Experience
Cynthia began teaching herself cake decorating in 1983, and moved on to more advanced work in 1990 by graduating from the Wilton School of Cake Decorating in Chicago. She earned a Masters Certificate in cake decorating, gumpaste and pulled sugar. Cynthia also completed “Beyond Masters” at the same school in 2000, and graduated from the Shelton-White School of Floral Design in Memphis, to better understand fresh flower arrangements.

This full-service cake shop offers couples consultations, as well as private tastings so you can test out their delicious flavors beforehand, and preview their beautiful designs. They'll deliver your custom cake to your venue and set it up for you, eliminating any wedding-day stress. Additional services include:
