Like no other

I have been ordering cakes from Cynthia's cakes since 2007 I want to say. The cakes that I have ordered have all been delicious and the details on them have been amazing. Did I mention the cakes are delicious? Super moist too!!!

I know they offer mainly wedding and special events cakes, we have been getting our boys birthday cakes for the past 3 years now...1st was a mickey mouse cake 5 tier cake it was amaizing marble with raspberry filling, 2nd was our babyshower circus theme pink champagne, 3rd a pj mask cityscape with amaizing detail, wish i was tech savy to post pictures...this isnt counting the cakes they offer i believe they call "grab and go" cake we get everyso often to satisfy our sweet tooth. Cynthia offers a wide variety of flavors you all should try them all. They are unique in taste and texture havent had a cake from anywhere else since we had our 1st cynthias cakes. And like their employee uniform say "one taste and youll understand"

Absolutely hands down the BEST cake designer .. AMAZING work! I highly recommend using Cynthia from Cynthia's Cakes for your wedding/event. She does incredible work for a great price. I can't say enough amazing things about Cynthia, with her professionalism I know she will go above and beyond to make the cake of your dreams.

Cynthia is amazing at what she does! She creates cakes so beautiful you almost don't want to eat them. But after one bite you will be wanting more and more the cake is moist and delicious! It was both an honor and a pleasure to work with Cynthia she is an amazing person! Both talented and caring! You can tell she loves what she does!

I absolutely loved Cynthia's work!! I provided her with a picture of what I wanted for my wedding and she definitely delivered! I couldn't have asked for anything better! The best part was that all four flavors I chose were divine; not only are her cakes amazing on the outside but on the inside as well!

I used Cynthia's Cakes for my wedding and I couldn't have been more pleased! She made both my bridal cake and groom's cake, both of which came out amazing and delicious! Since we first met with Cynthia, she was completely professional and open to our vision for our wedding cakes. She completely exceeded my expectations ( already knowing she was amazing) and I'm so glad I went with her. My husband loved his Super Mario groom's cake so much he wants to keep the whole top tier for himself. For my bride's cake, I basically gave her free reign, and was no where near disappointed. The cakes were beautiful, moist, and delicious, just like they had been on tasting day! I would definitely recommend Cynthia to everyone!

Cynthia has been doing cakes for our family since 1989. Mrs. Ebrom & her team are extremely creative & talented. Her cakes are very most & just divine. You can't eat just one slice, you have to go in for 2 or 3 :-)

I absolutely love Cynthia's Cakes. She is not only an amazing artist, she's also a wonderful woman who cares for her clients. Her cakes taste are a slice of heaven and the art is unlike any other bakery I've seen locally!
I've ordered cakes from Cynthia's for every occasion for almost a full year now. I won't be going anywhere else. Ever.
Don't go to someone else just to be disappointed. Chose someone with years of experience and happy clients!

Wow! Cynthia's cakes did an amazing job creating the UT stadium for the grooms cake! We were impressed not only with the detail, but the deliciousness of both cakes. We had already been referred to Cynthia's cakes by friends, and had previously tried her amazing creations - and she did not disappoint for our big day!!!

Cynthia is a cake guru. She has an amazing personality and a true passion for her work. I loved meeting Cynthia and loved her enthusiasm as I explained what I would like my cake to look like. She was so easy to work with, and she delivered the most beautiful cake I'd ever seen. And it was DELICIOUS, too! In addition to my cake she also made a Grateful Dead groom's cake and a mini birthday cake for my dad. All were exquisite. I'm so happy I went with Cynthia. She is just AWESOME!

Absolutely not enough stars to rate the love we felt from Cynthia's cakes. When they say she can make your dreams come true they absolutely mean it. She listened to everything we had to say and took our ideas and made them a reality. She is the only cake company I would give the full reigns over too. She went above and beyond with the Save the Date cookies which were unheard of in the valley and made them a reality. The wedding cake was to die for and she did exactly what we asked of her which was to create something out of this world, and she did that and so much more. Everyone over at Cynthia's cakes we will forever be eternally grateful for all of the love and care that went into not only the wedding cake but the 250 individual miniature 3 tier wedding cake replicas that were served to our guests as dessert. Everyone was so enthralled with the pretension and the love baked and decorated into everysingle piece of cake. Love love love and for anyone who is looking to make your special day that much more memorable you need to have Cynthia's cakes.

Cynthia did an amazing job with our wedding cake! We were not exactly sure on the type of design we wanted for our wedding cake, but she was so helpful in the process of choosing the perfect cake. The day of our wedding we were amazed when we saw our beautiful cake. The details and work she put into making our cake were incredible. The taste of our cake was unbelievable! It tasted as awesome as it look! I would highly recommend Cynthia's cake for any special occasion.

Cynthia is truly a master at what she does. Her creativity is outstanding, she is professional and reliable. I'm not a big fan of desserts, but I couldn't get enough of my wedding cake. It was perfect :)

Cynthia's Cakes has a great reputation in our home region and her cakes always look perfect and very detailed! Our expectations were exceeded when it came to the taste, though! The flavor combinations she recommended were loved by everyone at our wedding and everyone wanted more the next day! Cynthia was also very flexible when it came to making a few changes to our original design. We loved working with her and can't wait to do it again!

Cynthia's Cakes is the best wedding cake vendor in the RGV. Our wedding cake was one of the most important things to us, and Cynthia and her staff didn't disappoint. It was a masterpiece. A beautiful work of edible art. We chose the lemon apricot cake with a rasberry filling, white buttercream frosting, white fondant and black fondant stencil work. Exquisite! Thank you Cynthia!

We have been fans of Cynthia for many years. Even before we got engaged we knew Cynthia had to create our wedding cake. Photos have captured her cakes beautifully, but in person her cakes are even more spectacular. We have had the privilege of seeing many of her cakes in person and every time I am blown away.

As soon as we were engaged one of the first appointments we made was with Cynthia. I went in with a picture of my wedding dress, the colors of our wedding and let her to do what she does best and create a wedding cake inspired by those things. I was so anxious to see what she would come up with.

As soon as I set eyes on the wedding cake, I was rendered speechless. I could not believe that it was OUR cake. It had such intricate detail. It was perfection. I could not have imagined a cake more incredible than the one Cynthia created just for us. It was so beautiful. So beautiful I didn’t even want to cut into it, but I knew I couldn’t deny our guest from having the most delicious cake ever.

Cynthia created a custom Groom's Cake especially for John Paul. It had film reels, a director's chair and even little cameras that sat on top of the cake. John Paul is a wedding videographer and cinematographer, so this cake was just perfect for him. We came in with an idea for the Groom's cake and Cynthia made it a reality. Awesome Cake!!!

Cynthia had created cakes for me and my family in the past. I knew I wanted her to create my weddding cake because of how delicious the cakes always taste as well as the unique decor she is able to create. When it came time for my bridal shower cake, I asked for a vintage couture cake, and it was absolutely beautiful, it brought me to tears, I had only spoken to her over the phone, but she was able to create EXACTLY what I wanted. NEXT, was the WEDDING CAKE, I had an idea of what I wanted. Through a couple of meetings, and her concentration on details and paying attention to exactly what I wanted, she was able to create the most BREATH-TAKING CAKE THAT WAS BETTER THAN I HAD EVER IMAGINED IT WOULD BE. She truely is an artist and can move people to tears and create such deep emotions simply from a CAKE!!! ALWAYS a PROFESSIONAL, ALWAYS wanting to make her customer happy, she genuinely cares about each customer and THATS HOW I FELT, like I was one of her own children that she wanted to make HAPPY. AND She did, but not just me, all the guests and everyone involved was moved by her creatiion. THIS IS THE TYPE OF PERSON you want to creat your DREAM Wedding CAKE!

We had the most wonderful experience working with Cynthia to design our beautiful wedding cake! She is so talented and creative, I had no doubts that my expectations would be met/surpassed! Every one of our guests loved the cake so much some even asked for a second serving. We were lucky enough to have saved the top tier but that only lasted for a week. We're very much looking forward to ordering a mini replica on our one year anniversary! I highly recommend to any future bride not to waste their time anywhere else, Cynthia will not disappoint you and it's by far the best value for the cost!

Not a single issue, Cynthia will work with you and around your budget. Our wedding cake was absolutely perfect and beautiful. I had a special "Cowboys" groom's cake made for my husband and he loved it. It was a football field with the cowboys star in the middle, not to mention the cake was delicious. 5 star all the way around, thanks Cynthia!

Cynthia's Cakes made us a beautiful cake that to this day our wedding guest are still talking about. Cynthia was kind enough to sit down with my mom and I and design and draw a cake to my liking. I was excited to see what the end product would be like and on my wedding day I was ecstatic to see such a gorgeous creation. The flavors were amazing as well.

Amazing, amazing, amazing! Cynthia's Cakes makes aesthetic wonders as well as delicious cakes! I absolutely loved my wedding cake. It was so beautiful and so tasty! I didn't want to eat at the time of the wedding but I devoured a piece once we were already at home. Plus, the quality of service and professionalism is top notch. She's always prompt and really helped us pick our design for our cake since we went in without any ideas or plans. It turned out beautifully. :) I would definitely recommend Cynthia's Cakes to anybody!

Cynthia's Cakes did a wonderful job on our wedding and grooms cake. I totally LOVED them. My wedding cake was absolutly BEAUTIFUL, it was a 5 tier french vanilla and orange maderin cake that tasted great. Everyone at the wedding (and still today) could no stop talking about how beautiful thr cake was and good it tasted. The grooms cake was a rich chocolate flavor and it also tasted so good, and they were both so moist. Mmmmm. Cynthia totally made my wedding day a dream come true when I walked into the reception and saw our cakes. LOVED it!

There is no cake like a Cynthia's cake. Service was awesome and the cake was to die for. If your wanting a great looking cake that also tastes good, go with Cynthia's.

Working with Cynthia's Cakes was a wonderful experience. I loved that I could meet with Cynthia and talk with her when needed instead of only being able to speak to an assistant like at some other places. She was very helpful when coming up with the design of our cake and had many great ideas. Her expertise was a definite plus. I had made a couple of changes to my original design and she was very willing to fix it. I was also impressed that she worked with us at the last minute to get a groom's cake done, too. Both of the cakes were stunning and more than we expected. The flavors were decadent and tasted heavenly. You can tell that Cynthia's Cakes put time and effort into each and every cake that they design.

Cynthia created a custom decorated wedding cake to match our Lladro cake topper, and a groom's cake that looked exactly like the groom's guitar. We had so many compliments on both. Just as importantly, the cakes were delicious! They were delivered and set up as promised. Cynthia worked well with the caterer and the linen vendor to create a beautiful display.

All I can say is breathtaking. Cynthina completley suprised me in what my cake was going to look like. I cried when I first saw it. It was the most beautiful and delicious cake i have ever seen and eaten. Every cake is different in every possible way, and she goes all out to each and every brides personalities.

Cynthia incorporated all of our ideas and made a gorgeous cake unique for my wedding. Not only was the cake beautiful but it tasted so good too, the flavor was Pink Champagne and looked and tasted romantic. Guests loved the cake so much that there was not any leftovers, in fact, my groom and I did not get to eat any of the cake after the cake cutting because the guests pounced on it. I have already ordered a cake for Valentines Day and plan to order cakes from Cynthias for every holiday, birthday, and anniversery!

Cynthia makes GOOD cake! I'm actually not a huge fan of cake, but her cake was amazing :) We opted for Italian buttercream for the bride's cake and dark chocolate for the groom's cake. The dark chocolate flavor was apparently perfected on the day we visited for our taste test and my now husband thought it was awesome. I thought the Italian buttercream was awesome! We actually ate more cake at the tasting than on our actual wedding day so if you have that opportunity, take advantage. Cynthia is very creative and worked with our ideas. She is high in demand and I thought very reasonably priced considering how many people want her cakes. You can tell she loves her craft and takes it very seriously. A true professional!

Cynthia created masterpieces for both my bride's and groom's cakes. The groom's cake was especially impressive because she replicated an iPhone - something my husband is addicted to and just had to have as his groom's cake. She never hesitated on her ability to get the job done, and worked well with us in getting pictures of the icons, making sure the layout of the icons was exactly as he wanted, making sure the additional details were accurate - all the way down to the silver lining on the side and the battery and AT&T symbols. She was a pleasure to work with, the cakes were delicious, and I never had to stress about any of it!

They also provide grooms cake and decorations that can range from a motorcycle to what ever you imagination allows. And what would a cake be without the actual cake, which is also as deliciouses as it looks
