Simply elegant definitely has the best cakes my entire family has ever had. We had a four tier wedding cake with cascading roses and a 2 tier baseball themed grooms cake. Both cakes were absolutely beautiful, delicious, delivered on time and set up properly the day of the wedding.
Christian was incredibly patient and accommodating. I came in with a very specific idea based on a cake my mom makes- I wanted her cake but I didn't want her to be making it on my wedding day. I told him about it and he made me three different cakes to try based on my description and they were amazing. My wedding cake was the BEST. It tasted amazing and it was exactly what I wanted. Oh, and it had a football sticking out of the side of it. Like I said, Christian was super accommodating and worked hard to make sure we had exactly what we wanted!
