Michelle graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, Texas, and honed her craft in top-tier hotels and restaurants before launching Iris Street Bakery. Inspired by the street where she first fell in love with baking, she brings her award-winning expertise to every project. A skilled sugar artist and former contestant on Food Network's Spring Baking Championship, Michelle specializes in crafting lifelike sugar flowers and breathtaking edible designs.
