I cannot recommend Iris Street Bakery enough! From the moment I tasted a sample while dress shopping at Sposa Mia, I knew she was the one who had to make our wedding cake. Her flavors were out of this world and the sampler I purchased was not only delicious but absolutely beautiful—it made the whole cake decision process genuinely fun (who knew?!). What truly sets her apart, though, is the level of attention and care she gave us throughout the entire planning process. She helped ease all my cake-related worries leading up to the big day and was such a calming, supportive presence. You can tell she pours her heart into every detail. Our cake turned out stunning and delicious—we even saved some for our one-year anniversary and I'm already counting down the days! I’ll be raving about her to anyone who’ll listen, especially all my friends and family getting married soon. Iris Street Bakery is a gem! -

I’ve been following Michelle since I saw her on the Food Network and I was so excited to finally meet with her to talk about my wedding cake! The moment my husband and I tried the cakes in her tasting box we knew she’d be making our cake. I had a really difficult time deciding on the direction that I wanted to take my cake and I had sent in way too many inspiration photos. Somehow Michelle was able to make sense of everything and create a sketch with all the pieces that I loved that just felt like me. Seeing her sketch as a cake on my wedding day is something I’ll never forget and the fact that the flavor was perfect just made my day even more amazing!!! I will always recommend Iris Street Bakery to anyone out there in need of a beautiful and delicious cake!!! -

Sweetest Process Ever!
Michelle from Iris Street Bakery made every step of our wedding planning process so special! We first had a slice of one of her cakes at a friend's wedding a few years ago and I had been following her since! My husband and I made a little part between us with her at home tasting boxes and it has since become one of our favorite planning memories. During out consultation, she really knew the direction I wanted to take our wedding cake and she created the sketch right in front of us and it felt like a dream seeing everything come together. The most important part? The guest loved the cake and my hubs and I were able to save the top tier for our one year anniversary next year! I'm so grateful I found Michelle and I hope if you get the opportunity to work with her you go for it! -

Michelle was a total sweetheart! From the very start, she was all about making my wedding cake dreams come true. And let me tell you, she nailed it! The design she created was everything I wanted but couldn't bring to words, specifically the clear tier with pressed sugar flowers inside. Just perfect! And don't even get me started on the sugar flowers and gold leaf—they added such a fancy touch. Michelle was also super stoked about using color, which I was all for, and let me tell you, that cake not only looked amazing but tasted even better! Thanks a million, Michelle, for making my cake thoughts a reality! -

Working with Michelle was one of the happiest accidents of our wedding planning process. Since we were planning our wedding from afar, we thought we’d play it safe and work with a baker we’ve used in the past. As luck would have it, that baker was booked for our wedding day. After an Instagram story post seeking help, my inbox was FILLED with recommendations for Iris Street Bakery. I reached out to Michelle that same day and was able to meet and pick up a sample the weeks following during a trip down to the valley. The only thing that competes with Michelle‘s craftmanship is her personality. Her energy is incredible and her her excitement to try new things drew me to her even more—I knew she was the one. The cake itself blew us away. I had no idea that the cake flowers were sugar flowers until after the wedding…they looked so realistic that I spent our entire big day thinking they were! I can’t recommend Michelle enough, she was easily one of our favorite vendors to work with. Oh, and did I mention how we had to stop ourselves while wrapping up the top-tier post wedding to freeze because we wouldn’t stop eating it?! IT WAS SO GOOD!

Easiest wedding decision
Since the inception of the process Michelle was the absolute best to work with! We got a sample box and all of the flavors were so delicious it was so difficult to decide which flavor combination we loved most.
During my consultation with Michelle she was extremely friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I felt like I was sharing my vision for my wedding cake with a friend, little did I know Michelle had been working on a sketch of what I had been describing to her. When she showed me her sketch it was exactly what I had envisioned in my mind. Michelle helped select the best combinations for our cake. She went over different options at different price points which was a huge help. Michelle also worked with my florist so the florals on the cake matched the center piece florals.
The day of the wedding I was in awe of the cake! It was even better than I could have imagined. We got so many compliments on both the appearance of the cake and the taste! My husband and I are not big on cake but our wedding cake was so delicious! We are anxiously waiting to celebrate our 1 year anniversary to have some more of our wedding cake!

Amazing...One of a Kind
Michelle was amazing. She made is so easy for my daughter to present her ideas via Zoom. Once we met with her she made it so easy to select the flavors. Ms. Michelle is so flexible to work with and her work is amazing...both the design of her cakes and the taste of them. Our guests were impressed with her cake. I will actually be ordering soon. -

Having a Harry Potter themed wedding is not an easy task but part of the reason why we accomplished such a perfect event was our cake ARTIST! I say artists because that is what she is. She took a rough drawing and completely understood what we meant and was able to campfire our vision. Our cake was not only delicious it was stunning, breathtaking. I have never seen anything so beautiful and all of our guests loved it. To make things even better, our artist was the kindest, most bubbly, cheerful, happy human being we ever met and made our special day even more special. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone for any kind of activity! The best wedding cake bakery
First and foremost, we LOVE Michelle! She is so phenomenal and sweet. She treated us with so much kindness and communicated with us like we were her friends rather than just strangers / customers. We could not even imagine having any other baker create our wedding cake, other than her. She truly went above and beyond our expectations. She was always professional while simultaneously being so personable, and we loved that about her. She was such a great communicator and always responded to our emails. She listened carefully to what we wanted and helped us choose our cake flavors. From the cake taste testing to our actual wedding day— working with Michelle was one of the biggest blessings. She truly created the most delicious and gorgeous wedding cake of our ultimate dreams. When we were posing for the cake photos in front of our photographer, we took a bite of the cake and we were actually so amazed at how unbelievably delectable the cake was, that my husband and I couldn’t help but yell in excitement and satisfaction! Our family and friends raved about the cake as well, and asked for more. We truly recommend hiring Iris Street Bakery for wedding cakes and special cakes just to celebrate life because what better way to celebrate than with the most beautiful cake designs and best flavors?! Absolutely Amazing
Michelle did an amazing job with my wedding cake and groom’s cake. Not only did both pieces look absolutely beautiful, they tasted amazing. I had proposed a tailing Redfish for the groom’s cake (as he is an avid fisherman) and Michelle was up for the task. It turned out more amazing than I could imagine. She showed extreme professionalism and was able to adjust to our wedding timeline for a cake drop off, since our venue was open to the public till our ceremony started. I would hire Iris Street Bakery again. -

When my husband & I reached out to Michelle for our wedding cake and cupcakes, we knew we were in good hands. She was able to create 100 beautiful and delicious cupcakes, as well as a 1-layer cake for just my husband & I. Every detail, from the flowers, buttercream, and flavor came out wonderful and to our color theme. Our wedding guests could not stop raving about the cupcakes! We can't thank Michelle enough for her delicious creations that made our wedding much better! -

Consummate service and fantastic cake!
Michelle completely blew all of our expectations away. From the taste of the cake, the process of choosing our flavors, the consummate service of delivering and setting up the cake, everything was done incredibly lovingly and professionally. As far as customer service, not once did I feel like I was talking to a vendor about a product. The whole time she made me feel like I was talking to my friend that was helping me bake a cake for my wedding. All in all, I can give no higher recommendation than Iris Street Bakery for your wedding cake needs. -

Absolutely LOVED everything about Michelle and Iris Street Bakery! Michelle created our wedding cake and grooms cake! She was able to take my rambling ideas and bring them to life in the most beautiful cake. Not only was it gorgeous, but the flavors were out of this world! By far one of the easiest and best vendors to work with for our wedding. If you are looking for a baker with a creative side and will listen to what you want, look no further!
