The Ewings are the best! From our first call I knew that Erica and Ben were the perfect fit for us. Erica is kind, professional and responsive. Throughout the planning process she shared examples of multiple wedding albums that she had photographed at our venue so that we could see their stunning work. On Valentine's day Erica and Ben even sent us a surprise Maine-themed gift to celebrate our last Valentine's day as fiancés. We were blown away! A week before the wedding during our planning call she helped us think through where we would like photos taken and created a rain plan just in case for a bride (me) who really wanted outdoor photos - so accommodating!!

Now the wedding day --- on the day of the wedding, Erica, Sarah and Ben were professional, prompt, and knowledgeable, helping us find beautiful spots for photos despite the rain. Their warm personalities and friendliness made it feel like they were our friends or family, and not a wedding vendor. They offered advice to me, helped organize the groomsmen so they were ready for the photos, and even calmed me down when I was feeling anxious!

Erica also had our sneak peek and a reel on Instagram within 2 days of our wedding, which was so exciting and wonderful. The photos came back even more stunning than we ever could have wanted or imagined. We cannot wait to see the rest!!

Erica, Ben, and Sara of Ewings Photography are truly AMAZING! We genuinely love them and their love for my husband and I. Our journey with them started 1.5 years prior to our wedding and from the very beginning our conversations, engagement sessions, planning meetings, surprise gifts in the mail, everything was done with such tenderness and attention to detail. They were originally recommended to us by another couple and our venue and we fell in love with their light and airy style and story telling like photos and videos. We also really liked the fact that they are a husband-wife duo and, along with their sister Sara, we felt like more people could get more coverage of the big day and the people involved. The day of the wedding they were SUPERSTARS who came up with rain plans, stood in the rain for us to get the most gorgeous shots, and it didn't phase them at all. They were 10000% there for us but didn't over crowd us either. They put us at ease and let us be our true selves on the wedding. We couldn't be happier with our wedding photos and videos. The Ewings are an amazing couple to work with!! They were prompt, professional and so nice. My husband Richie and I got married at the cliff house in Maine on 9/7/21 - they made our day so special and just from the video trailer and the sneak peek photos, everything came out amazing 😍we would highly recommend them and will use them again one day for family photo shoots!

We were one of the lucky Covid couples who planned a wedding at a gorgeous venue, then scrapped that whole plan for a very non-traditional day. I had fallen in love with the Ewings' photography style in a more formal setting and wasn't sure how well they would take to our new Duck Boat/Harpoon/Piano Bar plan. WOW did they deliver. Erica was quick to hop on Zooms to quell our anxiety and seemed genuinely as excited as we were for the day. Not only are the pictures just beyond gorgeous, but her up for anything attitude, coupled with professionalism is simply unparalleled. I cannot recommend these two enough.

Erica and Ben are hands down the BEST. Erica is one of the warmest people I've ever met, and when we met for the first time I found myself immediately loving her and opening up. During the pandemic she hosted mini happy hours with some of her brides to give photography advice and I loved it. When we had to postpone, she and Ben were so helpful in adjusting our plans. On the day of, every single bridal party member (girls and GUYS) commented that they loved our photographer and videographer! Erica and Ben just made everyone comfortable - which you need when you're in front of a camera lens! Our photos are fabulous and we look forward to seeing our video (the trailer was amazing!). A groomsman has already declared he's hiring them for his wedding. Highly recommend!

Erica and Ben are fantastic people to work with. I couldn’t have had a better time with them. They’re fun and just up for everything you throw at them. I have a LARGE family and they had no problem with all the changes in photos I threw at them or last minute add ons as well. Id recommend them for anyone! And I can’t wait to see the photos. The Ewings were not only professional, but a great couple to have around on our wedding day! They were enthusiastic and very well practiced with what they do. They were flexible with our schedule and were also acting partially as wedding day coordinator's giving us subtle hints on how to get the perfect shot without intruding on our fun! I don't think it will be possible to put into words how overwhelmingly positive our experience has been with Erica and Ben. From the first intro call, to our engagement shoot, to the final moments of our wedding, working with them has been an absolute pleasure. They are such a calming presence in addition to being excellent at their craft. On my wedding day everything started to hit me while I was getting my make up done. I had a moment of panic, and none of my bridesmaids were on that side of the room to see what was happening. Only Erica, and the MUA. I looked at Erica as my MUA put on the finishing touches and said, I'm stressed, I'm upset as my eyes started to swell. She looked at me and instantly calmed me down with her kind words and her demeanor. If I had it my way, Erica and Ben would have been/would be there for ALL of the milestone/meaningful moments in my life. I feel as if I've known Erica for decades. She just has a way about her. In terms of the photos, their work speaks for itself, simply scroll through their website to see the absolute MAGIC they are able to capture with their cameras. If you are looking for a top notch photographer/videographer duo, a couple who knows love AND knows how to capture it, a photographer who can make a person who hates photos in general somehow fall in love with an entire album, look no further. This will be the best, easiest decision you make. We love the Ewing's for who they are as professionals and for their ability to capture our day perfectly, but we love them for who they are as people just the same.

My husband and I practically consider Erica and Ben family. Not only have they been with us through engagement but through TWO weddings (covid postponement). Through it all, Erica was patient, kind, thoughtful and just so fun to be around. We are OBSESSED with our photos - choosing which ones to print are the hardest decision we've had to make. From our very first conversation I knew I wanted to hire the Ewings as our wedding videographer. Their excitement and passion for what they do not only shows in their work, but made us excited and comfortable to work with them. Additionally, before I even met Erica in person I felt like I gained a new best friend through all of our conversations. She really took the time to get to know me and my vision for the day! When I met her for the first time at the wedding it was so hard to not run over and give her a gigantic hug (#covidstinks).
