wedding - the spaces were absolutely beautiful with all the lighting and decorations. We would highly recommend The Colonial Hotel for future weddings!
