I’ve been following Michelle since I saw her on the Food Network and I was so excited to finally meet with her to talk about my wedding cake! The moment my husband and I tried the cakes in her tasting box we knew she’d be making our cake. I had a really difficult time deciding on the direction that I wanted to take my cake and I had sent in way too many inspiration photos. Somehow Michelle was able to make sense of everything and create a sketch with all the pieces that I loved that just felt like me. Seeing her sketch as a cake on my wedding day is something I’ll never forget and the fact that the flavor was perfect just made my day even more amazing!!! I will always recommend Iris Street Bakery to anyone out there in need of a beautiful and delicious cake!!!
