Willmarth House is a unique wedding venue located in Addison, Vermont, that serves the Burlington and Albany regions. Couples can celebrate their day at this rustic farm’s uncovered or Tented outdoor settings with their closest friends and family. Couples who enjoy the outdoor settings and want their wedding events to have a vintage feel will enjoy what Willmarth has to offer. The owner of Willmarth has deep ties to the property, and wishes to share her love of such a significant place to couples and their guests.

Facilities and Capacity
Willmarth House can hold up to 50 guests maximum for your ceremonies, receptions, bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and elopements. Couples can have their ceremonies in front of the 150 year old Silver Maple Tree or by the Pond or on our newly restored wrap-around porch. The venue is completely outdoors among the vibrant, lush greenery and plants, but offers covered and uncovered options. Couples may decorate the farm however they like; it is a blank canvas for couples to display their personality to all guests and have a magical wedding. A DYI dream.

Services Offered
Staff at Willmarth House will help you in any way they can. They offer wedding packages for couples to choose from so that they can fully enjoy their time there. Depending on what package couples choose, they may stay at the farm for a period of time following their wedding events. Couples must also bring in outside vendors. History
Buit in 1851 the farm opened to the public in 2017 as a wedding venue in order to save the farm from financial struggles. The owner’s mother passed away 2 years ago, and proceeds from all events go towards keeping the farm running in her honor. The owner would be honored to have you choose Willmarth House to celebrate your union.
